This is to investigate the posibility of home manufacturing of heavy chemical industry machines, such as rotary kiln, crusher, blower, cooler, electrostatic precipitator and weighing feeder of cement plant. It is concluded that even though we can not make all of them (some of them are made now and some others are going to be made in the near future, some of them are made whole and some others are made partially), we can build or export the cement plant by importing the important machines which we can not make now and by substituting them with ours gradually.

No effective antiviral therapy is proven yet, but clinical use of ribavirin (RBV) has been tried. We investigated the antiviral effect of RBV against SFTSV in vitro. Methods: To test for cytotoxicity of RBV, Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of RBV (3.90 to 500 μg/mL, two-fold dilution) and analyzed by cell viability MTS assay 48h post-infection. To determine antiviral activity of RBV against SFTSV, Vero cells were infected with SFTSV strain Gangwon/Korea/2012 at 100 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) per well in a 96-well plate, and RBV was added at the concentrations showing no or minimal cytotoxicity. Viral RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants and quantifi ed using one-step real-time reverse transcription- PCR to amplify the partial large segment of SFTSV. Statistical analysis was done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey`s post hoc test. Results: Cytotoxicity due to RBV was not observed at RBV concentration =31.3 μg/ mL. Viral RNAs at 24h post-RBV treatment were reduced with increasing RBV concentrations (1-32 μg/mL), compared with those of mock-treated cells (P <0.01, Figure). Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of RBV was 3.69 μg/mL at 24h post-RBV treatment. Conclusions: Our study shows that RBV has antiviral effect against SFTSV in a dose-dependent manner. Further studies are required to evaluate the effi cacy of RBV in SFTS.

고무工業의 化學的 分析과 經濟性 考察

韓國學生들의 손잡이 (Handedness)에 대한 調査

It has suggested that handedness is a crude but readily testable aspect of cerebral dominance, i.e. a reflection of the partition of functions between the two hemispheres of the brain, and unilateral cerebral dysfunction may exist in patients with certain forms of psychiatric disorder. The authors surveyed the patterns of the hand preference with the samples of 1,576 healthy Korean students in the primary, middle and high school and university in Kwang-Ju city. This is preliminary study for evaluation of handedness in psvchiatric patients. In this study, Annett's(1970) and Oldfield's(1971) hahd preference questionnaires were used as the instrument for assessing handedness, and categorization of handedness was performed using the criteria established by Lishman and McMeekan.(1976) The results were as follows; 1. It was revealed that 77.9% of all subjects were regarded as strong right handers, 22.2% as mixed handers and 0.2% as strong left handers. 2. There was no significant difference between each group. 3. The ratios of male to female for each hand edness were as follows; the ratio in strong right hander was 71.3% vs. 83.9%, that in mixed hander was 28.5% vs. 16.0%, and that in strong left hander was 0.2% vs. 0.1%. 4. Male students in primary, middle and high school and university showed high preference of left hand in items No.9 (sweeping the floor with straight broom), No. 21 (putting on a shoe) and No.24 (placing an arm in to a coat sleeve.) 5. All subjects showed high preference of both hands in item No. 19 (carrying a book bag).

체지방 측정기(Futrex-1000 body fat tester)로 측정한 소아의 체지방율에 관한 연구 : 학동기와 청소년기 아동을 대상으로

Using the infrared interactance(NIR method), the percentage body fat in 1,401 Korean children, aged 6-18years, was evaluated for normal and standard values. Correlation of percentage of body fat with age, weight, height, overweight(%), Kaup index and Rohrer index was also analyzed. The following results were obtained ; 1) In all the subject, weight and height showed standard growth(50-90 percentile) compared to growth data of korean children. 2) The percentage of body fat was decreased with increasing age and was measured higher in female than male. 3) The percentage of body fat was decreased with increasing height in both sex. 4) The percentage of body fat correlated negatively with age, heght, weight in both sex. In boys, the Rohrer index appeared to have a significant positive correlation with the percentage of body fat. (r=0.52454) In girls, the overweight(%) appeared to have a significant positive correlation with percentage of body fat. (r=0.56994) The Kaup index had no correlation with the percentage of body fat. This NIR method is safe, non-invasive, rapid, easy to use, and may be useful predict percentage of body fat, especially in the mass screening.

민간 경호·경비원들의 의식구조와 가치관에 관한 연구

The aim of this study was to investigate Consciousness and Value on Private Bodyguard and Security. I started to search from 7. January. 2004 to 20. May. 2004. so totally I searched for 5month, As a result, I got 526 papers of questionnaire and dropped 26 papers of them because of insincere answers from responders, So I used 500 papers for the research that I am doing. The method of One-Way ANOVA was used to verify the mean ratio and LSD multiple range test was also used for the verification when there was a slight difference among the objected group, All data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 producer. The results of this study are like the below: 1) The result In the case of ages showed that significant difference(p<.05) companies consciousness were Private Bodyguard and Security for structure of consciousness. 2) The result In the case of Educational Credentials showed that no significant difference self consciousness, welfare conscious ness, social consciousness, companies consciousness were Private Bodyguard and Security for structure of consciousness. 3) The result In the case of work duration showed that significant difference(p<.05) self consciousness were Private Bodyguard and Security for structure of consciousness. 4) The result in the case of monthly income showed that no significant difference self consciousness, welfare conscious ness, social consciousness, companies consciousness were Private Bodyguard and Security for structure of consciousness. 5) The result in the case of working time showed that significant difference(p<.05) self consciousness, social consciousness, companies consciousness were Private Bodyguard and Security for structure of consciousness.

국내 원전의 건전성 및 안전성 확보에 직결되는 자동 초음파검사의 신뢰도 및 검사시스템의 기량을 평가하기 위해 자동UT-PD RRT를 수행하였다. 수행된 RRT의 조건은 2001년 수동 PD-RRT에 적용된 설계변수와 동일하다. 본 연구에서는 자동 UT의 결함검출확률 및 오판확률과 결함크기측정에 대한 불확도 분석을 이용하여 자동 초음파검사의 통계적인 신뢰도를 평가하고 수동 UT PD-RRT의 결과와 비교하여 기량을 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 각종 비파괴검사에 대한 RRT를 수행하여 기술수준을 파악하고 비파괴검사기술의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

EVOP法의 活用에 관한 硏究

Evolutionary Operation was proposed by Box(1957) as an operating procedure for mudging a plant toward optimum conditions without causing dramatic disturbances and catastrophic cutbacks in production. In case two or three operating variables are monitored, Box and Hunter(1959) show how the EVOP is facilitated by using simplified calculations and emphasizing graphical presentation. Now in this artical we develop EVOP when four operating variables are monitored. As case study we studied on S-paper company.
