In triplet pregnancy, preterm delivery is a major cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality. If mother was suffering from cervical insufficiency, the effectiveness and safety of cervical cerclage remains controversial. The authors experienced the case of a 29-year-old patient with triplet pregnancy who had dilated cervix and bulging fetal membranes at 20+4 weeks of gestation. The patient underwent emergency cervical cerclage and carried pregnancy until 26th weeks of gestation. The babies were delivered by cesarean section in the 26th week of gestation and they were discharged home at the 40 weeks of corrected age. In triplet gestation as well as single or twin gestation, cervical cerclage in the patients with cervical dilatation and bulging fetal membrane could be successful if obstetricians and neonatologists collaborate.

본 연구는 2019 프랑스 여자 월드컵과 2023 호주 뉴질랜드 여자 월드컵의 8강 진출팀을 대상으로, 경기 활동량(체력) 관련 변수들에 대한 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 대상은 각 경기에서 70분 이상 출전한 수비수(DF), 미드필더(MF), 공격수(FW) 포지션의 선수 411명으로, 골키퍼는 분석에서 제외되었다. 본 연구는 SPSS 27.0 통계 패키지를 활용하여 분석을 수행하였으며, 평균(M) 및 표준편차(SD)를 산출하고, 일원배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA) 및 Scheffe 사후 검증을 통해 경기 활동량 데이터 간의 차이를 분석하였다. 또한, 대회별 활동 유형 및 체력 분석을 위해 이원배치 분산분석(Two-way ANOVA) 및 Scheffe 사후 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 구역 1 이동거리(0-7km) 및 구역 3 이동거리(13-19km)에서의 이동 거리는 2019년 대회에서 더 높았으며, 구역 5 전력질주 횟수(>23km)에서의 횟수는 2023년 대회에서 증가하였다는 점이 확인되었다. 이는 2019년 대회에 비해 2023년 대회에서 포지션별 역할과 전술적 요구가 변화하였음을 시사한다. 특히, 공격 전환 및 역습 상황에서의 역할 변화가 포지션별 체력적 요구사항에 변화를 유발하였다는 점에서 주목할 만하다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 두 대회 간의 체력적 변화 및 전술적 진화를 이해하는 데 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 향후 대회 준비 및 선수 개발 전략 수립에 있어 중요한 시사점을 제공한다. 또한, 대회별 및 포지션별 체력 데이터의 비교를 통해 얻은 결과는 여자 축구의 전술적 및 체력적 준비에 있어 지속적인 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. This study conducted a comparative analysis of the physical activity variables of the teams that reached the quarter-finals in the 2019 France Women’s World Cup and the 2023 Australia New Zealand Women’s World Cup. The subjects were 411 players from the positions of defender (DF), midfielder (MF), and forward (FW) who played more than 70 minutes per game, excluding goalkeepers from the analysis. The study utilized the SPSS 27.0 statistical package for analysis, calculating means (M) and standard deviations (SD), and conducted one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s post-hoc test to analyze differences in physical activity data. Additionally, a two-way analysis of variance (Two-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s post-hoc test were conducted to analyze activity types and physical levels by tournament. The analysis revealed that the distance covered in zone 1 (0-7km) and zone 3 (13-19km) was higher in the 2019 tournament, while the number of high-intensity sprints in zone 5 (>23km) increased in the 2023 tournament. This suggests that the role and tactical demands on positions changed from the 2019 to the 2023 tournament. Notably, changes in roles during attack transitions and counter-attacks induced changes in physical demands by position. The findings of this study not only contribute to understanding the physical and tactical evolution between the two tournaments but also provide important insights for future tournament preparations and player development strategies. Moreover, the comparison of physical data by tournament and position can serve as a foundational resource for continuous improvement in tactical and physical preparation in women’s soccer.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Herein, we report a general synthetic pathway to various shapes of three‐dimensional (3D) gold nanoframes (NFs) embedded with a Pt skeleton for structural rigidity. The synthetic route comprises three steps: site‐specific (edge and vertex) deposition of Pt, etching of inner Au, and regrowth of Au on the Pt framework. Site‐specific reduction of Pt on Au nanoparticles (NPs) led to the high‐quality of 3D Au NFs with good structural rigidity, which allowed the detailed characterization of the corresponding 3D metal NFs. The synthetic method described here will open new avenues toward many new kinds of 3D metal NFs.</P>

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) have taken much attention due to their low cost and easy fabrication method compare to silicon solar cells. But research on cost effective DSC is prerequisite for commercialization. Fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) which have been commonly used for electrode substrate as electron collector occupied most percentage of manufacturing cost. Therefore we studied FTO-less DSC using sputtered Ti deposited glass as photoelectrode instead of FTO to reduce manufacturing cost. Ti films sputtered on the glass for different time, 5 to 20 minutes with decreasing sheet resistance as deposition time increases. A light source illuminated to counter electrode in order to overcome opaque Ti films. The efficiency of DSC (Ti20) made Ti sputtered glass for 20 min as photoelectrode was 5.87%. There are no significant difference with conventional cell despite lower manufacturing cost.
Fabrication of 2D Au Nanorings with Pt Framework

<P>Surface plasmonics of nanomaterials has been one of the main research themes in nanoscience. Spherical and elongated nanoparticles show their corresponding unique optical features mainly depending on the physical dimensions. Here we successfully synthesized Au nanorings having Pt framework (Pt@Au nanorings) with high uniformity through wet-chemistry. The synthetic strategy consisted of serial reactions involving site-selective growth of Pt on the rim of Au nanoplates, subsequent etching of Au nanoplates, followed by regrowth of Au on the Pt rim. In this synthetic method, Au<SUP>3+</SUP> ions exhibited dual functionality as an etchant and a metal precursor. The resultant product, Pt@Au nanorings, exhibited unique localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) bands originating from the Au shell. This paper introduces an AI-driven approach to bolster the reliability of automatic solder joint failure detection for PCB Assembly development. Our method employs a 2-stage framework integrating localization and classification. To address domain specific challenges, we propose a post-training correction method based on a fixed solder joint arrangement. Our work is validated on unseen data acquired in a field.
