        A Video Expression Recognition Method Based on Multi-mode Convolution Neural Network and Multiplicative Feature Fusion

        The existing video expression recognition methods mainly focus on the spatial feature extraction of video expression images, but tend to ignore the dynamic features of video sequences. To solve this problem, a multimode convolution neural network method is proposed to effectively improve the performance of facial expression recognition in video. Firstly, OpenFace 2.0 is used to detect face images in video, and two deep convolution neural networks are used to extract spatiotemporal expression features. Furthermore, spatial convolution neural network is used to extract the spatial information features of each static expression image, and the dynamic information feature is extracted from the optical flow information of multiple expression images based on temporal convolution neural network. Then, the spatiotemporal features learned by the two deep convolution neural networks are fused by multiplication. Finally, the fused features are input into support vector machine to realize the facial expression classification. Experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the proposed method can reach 64.57% and 60.89%, respectively on RML and Baum-ls datasets. It is better than that of other contrast methods.

        중국 동관요 도자기와 자주요 도자기의 비교분석 연구

        도자기는 중국 역사에 있어 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 도자기 발전사와 중국 문명의 역사는 동시에 이루어졌다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 각 역사적 시기에 따라 도자기는 서로 다른 문화적 의미를 부여 받아왔으며,이는 도자기의 조형, 장식 등 여러 방면에 있어 구현되어 왔다. 중국 당나라 시기에는 나라의 번영과 함께 도자기업이 급속도로 발전하여 남방의 청자와 북방의 백자를 대표로 하는 남청북백(南青北⽩) 의 생산라인이 형성되었다. 동관요(銅官窯)는 당나라 남방의 중요한 청자(青瓷)요구(窯⼝)로서 유하채(釉下彩)가 유명하다. 자주요(磁州窯)는 송나라에 흥성한 북방의 백자(⽩瓷)요구(窯⼝)로서 동관요 보다 늦었으며 동관요의 자기제조 특색을 일정 부분 계승하고 발전시켰다. 모두 중국 도자기의 역사에서 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자료수집과 문헌기록의 방법을 통하여 국내외 유명 박물관에 소장된 동관요와 자주요 도자기에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 이 두 가지 도자기의 조형, 장식, 색채 등을 전면적으로 비교 분석하여 관련된 데이터를 귀납논증으로 결론을 도출하였다. 이 도출과정에서 동관요와 자주요는 모두 민요(民窯)에 속하여 생산하는 기물의 종류, 조형, 장식, 문양 등에 있어서 많은 유사성을 가지고 있는 것을 알았으며, 서로 다른 역사와 지역에서 발전된 이유로 이 두 가지는 장식내용와 장식기법 등의 측면에서 각기 다른 시대적, 지역적 특징을 나타내고 있는 것도 알게 되었다. 본 논문은 도자기의 비교, 분석뿐만 아니라 중국 남쪽과 북쪽의 민요에 대하여 알 수 있었으며 앞으로도 계속적인 연구를 통하여 이에 관련된 중국 전통문화의 계승과 발전에 대한 연구를 진행하려 한다. Ceramics plays an important role in Chinese history. The development history of ceramics is almost synchronized with the history of Chinese civilization. In each different historical period, ceramics will be endowed with different cultural connotations, which are reflected in various aspects such as ceramic modeling and decoration. During the Tang Dynasty, China prospered and the porcelain industry developed rapidly. A production situation of blue in the south and white in the north was formed, represented by celadon in the south and white porcelain in the north. Tongguan kiln was an important celadon kiln in southern China during the Tang Dynasty. It is famous for its underglaze color. Cizhou kiln flourished in the Northern White porcelain kiln in the Song Dynasty. It was later than the Tongguan kiln, and had certain inheritance and development of the porcelain characteristics of the Tongguan kiln. Both kilns played an important role in the history of Chinese ceramics. This paper, by means of data collection and literature at home and abroad well-known copper magnetic state kiln and kiln ceramics museum has carried on the comparative analysis, modelling, the decoration of two ceramic kiln, the respect such as colour, TaiZhi has carried on the comprehensive comparative analysis, comparison and sums up the related data and information, relevant conclusions are drawn. Tongguan Kilns and Cizhou kilns are both folk kilns, so the types, shapes, decorations and mullets produced have many similar characteristics. However, because they are in different historical periods and different regions, these two famous kilns also show different characteristics of The Times and regions in terms of decoration themes and techniques. In this paper, the analysis data of the similarities and differences between the two kilns of ceramics is expected to provide a beneficial supplement to the relevant research, and to inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese culture.

        CK2 phosphorylates AP-2α and increases its transcriptional activity

        Transcription factor AP-2α involves in the process of mammalian embryonic development and tumorigenesis. Many studies have shown that AP-2α functions in association with other interacting proteins. In a two-hybrid screening, the regulatory subunit β of protein casein kinase 2 (CK2β) was identified as an interacting protein of AP-2α; we confirmed this interaction using in-vitro GST pull-down and in-vivo co-immunoprecipitation assays; in an endogenous co-immunoprecipitation experiment, we further found the catalytic subunit α of protein casein kinase 2 (CK2α) also exists in the complex. Phosphorylation analysis revealed that AP-2α was phosphorylated by CK2 kinase majorly at the site of Ser429, and such phosphorylation could be blocked by CK2 specific inhibitor 4,5,6,7-tetrabromobenzotriazole (TBB) in a dose-dependent manner. Luciferase assays demonstrated that both CK2α and CK2β enhanced the transcription activity of AP-2α; moreover, CK2β increased the stability of AP-2α. Our data suggest a novel cellular function of CK-2 as a transcriptional co-activator of AP-2α.

        跨⽂化視野下中國銅官窯陶瓷⽂化特⾊研究

        隨著經濟的全球化發展, 各國之間的交流互動變得頻繁, 而陶瓷貿易交流是唐代的中國與國外文化交流的第一個高峰, 也表現出相互影響和融合的特點。中國銅官窯是唐代著名的商業性外銷瓷窯, 其陶瓷產品沿海上絲綢之路遠銷東亞、南亞、西亞、北非等地, 創造了一千多年前藝術與商品結合的典範。本文以跨文化貿易與交流歷史語境中的銅官窯陶瓷文化為研究對象,目的是分析銅官窯陶瓷在造型、紋飾、色彩等方面表現出的跨文化特點。通過文獻研究、對比研究等方法,找到銅官窯陶瓷文化元素的文化淵源、傳播路徑以及內在的關聯。結果證明銅官窯陶瓷在向外傳播的同時,與外銷各國人民進行了文化互動,其產品受伊斯蘭、佛教藝術的影響而獨具特色, 銅官窯成功的秘訣在於其兼收並蓄、大膽創新的跨文化設計, 本文對其跨文化元素進行梳理與研究, 這對於當代跨文化產品設計將提供重要的參考借鑒作用。 With the development of economic globalization, the exchanges and interactions between countries became frequent, and the ceramic trade exchange was the first peak of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries in the Tang Dynasty, which also showed the characteristics of mutual influence and integration. The Chinese Tongguan kiln was a famous commercial export porcelain kiln in the Tang Dynasty. Its products created a model of the combination of art and commodities more than 1,000 years ago. This paper takes the culture of Tongguan kiln ceramics in the historical context of cross-cultural trade and communication as the research object, aiming to analyze the cross-cultural characteristics of Tongguan kiln ceramics in modeling, decoration, color and other aspects. Through literature research, comparative study and other methods, the cultural origin, transmission path and internal correlation of the cultural elements of tongguan kiln ceramics are found. It proves that Tongguan kiln ceramics had cultural interaction with the people of export countries while spreading abroad, and its products were unique under the influence of Islamic and Buddhist art. The secret of the success of Tongguan kiln lies in its eclectic, bold and innovative cross-cultural design. This paper combs and studies its cross-cultural elements, which will provide an important reference for contemporary cross-cultural product design.

        Clearance Measurement Equipment for Gas Lubricated Dynamic Pressure Bearing of Gyro Motor

        The clearance of gas lubricated dynamic pressure bearing of gyro motor refers specifically to small internal air gap between the rotor and stator. The clearance size is an important indicator of running performance of a motor. In this work, a dedicated clearance measurement equipment is developed. The clearance is converted to external micro displacement and measured by dual inductive probes with relative measurement principle. For this purpose, three main functional modules are designed together with corresponding electronic and pneumatic control systems. The clamp fixation module helps to support the measured bearing flexibly at the shaft end, which is conducive to protect the bearing and ensure the smoothness of force application. The force application module consists of a 3-D precision motion platform and a triaxial force sensor. It converts internal air gap to external micro displacement in cooperation with the clamp fixation module. The displacement measurement module is a 2-D precision motion platform carrying dual inductive probes. Based on theoretical analysis and practical experiments, the measurement accuracy is superior to 0.3 μm. Moreover, it realizes controllable and continuous force application, which is suitable for batch measurement.

        Two New Hetero-Spirocyclic γ -Lactam Derivatives from Marine Sediment-derived Fungus Aspergillus sydowi D2-6

        Two new hetero-spirocyclic γ-lactams, azaspirofurans A (1) and B (2), had been isolated from a marine sediment-derived fungus Aspergillus sydowi D2-6. Their structures were determined by the chemical evidence and spectral analyses. Compound 1 exhibited cytotoxicity against A549 cell line with the IC50 value of 10 μM by MTT method.

        Zearalenone regulates key factors of the Kelch-like erythroid cell-derived protein with CNC homology-associated protein 1-nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 signaling pathway in duodenum of post-weaning gilts

        Objective: This study explored the mechanism of the Kelch-like erythroid cell-derived protein with CNC homology-associated protein 1 (Keap1)-nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) signaling pathway under conditions of zearalenone (ZEA)-induced oxidative stress in the duodenum of post-weaning gilts. Methods: Forty post-weaning gilts were randomly allocated to four groups and fed diets supplemented with 0, 0.5, 1.0, or 1.5 mg/kg ZEA. Results: The results showed significant reductions in the activity of the antioxidant enzymes total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase and increases the malondialdehyde content with increasing concentrations of dietary ZEA. Immunohistochemical analysis supported these findings by showing a significantly increased expression of Nrf2 and glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPX1) with increasing concentrations of ZEA. The relative mRNA and protein expression of Nrf2, GPX1 increased linearly (p<0.05) and quadratically (p<0.05), which was consistent with the immunohistochemical results. The relative mRNA expression of Keap1 decreased linearly (p<0.05) and quadratically (p<0.05) in the duodenum as the ZEA concentration increased in the diet. The relative mRNA expression of modifier subunit of glutamate-cysteine ligase (GCLM) increased quadratically (p<0.05) in all ZEA treatment groups and the relative mRNA expression of quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1) catalytic subunit of glutamate-cysteine ligase decreased linearly (p<0.05) and quadratically (p<0.05) in the ZEA1.0 group and ZEA1.5 group. The relative protein expression of Keap1 and GCLM decreased quadratically (p<0.05) in the duodenum as the ZEA concentration increased in the diet, respectively. The relative protein expression of NQO1 increased linearly (p<0.05) and quadratically (p<0.05) in all ZEA treatment groups in the duodenum. Conclusion: These findings suggest that ZEA regulates the expression of key factors of the Keap1-Nrf2 signaling pathway in the duodenum, which enables resistance to ZEA-induced oxidative stress. Further studies are needed to examine the effects of ZEA induced oxidative stress on other tissues and organs in post-weaning gilts.

        Exploring the oral microflora of preschool children

        The oral cavity is one of the most important and complicated habitats in our body and supports diverse microbial communities. In this study, we aimed to determine the bacterial diversity and composition of various oral micro-niches. Samples were collected from supragingival plaque, saliva, and tongue coating from 10 preschool children (30 samples total). 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing dataset generated 314,639 clean reads with an average of 10,488 ± 2,787 reads per sample. The phyla Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Fusobacteria were predominant, accounting for more than 90% of the total sequences. We found the highest α diversity, microbial richness, and evenness in plaque, compared with saliva and tongue coating. Plaque was also distinguished from saliva and tongue coating by phylogenetic distances (weighted UniFrac). Taxa with different relative abundances were further identified, confirming the existence of microbial differences across the three niches. Core microbiomes were defined of each niche; however, only a small proportion of operational taxonomic units (8.07%) were shared by the three niches. Coaggregation between Actinomyces spp. and Streptococcus spp. and other correlations among periodontal pathogens, such as Prevotella, Fusobacteria, Capnocytophaga, and Tannerella, were shown by a co-occurrence network. In summary, our study provides a framework of oral microbial communities in the population of preschool children as a baseline for further studies of oral diseases related to microbes.

      • Changes of Shoulder, Elbow, and Wrist Stiffness Matrix Post Stroke

        <P>Stroke affects multiple joints in the arm with stereotypical patterns of arm deformity involving the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand and with disrupted coordination of multiple joints in active movements. However, there is a lack of systematicmethods to evaluatemulti-joints and multi-degree of freedoms (DOF) neuro-mechanical changes, especially for complex systemswith three ormore joints/ DOFs involved. This paper used a novel systematic method to characterize dynamics and control of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist of the human arm individually and simultaneously, including the couplings across themultiple joints during controlled movements. A novel method was developed to decompose the complex system into manageable single-joint level for more reliable characterizations. The method was used in clinical studies to characterize the multi-joint changes associated with spastic impaired arm of 11 patients post stroke and 12 healthy controls. It was found that stroke survivors showed not only increased stiffness at the individual joints locally but also significantly higher couplings across the joints. The relative increases in couplings are often higher than that of the local joint stiffness. The multi-joint characterization provided a tool to characterize impairment of individual patients, which would allow more focused impairment-specific treatment. In general, the decomposition method can be used for even more complex systems, making characterization of intractable system dynamics of three or more joints/DOFs manageable.</P>

        Supragingival Plaque Microbial Community Analysis of Children with Halitosis<sup>s</sup>

        As one of the most complex human-associated microbial habitats, the oral cavity harbors hundreds of bacteria. Halitosis is a prevalent oral condition that is typically caused by bacteria. The aim of this study was to analyze the microbial communities and predict functional profiles in supragingival plaque from healthy individuals and those with halitosis. Ten preschool children were enrolled in this study; five with halitosis and five without. Supragingival plaque was isolated from each participant and 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing was used to identify the microbes present. Samples were primarily composed of Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Fusobacteria, and Candidate phylum TM7. The α and β diversity indices did not differ between healthy and halitosis subjects. Fifteen operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were identified with significantly different relative abundances between healthy and halitosis plaques, and included the phylotypes of Prevotella sp., Leptotrichia sp., Actinomyces sp., Porphyromonas sp., Selenomonas sp., Selenomonas noxia, and Capnocytophaga ochracea. We suggest that these OTUs are candidate halitosis-associated pathogens. Functional profiles were predicted using PICRUSt, and nine level-3 KEGG Orthology groups were significantly different. Hub modules of co-occurrence networks implied that microbes in halitosis dental plaque were more highly conserved than microbes of healthy individuals` plaque. Collectively, our data provide a background for the oral microbiota associated with halitosis from supragingival plaque, and help explain the etiology of halitosis.
