녹내장 여과수술에서의 마이토마이신 결막하 주사 시기에 따른 여과포 형성의 실험적 연구

Purpose: To investigate the effects of varying the time of Mitomycin-C (MMC) subconjunctival injection before, during and after operation. Method: We divided rabbits into 3 groups according to injection time. Subconjunctival injections of 0.01% MMC 0.05 ml were given to the preoperative group at 6, 12 and 24 hours before operation, and to the postoperative group at 6, 12 and 24 hours after operation. The control group was given the injections during operation. Bleb formation and histologic analyses were studied for 4 weeks after operation. Results: For gross findings, the blebs of the preoperative and control groups were seen on the fourth day and completely formed at one week after operation, and were larger than those of the postoperative group. On the other hand, the blebs of the postoperative group were seen to have poor formation, displaying hypervascularity on the fourth day and disappearing one week after operation. For histologic findings, the proliferation of collagen fibers and the undifferentiation of fibroblasts observed in the preoperative and control groups were almost identical. But, the proliferation of collagen fibers and well-differentiated fibroblasts were seen to increase in the postoperative group, so aqueous flow was obstructed at week 3. Conclusions: Subconjunctival injections within 24 hours before or during glaucoma filtration surgery were better for bleb formation and preservation than those administerd after surgery.

The advancement of the information technology provides a wide range of corporate to cope with new business environments that are different in size, life and operating conditions. In particular, the developed information technology in logistics information system(LIS), along with the diffusion of e-business technology over the world, enables the firms to re-engineer their inner and outer operational processes. The conception of logistics thus has become more important to the enterprise in strategic sense because it has aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. In order to maintain competitive power in this environment, shipping & logistic firms are required to actively induce logistics information system and optimise their business processes. Therefore, this study aims to investigate problems and draw suggestions in applying logistics information technology for Korean logistics industry which should lead to the efficiency and productivity on export and import logistics services in Korea. With comparison and benchmarking to the port information systems in developed countries, this study analysed the driving factors of inducing shipping & port LIS and the relationships among these factors with logistics performance in the shipping & port industry in Korea. Major suggestions are: ⅰ) all users, inside as well as outside, should be able to have ubiquitous access on LIS network, free from the restrictions of time and place, ⅱ) the entities on logistics supply chain, such as logistics service providers, shippers and governmental authorities should be able to share and utilise the common logistics informations, ⅲ) the industry is required to standardise logistics information scheme in order to build infrastructure of logistics information network which is essential for e-commerce.

This study is to promote domestic environmentally appropriately conditions for the range 60~70 m, the development of the small and medium-sized sprayer ability measurement that can be used as a general-purpose paddy fields, orchards, and not consolidated areas. The sprayer designed and manufactured that can spraying effectively distance to within 60~70 m. Distribution of sprayed pesticides were obtained and analyzed by measuring the weight. Performance analysed using the buckets were placed horizontally 12.5 m, 70 m vertical intervals by $5m{\times}2.5m$, so total 68 buckets were placed. Total amounts of sprayed quantity was $2,000{\ell}$ and maximum spray distance was about 70 m. Reasonably sprayed region was 5 m~10 m vertically symmetrical. Showed a lot of spraying water in 5 m~40 m distance, and in 45~60 m tended to spraying water decreased slightly. Maximum spraying distance was 70 m.
채식주의자 식품소비가치에 따른 채식기반식품과 채식식당에 대한 인식

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for future research and suggest product development and market segmentation strategies by identifying the perceptions and consumption behaviors of vegetarians in each segment of the vegetarian market. According to food consumption value, a total of three market segments were derived, and the markets were named based on their characteristics, including 'environment and animal protection', 'multiple consideration' and 'low interest'. As a result of analyzing the perception of vegetarian-based food, "environment and animal protection" and "multiple consideration" presented positive perceptions of a vegetarian food product. Conversely, the group stating low interest expressed negative perceptions of the vegetarian food product. An analysis of the requirements for development for vegetarian-based foods products (eg. aquafaba), indicated that the development requirements for all products, except cultured and processed meats, were high.?Considerable demand was observed for vegetarian menus and vegetarian restaurants. As a result of the analysis on the necessity of the elements of the vegetarian restaurant menu, the subjects that stated "multiple consideration" had significantly higher awareness of issues related to vegetarian foods than others.
