By the reason of increased demand of high productivity and quality, the manufacturer have an effort in many directions of a machine tool industries. Among there, we proposed method of decreasing displacement in MC(machining center). In other words, Quality related with vibration of a tool cutting products. For decreasing it, improved by optimizing a shape of the column-part and acceleration curves of motors In this paper we could find design factors has much influence on decreasing the displacement using the DOE(Design of Experiments) and optimized the level of the factors using ADAMS^(R) and MINITAB^(R). And we suggest optimized a acceleration curve using Matlab^(R).
전력전자 PSPICE 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 위한 스위치 모델

PSPICE is widely used in analysis of general circuit and simulation in electric and electrical field is applied to power electronics circuit. The circuits used with thyristors will add significant complexity to PSPICE analysis, it is important that the thyristor model be as simple as possible. In order to solve this problem, an ideal voltage controlled switch and an ideal current controlled switch were added as circuit elements. Two typical power electronics circuits simulation using PSPICE program presented.
전류제어형 PWM 인버어터―유도전동기 위치제어의 신경회로망 응용

이 논문은 전력변환기 시스템 모델링에 대한 신경회로망 사용을 기술하였다. Bp 알고리즘은 PWM 인버어터에 의해 구동되는 유도전동기의 on-off 패턴제어를 모델화하기 위해 처음으로 사용되었다. 신경회로망의 한 잇점은 본질적으로 병렬처리 이어서 그 결과 직렬인 디지털 컴퓨터보다 훨씬 빠르다. 게다가 신경회로망은 인버어터에 대해 학습능력이 있다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 디지털 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다. This paper discribes the use of neural networks for modeling power converter system. A back propagation(BP) algorithm is used firstly to model on-off pattern control of PWM inverter fed induction motor and, as a result, can solve problems much faster than a serial digital computer. Furthermore, neural networks have ability to learn for inverter. The validity of proposed method is confirm through the digital computer simulation.

In this paper, the authors describe the equivalent circuit for a DC motor in consideration of both magnetic saturation and armature reaction phenomena. To develop DC motor model in PSPICE is to eliminate the gap between drive electronics and models of driven machine. On the basis of these results the dynamic characteristics of a MOSFET chopper controlled DC series motor are investigated by PSPICE simulation and experiment.
Soft Switching 방식을 이용한 Active Clamp Mode Forward Converter 설계

In recent years, a trend of DC-DC converter is studied mainly quasi resonant converter and multi resonant converter such as resonant type. But by using zero voltage and zero current method, these converter have voltage and current stress in the circuits. So the purpose of this paper is to reduce voltage and current stress, and to increase efficiency (about 5∼10%) rather than above converters. Experimental results show that active clamp mode PWM switching forward converter has minimum switching loss and conducting loss. The test results verify the simulation performance.

The purpose of this study was to identify the student participation styles in elementary school physical education classes. To identify the student participation styles, the factors such as subject, teacher, parents, the level of family economy and classroom environments were investigated. To achieve the purpose of this study was observed during 3 months in 1997. Educational ethnography was used in order to collect qualitative date. The subjects were 40 students on grade 4 in Chang Soe elementary school. Student participation styles were categorized six domains based on classroom teacher's observation and evaluation about them for 4 months. This styles included 'enthusiastic students', 'officious helpers', 'modifiers', 'ball girl-ball boys', 'timid paragons', and 'halfway students' Enthusiastic student was characterised by learning ability and attitude in his classroom, Officious helper by interference in other students in classes, Modifiers by the his tendency of exchange and execuse about the teacher-assigned-task, Ball girls-ball boys by yield their opportunity to participation in games and took peripherial position as by-hnaders, Timid paragons by work his task only when the teacher let him ordered and listen to teacher's explanation attentively, Halfway students by very bad learning attitude and made distribute the learning circumstances by their mischief. 위험평가(Risk Assessment)에 의한 업종별 위험(Risk)의 구분

A total of 514 workplaces in 17 industries were inbestigated through walk-through survey. These industries were all small companies with less than five workers and didn't have work environmental measurement data. These industries were ranked by risk that was evaluated by combination of toxicity and possibility of exposure to chemical hazardous agents produced at operations of industry. Risk Index(RI) was qualitatively combined by the combination between hazard and potential of exposure to chemical hazardous agents. Industries that were regarded as having the highest risk were wood and products of wood, chemicals and chemical products, basic metals, other vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers, and fumiture manufacturing. These industries were found to have operations with higher risk than other industries. This study found that more attentions should be paid to these industries with that more attentions should be paid to these industries with high risk.

In this paper, we report some sorts of result obtained by investigating the exhibits which had been submitted for "The National Exhibition of Science"and "The Science Exhibition for the Students of Cheju-do"during the last ten years and by putting the questions to the science teacher of the teacher of the middle and high schools in Cheju-do. Up to the half number the exhibits are occupied by the field of physics and biology. Almost the exhibits (above 90%) have the contents related to those of the current curriculum. However, 30.2% of the respondents only believe that their students may put the exhibits to practical use in learning. Many respondents replied that they could have not participated in the exhibition of science because they were in heavy duty and the fiscal support were not only so limited but also not sufficient enough to make an excellent work.
