        유아 언어영재 판별에서 프로젝트 스펙트럼(Project Spectrum)의 활용에 대한 기초연구

        The identification of verbally gifted children during early childhood is very important for developing their potential in the society. Nonetheless, most researchers preferred to study the gifted of mathematics and science in the primary and secondary levels where reliable predictions of gifted may be made. Comparatively little work has been done in this area. Verbal Giftedness of young children is still developing and less stable than that of older children, and this prevents us from making firm and accurate identification. Project Spectrum can be used for the alternative assessment for the identification of verbally gifted children. The advantages of the Project Spectrum approach for the identification of verbally gifted children are as follows: First, the Spectrum approach can provide a useful means for assessing young verbally gifted children who have not demonstrated high ability on traditional identification method. Second, the Spectrum approach can blur the line dividing curriculum and assessment and thus can assess the learning process of young children.. Third, the Spectrum approach can embed assessments in meaningful, real-world activities Fourth, the Spectrum approach can be a more accurate predictor of potential by linking diagnosis and instruction. Thus, it can make us provide an educational treatment effectively for young verbally gifted children. Fifth, the Spectrum approach can lead individualized education by the early identification of young verbally gifted children.

      • 건축설계실무와 의사결정에 관한 사례 연구 : 공공프로젝트의 경우 Case of Buchon Welfare center and Yonsu Sub-municipal Office

        The study analyzes a series of decisions made by Building Construction Review Committee on public building construction project. Several government authorities are engaged on the review and required the building client authority to revise the design according to revise items suggested by the committee members ranging from Architectural Planning to other Building Engineering fields. The study delves the legal and design aspects of the review, the meaning of private, semi-public and public function of building, and the construction policy. Two Public building projects were analyzed in terms of revise items. We found some patterns of problem and the current review system works to promote technical aspect of the building and to keep public entity of the projects.

        한랭노출과 고혈압의 연관성

        Objectives : This study was carried out to suggest preventive methods for hypertension in cold-exposed workers. Methods : In 11 refs·iteration industries, 68 workers working in refrigerated areas more than one time per day were selected as the exposed group, and 68 workers not exposed to cold were selected as the control group. We interviewed the subjects with a questionnaire covering occupational history, and conducted clinical and laboratory tests including measurements of blood pressure and core temperature. Results : The systolic blood pressure in the exposed group(130.0±13.3 mmHg) was significantly higher than that recorded In the control group(118.3±12.1 mmHg), as was the diastolic blood pressure in the exposed group(82.7±8.5 mmHg) versus the control group(77.4±8.7 mmHg). The core temperature in the exposed group(36.1±0.7℃) was significantly lower than that experienced in the control group (36.4±0.5℃). In logistic regression analysis, age, cold exposure severity and milk intake were significant variables, with odds ratios of 5.204(95 % CI 1.440∼18.812), 2.674(95 % CI 1.080∼6.618), and 0.364(95 % Cl 0.141∼0.942) , respectively. Conclusions : Our study suggests that cold-exposed workers have higher a higher risk of hypertension, and that their core temperature is lower. Risk factors affecting hyper-tension of cold-exposed workers include age, cold exposure severity and milk intake. For the prevention of hypertension, cold-exposed workers should minimize cold-exposure time as much as possible.

      • 개 대뇌겉질에서 Platelet-Derived Growth Factor α-Receptor의 출생 후 발달에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : The localization of platelet-derived growth factor-α receptor (PDGF-α R) was commonly restricted to oligodendrocyte progenitors during late embryonic and postnatal development. However, several studies recently demonstrated that mature neurons could also synthesize PDGF-α, Materials and Methods : In the present study, to analyze the distributional pattern of PDGF-αR during postnatal development of the canine cerebral cortex, we used immunohistochemistry on sections of canine brain tissue. Results : We found that neurons of various regions of cerebral cortex exhibited the immunoreactivity to PDGF-αR as early as postnatal day 0, and slightly decreased after postnatal day 14. Whereas neuronal PDGF-αR were maintained at all ages, the oligodendroglia-like expression of PDGF-αR could not be confirmed. Conclusion : The localization of PDGF-αR in immature and mature neurons supports the several roles of PDGF during development, protection and survival of neurons.

      • Ocular MALT Lymphoma : Report of Two Cases

        Lymphoma arising in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) is extranodal marginal zone lymphoma displaying a proliferation of follicle marginal zone-type cells(centrocyte-like cells or monocytoid B-cells), often with surrounding reactive germinal centers and lympoepithelial lesions. This typically expresses pan-B-cell markers and monotypic immunoglobulin but not CD5 or CD10. Ocular MALT consists of the lacrimal gland, lcular soft tissue, orbit, conjunctiva and cornea. Lymphoma arising in thses sites is of very rare occurrence in up to 1.5% of all patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Herein we report two cases of ocular MALT lymphoma which was very rare in the dermatologic field. Case 1, 73-year-old man, developed the right upper conjunctival swelling measuring about 2.0×2.5cm for about 1 year. Histologically, the excised lesion showed follicular centers and infiltration of centrocyte-like cells of B-cell lineage in the stroma but no lymphoepithelial lesions, consistent with low-grade B-cell lymphoma. Case 2, a 66-year-old female, had a rapid course of about 1.2×1.0cm-sized, soft, wellow mass arising from lacrimal gland of the right upper eyelid for about 1 month. Hostologically, the lesion showed diffuse patterend features admixed with centrocyte-like cells and large cells such as centroblast, compatible with high-grade lymphoma. Case 2 received combined chemotherapy of m-BACOD, with a somewhat improvement.

      • 무세정 Wave Soldering 공정 기술에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 저잔사 무세정 플럭스를 사용한 솔더링 공정에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 일반적으로 세정이 요구되는 플럭스와 같은 조건에서 실험할 후 비교하여 육안 검사와 인장 시험을 통해 저잔사 플럭스의 특성과 문제점 그에 따른 최적 조건을 검토하였다. 실험한 결과로부터 기존의 플럭스와 저잔사 무세정 플럭스의 결함 발생 조건을 검토하였고, 시편이 접합력 측정하여 품질을 평가하였다. 접합력에 있어서는 저잔사 무세정 플럭스가 기존 플럭스보다 약 10~20N 정도로 높게 나타났지만, 변동폭도 크게 나타나 접합의 재현성면에서 문제가 있는 것으로 생각되며, 솔더링 공정 상 (특히 예열온도, 예열 시간, 납조 접촉 시간)의 보다 세심한 주의를 요하는 것으로 사려된다. Wave soldering with low residue, non-cleaning flux has been studied from perspective initial solderability using visual inspection and mechanical tensile test. Soldering fillet including joining force with non-cleaning flux and cleaning flux were compared in wave soldering process. As a result of visual inspection, for low residue non-cleaning flux, optimal conveyor speed was 1.0~2.0 m/min and optimal preheat temperature was 50~125℃. For cleaning type flux, optimal conditions were 0.6~1.0 m/min, 110~125℃. As result of tensile test, initial tensile force of non-cleaning flux is lower than cleaning flux. It is recommenced to use non-cleaning flux for demanding higher strength and to use cleaning flux for demanding on repeatability. The influences of filling the holes on tensile force are also explored. To inspect that holes was filled with solder are more important than the lower- side fillet deformed well in PTH(PIH)devices.

      • 육상 단거리 차렷 자세 동작에서 팔 넓이가 운동학적 요인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 육상 단거리 차렷 자세 동작에서 팔넓이와 출발 동작의 운동학적 요인과의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2000년 현재 선수등록이 되어 있는 대학 · 실업 선수 5명을 선정하였으며, 평상시 취하는 팔넓이에 ±2.5㎝를 계산하여 실험을 실시하였다. 이를 두 대의 비디오카메라로 녹화하여 DLT 기법을 통하여 3차원영상분석을 실시한 후 각 요인들을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 1. 인체 중심의 이동 변위는 저자세(-2.5m), 중자세 그리고 고자세(+2.5m) 순으로 가장 많은 이동 변위를 나타냈으며, 국면별로는 3국면, 1국면 그리고 2국면 순으로 많은 이동 변위를 나타냈다. 2. 보폭은 저자세(-2.5m), 고자세(+2.5m) 그리고 중자세 순으로 긴 보폭을 나타냈으며, 구면별로는 3국면,1국면 그리고 2국면의 순으로 많은 이동 변위를 보이고 있었다. 3. 인체 중심 이동 소요 시간은 중자세, 저자세(-2.5m) 그리고 고자세(+2.5m)순으로 빠르게 나타났다. 4. 인체 중심과 몸통의 순간 속도는 중자세와 저자세에서 빠르게 나타났다. 5. 발분절의 순간 속도는 고자세(+2.5m), 저자세(-2.5m) 그리고 중자세 순으로 빠르게 나타났다. 6. 몸통의 각도는 고자세(+2.5m)에서 몸통을 가장 많이 숙이는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the width of the arm joint at attention and displacement, time, angle and velocity factors of starting motion for male sprinters. 2 S-VHS video cameras were used for the data collection. The following conclusions were drawn : 1. In the displacement of CG according to width of the arm joint was shown longest displacement in low position(-2.5㎝) medium position and high position(+2.5㎝), By the phase, it was shown longest diplacement in 3 phase, 1 phase and 2 phase. And in the height of CG was alike form of change. But medium position was shown faster form of change than other position. 2. In the length of stride was shown longer in low position(-2.5㎝), high position(+2.5㎝) and medium position. By the phase, it was shown longest displacement in 3 phase, 1 phase and 2 phase. 3. In the time of CG was shown shorter in medium position, low position(-2.5㎝) and high position(+2.5㎝). 4. In the velocity of CG and trunk was shown faster in low position(-2.5㎝) and medium position. 5. In the velocity of the foot segment was shown faster in high position(+2.5㎝), low position(-2.5㎝) and medium position. 6. In the angle of trunk was shown smallest angle in high position(+2.5㎝).
