        유도 허벅다리걸기 기술발휘 시 받기의 자세와 저항수준에 따른 운동학적 특성 분석 사례연구[Ⅰ]

The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematical traits variables when performing Uchimata(inner thigh reaping throw) by Voluntary Resistance Levels(VRL) and two postures of Like in Judo. The subjects, who were one male judoka(YH) for 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, and one male trainee Y. I. University representative member(SDK) and were filmed on two S-VHS 16 mm video cameras(60fields/sec.),that posture of Like were Shizenhontai(straight defensive posture) and Jigohontai(straight natural posture), VRL of like were 0% and 100%. The kinematical variables were temporal(total time-required:TR), potures and COG variables etc., The data of this study collection were digitized by SIMI Motion Program computed the mean values and the standard deviation calculated for each variables. When performing according to each posture and VRL, from the data analysis and discussion, the conclusions were as follows : 1. Temporal variables : total time-required(TR) when performing Uchimata was shown the shortest time YH than SDK by each posture and VRL. TR of each posture were shown the shorten trends or equal in DP by lower than NP, In existence and / or nonexistence of VRL was shown the shorten trends in VRL 0% than 100% of Like. 2. Posture variables : In attacking right knee angle, YH was performing flexion(147→103degree) from Tsukuri(set-up) to Kake(execution) in regardless of postures and VRLs, SDK was performing not exchange extension and flexion in VRL 100%, and extension(120i142degree) in VRL 0%, respectively. In supporting left knee angle, YH was perfoinring extension(1194163degree) from Tsukuri(set-up) to Kake(execution) in regardless of postures and VRLs, SDK extension(934 139degree), respectively. In attacking right hip angle, from Tsukuri to Kake, YH was performing extension(1334 169degree), except in VRL 0%(156 i137degree) NP, SDK was performing flexion(159i126degree) accept in VRL 100%(149 i152degree) NP, In left hip angle, from Tsukuri to Kake, YH was performing flexion NP(70, 50degree) more than DP(27, 57degree), SDK was performing flexion DP(73, 52degree) more than NP(34, 20degree). 3. COG variables : When performing Uchimata, vertical COG variables was shown YH(:2-8cm), SDK(:15-24cm) lower than Uke's COG level position, in existence and / or nonexistence of postures and VRL, during Kake as maximum force point of throwing techniques in Judo.

        This study proposed a method of database system design with structural analysis means such as data flow diagram and data dictionary without need of ER schema preparation following need analysis. The input/output design of database system was made based on data flow line on data flow diagram and data dictionary while the logic design of database based on data memory and data dictionary. By using the proposed method, the researcher also realized the first reserve management system in university, showing that the proposed method is easier applicable to database design than any other methods.

      • 정맥내 통증자가조절법을 이용한 Nalbuphine-Ketorolac과 Butorphanol-Ketorolac의 술후 진통효과 비교

        This study aimed to compare analgegic efficacy, satisfaction score and side effect of nalbuphine-ketorolac and butorphanol-ketorolac by using intravenous patient controlled analgesia(IV-PCA) for postoperative anlgesia following a gastrectomy for stomach cancer. Ninety patients who had undergone gastrectomy for stomach cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. Each group recieived nalbuphine 50mg with ketorolac 150mg(Group 1, n=45) and butorphanol 5mg with ketorolac 150mg(Group 2, n=45) by using IV-PCA during postoperative 48hrs. Assessments for pain with numerical rating scale(NRS), and side effects were evaluated at 2hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr, 36hr and 48hr after the operation. There were no significant difference in NRS for pain during rest, but Group 2 requested significantly greater amount of supplementary diclofenac during first 24 hours. Side effects were higher Group 1 in pruritus, nausea and vomiting and Group 2 in sedation, nausea and vomiting. This study suggests that adding ketorolac with intravenous nalbuphine or butrophanol in using an intravenous PCA can decrease analgesics requirement and improve analgesic property without the major morbidity like respiratory depression, but needs for the careful observation and treatment on the side effects like nausea. vomiting, pruritis and sedation...

        항생제 대체제(앤타시드-100)의 급여가 젖소 송아지 육성에 미친 영향

        This study was carried out to develope an antibiotic substitute with some feed additive ingredients; activated charcoal, microbial products( Saccharomyces cerevisiae), sodium bentonite and pyroligneous. Sixty Holstein male calves(control 30 and tested 30 calves) were assigned to one of two diets, control(containing commercial antibiotic) and treatment diet (containing antibiotic substitute) with three replicates(10 calves each). The experiment were carried out for 30 days. The daily weight gains were similar between control(1.01kg/d) and treatment groups(1.01kg/d), however feed requirement were lower for treatment calves (2.80kg) than control calves (3.24kg) (P<0.05). Also calves were more health for treatment calves than control calves for diarrhea and respiratory diseases occurrences. The ammonia concentration of feces were lower for treatment calves(2.67 ppm) than for control calves(6.33 ppm) (P<0.05). No statistical difference were found in blood substances between control and treatment calves(P>0.05). In conclusion, the calve performances were improved by substitute without commercial antibiotic additive. 본 연구는 항생제를 대체할 목적으로 동물체의 활성을 가져오는 원료로 알려져 있는 활성탄과 목초액, sodium bentonite, 홍삼박, 생균제를 선별하여 이들 원료로 구성된 항생물질 대체제를 개발하여 홀스타인 수송아지에 급여하였을 때 생산성에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 수행하였다. 송아지의 일당증체량은 대조구(1.011kg), 처리구(l.0lkg)간에 유의적인 차이가 없었고(P>0.05), 사료 요구율은 대조구 3.24에 비하여 처리구 2.80로 처리구에서 유의적인 개선효과를 나타냈다(P<0.05). 설사 발생률은 동일하였으나 분 상태는 처리구가 양호하였고, 호흡기 질병은 처리구에서는 발생하지 않았다. 분 중 NH₃ 농도는 대조구(6.33 ppm)에 비하여 처리구(2.67 ppm)에서 뚜렷한 개선 효과를 보였고(P<0.05), 혈액 수치는 대조구와 처리구가 유사하였다. 항생물질 대체제를 급여한 처리구가 시판 항생제 첨가사료급여군(대조구)에 비하여 증체에서는 다소 낮은 성적을 나타냈지만 질병 발생 없이 유사한 성적을 낸 것은 대체물질이 가축 소화기관의 활성화, 사료의 소화율 증진 등에 영향을 나타내어 동물의 활력이 증진되므로 항생제의 사용 없이도 양질의 축산물을 생산할 수 있는 결과를 얻었다.

      • 출아효모에서 TAR 클론닝법을 이용한 고등동물의 게놈으로부터 특정 염색체 부위의 분리

        복잡한 게놈 분석에 용이하도록 효모의 인공 염색체(YAC) 클론닝 시스템은 발달되어왔다. YAC은 박테리아의 인공 염색체(BAC)보다 더 큰 단편을 클론닝할 수 있고, 또한 클론된 단편을 쉽게 변형시킬 수 있다. 형질전환과 연계된 재조합법(Transformation-Associated Recombination; TAR)은 게놈 라이브러리를 만들지 않고 직접 게놈 DNA로부터 분리하고자 하는 유전자나 특정 염색체 부분을 클론닝 할 수 있는 방법이다. 이 방법은 spheroplast transformation을 수행하는 동안, 목적으로 하는 유전자의 5' 그리고 3' 염기 배열(hooks)을 지닌 TAR 벡터와 게놈 DNA 사이에서 일어나는 상동성 재조합에 의해 이루어진다. 효모 내의 in vivo 재조합을 이용한 TAR 클론닝법은 복잡한 게놈으로부터 목적의 염색체 부분을 원형 YAC의 형태로서 선택적으로 분리할 수 있다. 그러므로 TAR 클론닝 법은 특정 염색체로부터 YACs을 만드는데 매우 유용하여, 전체 게놈으로부터 특이적 유전자나 유전자의 family를 분리하는데 효과적인 방법으로 사료된다. Yeast artificial chromosome (YAC) cloning systems have advanced the analysis of complex genomes considerably. They permit the cloning of larger fragments than do bacterial artificial chromosome systems, and the cloned material is more easily modified. Transformation-associated recombination (TAR) is a cloning technique that allows specific chromosomal regions or genes to be isolated directly from genomic DNA without prior construction of a genomic library. This technique involves homologous recombination during spheroplast transformation between genomic DNA and a TAR vector that has 5' and 3' gene targeting sequences (hooks). Using in vivo recombination in yeast, TAR cloning selectively isolates, as circular YACs, desired chromosome segments or entire genes from complex genomes. We propose that TAR cloning can provide an efficient means for generating YACs from specific chromosomes and that TAR cloning may be useful for isolating families of genes and specific genes from total genome DNA.

        '선도 추격'에서 '동반 추격'으로의 전환을 위한 서비스 산업의 역할과 전략 : 한일 생산성 비교의 시사

        The Korean economy has grown very fast over the last decades, but it was an uneven catch-up led by a big business and manufacturing. Now it is time for co-catchup led by both manufacturing and services. This paper analyzes the weight and productivity of the service sector in Korea and suggests for policies for its improvement in productivity. The service sector in Korea is featured by low and declining productivity (both TFP and labor productivity), and a big trade deficits, which is in contrast to the trade surplus in manufacturing. This performance is worse, compared with the situation in Japan. For example, the ratio of labor productivity in service to that in manufacturing is only 14%, compared to 46% in Japan. Causes for the low performance in service include too much regulation and lack of competition due to the closed market. Thus, measures to boost up productivity in service include deregulation and market opening, which would open up the opportunity for learning from foreign companies. Industrial policy should also change from input-oriented one to network-oriented one emphasizing the unity of commodities and services.

      • 상악동거상술을 이용한 인공치아 이식 치험례

        Recently many dentists would like to select the implant installation for the restoration of partially or fully edentulous patient. Usually, it is needed at least 8mm of alveolar bone height for implant installation. But, in many cases, the implant installation is impossible due to anatomic limitation such as maxillary sinus, floor of nose, mandibular canal, lack of width, etc. So, dentists must come over these limitations by methods of sinus lift, nerve repositioning, transmandibular implant etc. Especially, a lot of ridges have inadequate bone height at the upper molar edentulous areas, and to insert implant for such sites represents low success rate. So, autogenous or allogenic or alloplastic bone can be grafted before or at the same thme with implant installation. We report a case of 22 year-old woman who was performed implant installation successfully by using sinus lift technique with iliac block bone graft to a patient whose low alveolar bone height made common implantation impossible. Now, she exerts good occlusive function at the time of 15 months after the operation.

        하계 실내 및 실외환경의 공기 중 휘발성 유기화합물 농도 및 개인노출

        Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are present in essentially all natural and synthetic materials from petrol to flowers. In this study, indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations of houses, offices and internet-cafes were measured and compared simultaneously with personal exposures of each 50 participants in Asan and Seoul, respectively. Also, factors that influence personal VOCs exposure were statistically analyzed using questionnaires in relation to house characteristics, time activities, and health effects. All VOCs concentrations were measured by OVM passive samplers (3M) and analyzed with GC/MS. Target pollutants among VOCs were Toluene, o-Xylene, m/p-Xylene, Ethylbenzene, MIBK, n-Octane, Styrene, Trichloroethylene, and 1,2-Dichlorobenzene. Indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations measured in Seoul were significantly higher than those in Asan except Ethylbenzene. Residential indoor/outdoor (I/O) ratios for all target compounds ranged from 0.94 to 1.51 and I/O ratios of Asan were a little higher than those of Seoul. Relationship between personal VOCs exposure, and indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations suggested that time-activity pattern could affect the high exposure to air pollutant. Factors that influence indoor VOCs level and personal exposure with regard to house characteristics in houses were building age, inside smoking and house type. In addition insecticide and cosmetics interestingly affected the VOCs personal exposure. Higher exposure to VOCs might be caused to be exciting increase and memory reduction, considering the relationship between measured VOCs concentrations and questionnaire (p<0.05).

        Control of On–Off or Off–On Fluorescent and Optical [Cu<sup>2+</sup>] and [Hg<sup>2+</sup>] Responses via Formal Me/H Substitution in Fully Characterized Thienyl “Scorpionate”-like BODIPY Systems

        <P>One 8-phenyl and two 8-mesityl-substituted “scorpionate”-like BODIPY-type species of the formula [3,4,4-tris(5-<I>R</I>-(2-thienyl))-8-(2,4,6-<I>R′</I>-phenyl)-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-<I>s</I>-indacene (R = H, R′ = H, <B>3a</B>; R, = H, R′ = Me, <B>2a</B>; R, = Me, R′ = Me, <B>2b</B>)] have been synthesized and fully characterized. Importantly, differences in their solution (MeCN) optical Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> and Hg<SUP>2+</SUP> probing capacity via <I>SSS</I>-chelation were investigated. Compounds <B>2a</B>–<B>3a</B> were prepared from the requisite 8-substituted BODIPY complexes. They were characterized first by complete <SUP>1</SUP>H, <SUP>11</SUP>B and <SUP>13</SUP>C NMR spectroscopic assignments (CD<SUB>3</SUB>Cl or CD<SUB>3</SUB>C(O)CD<SUB>3</SUB>); the molecular structures of <B>2a</B> and <B>3a</B> were determined by X-ray crystallography. Compounds <B>2a</B>–<B>3a</B> were studied by UV–vis and fluorescence spectroscopy [Φ<SUB>F</SUB> = 0.27 ± 0.013 (<B>2a</B>); 0.024 ± 0.0016 (<B>2b</B>); 0.0034 ± 0.00047 (<B>3a</B>)]. Importantly, low [Cu<SUP>2+</SUP>] with <B>3a</B> (<3.0 × 10<SUP>–5</SUP> M) gave rise to an increase of fluorescence intensity (off–on; 6.3-fold), whereas with <B>2a</B> it decreased (on–off). When [Hg<SUP>2+</SUP>] (<3.0 × 10<SUP>–5</SUP> M) was added to <B>2b</B>, the λ<SUB>em,max</SUB> value increased (off–on<I>;</I> 3.2-fold), and for <B>2a</B>, it decreased (on–off). The association constant (<I>K</I><SUB>a</SUB>) for Hg<SUP>2+</SUP>·<B>2a</B> was determined to be 3120 ± 307 M<SUP>–1</SUP>. An approximate stoichiometric 1:1 binding determined by Job plot analysis is in line with successful DFT modeling of <I>SSS</I>-Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> binding for this system type. <SUP>1</SUP>H NMR spectroscopy also revealed tentative sets of product complex peaks. These simple differences caused by formal ligand Me-group incorporation are the first for any related fluorophores, to the best of our knowledge.</P><P>Three new “scorpionate”-like BODIPY species have been isolated and characterized.
