      • Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS/CdTe 이종접합 태양전지의 구조 및 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the processing conditions and the various methods to improve the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells were studied. Cd1-xZnxS films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxS films, thin indium films(10-40nm thickness) were evaporated on the surface of Cd1-xZnxS films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxS films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute. The open circuit voltage of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells increased due to reduced electron affinity difference between Cd1-xZnxS and CdTe films. However, the conversion efficiency of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cell decreased because of the higher series resistance(Rs) than CdS/CdTe solar cell. The series resistance and conversion efficiency of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cell were improved by using indium-doped Cd1-xZnxS films as windows layer. Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells fabricated with optimal conditions exhibited Voc=630㎷, Jsc=38.89㎃/㎠ and □=13.19%

        Some concepts of modem mathematics give rise to the new contents of school mathematics in accordance with the modernization movement of mathematics education. The transformation of the figures is one of new contents. The object of this research is to find out the effective teaching methods for the transformations of figures, the structures of various transformations, analyzing the curriculum and mathematics textbooks, and pointing out difficult aspects of contents which can be found in the mathematics education of some high schools in Cheju province.

        Cd1_-xZn_xS films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1_-xZn_xS films, thin indium films(10-40nm thickness) were evaporated on the surface of Cd1_-xZn_xS films. Experimental parpmeters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1_-xZn_xS films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute. X-ray diffraction patterns of Cd1_-xZn_xS films indicate that the minimum thickness and annealing temperature for the formation of an In2O3 surface layer, which act as a barrier preventing the outdiffusion of indium, are 20nm and 350℃, respectively. This layer allows indium diffusion into the Cd1_-xZn_xS films and results in an indium-doped Cd1_-xZn_xS films. As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3Ω-㎝) is obtained for Cd1_-xZn_xS films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.

        In this paper, it is aimed to study the architype of Korean houses with topological analysis. So, first, the meaning & rationality of topological analysis on houses is discussed. Second, the traditional houses devided into Minka & Banka(Korean houses name of low & high society's) are analyzed. Third, the modem houses built since 1970 are analyzed, too. And last, hoses of both traditional ones and modern ones are interpretated comparatively. Conclusionally, the fact that architype of Korean houses comes from Minka is verified.

        In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTesolar cells were investigated. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxs films, thin indium films(10-4Onm thickness)were evaporated on the suface of Cd1-rZnxs films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxs films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3 O -cm)is obtained for Cd1-xZnxs films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.

      • 競技種目別 運動選手들의 筋力에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to estimate physique and muscular strength in collegiate athletes. On a sample of 70 athletes (basketball, baseball, soccer, and ice-hockey) anthropometric measurements (height, weight, bone width, circumference and skinfold thicknesses) were taken, For the measurements of muscular strength grip strength, back strength, arm flexion and leg extension strength were tested. The results of this study showed that basketball players were highest for height, weight, humorous and femur diameters, chest circumference, and calf circumference. Ice-hockey players were highest for upper arm and flexed upper arm circumferences. On the other hand ice-hockey players were lowest for height, soccer players for weight, baseball players for humerous and femur diameters, soccer players for chest circumference. For skinfold thickness baseball players (10.1mm) were highest for triceps, basketball players (14.5mm) for subscapular, ice-hockey players (13.3mm) for suprailiac and medial calf (9.0mm) skinfold thicknesses. While soccer players were lowest for triceps (8.7mm), subscapular (8.6mm), suprailiac (9.8mm) and medial calf (7.5mm) skinfold thicknesses. There were significant differences (P〈0.01) for height, weight, femur diameter, upper arm and flexed upper arm circumferences among athletes. Grip strength (left and right) was highest in baseball players (52.1kg, 50.8kg) but lowest for soccer players (42.3kg, 42.8kg). Baseball players were highest for back strength (162.0kg). On the other hand back strength was lowest in ice-hockey players (127.1kg). For arm flexion and leg extension strength (left, right) basketball players (42.0kg, 44.9kg) were highest for both strength tests. While soccer players were lowest for arm flexion strength and baseball players for leg extension strength. Ice-hockey players were highest for sit-up (59.2). Significant differences (P〈0.01) were found for grip, back, arm flexion and leg extension strength and sit-up among athletes.

        특허권 강화는 기술혁신을 촉진하는가? : 한국의 특허법 개혁을 중심으로 Evidence From the Korean Patent Law Reforms

        1970년대 말 이후 취해진 미국의 일련의 특허권 개혁과 1994년에 체결된 TRIPS협약을 계기로 특허권 강화와 기술혁신간의 상관관계에 대한 수많은 실증연구가 1990년대 들어 행하여지고 있다. 그러나 최근의 실증연구결과들은 특허권강화가 기술혁신을 촉진하는 유효한 수단인가에 대해서 명확한 결론을 내리지 못하고 있어, '특허의 역설(Patent paradox)'이라 불리고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 특허 및 연구개발 지출 자료를 활용하여 특허권 강화(특허법개혁)가 기술혁신활동에 유효한 인센티브로 작용하는 지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과 1980년대 말의 특허법 7차 개정과 1990년대 중반의 11차 개정이 연구개발 지출과 특허출원건수로 측정한 기술혁신활동에 긍정적으로 작용하였음을 발견하였다. 그러나 우리의 추정방법이 제도개혁의 직접적인 영향만을 추정하는 것이 아니라 여타의 거시적 충격까지 포함할 가능성이 있기 때문에 조심스러운 해석을 요한다. By influencing the incentives to innovate, the strengthening of patents may affect economic growth in important way. An important question for many countries is whether patent law reforms induce more innovation. This paper examines the role of patents in innovation, utilizing Korean data on patent applications, expenditure of R&D, sales and concentration ratio. The evidence suggests that the strengthening of patents was a significant determinant of innovation in Korea. However, in our estimations, we do not completely eliminate the effects of other macro shocks. Therefore, we interpretate our results as representing an "upper bound" of Korean firms' responses to patent law reforms.

      • 위암 환자에서 세포성 면역 기능에 관한 연구

        We performed a variety of lymphocyte stimulation tests, delayed hypersensitivity skin tests, and enumeration of several lymphocyte subpopulations in 21 patients with gastric cancer who did not receive any form of anticancer therapy, and in 20 healthy controls. The gastric cancer patients had significantly decreased number and total score of positive reactions in delayed hypersensitivity skin tests compared with the healthy controls. The percent of CD_(4) positive lymphocytes in the gastric cancer patients was significantly decreased compared to the normal control subjects, but it had no correlation with the total score of delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions. The ratio of helper to suppressor cells was lower in the cancer group. The uptake of 3H-thymidine was markedly depressed in cancer patients when stimulated with various mitogens. There was little correlation between any of the stimulation tests and any of the lymphocyte subpopulation proportions to delayed hypersensitivity cutaneous reactions. Optimal proliferative response was found in lymphocytes stimulated with 10 micrograms of concanavalin-A and 10 microgram of phytohemagglutinin. Advanced stage patients had greatly depressed delayed hypersensitivity skin reactions and proliferative responses to mitogens compared with localized diseases. These results suggest that gastric cancer patients have depressed cellular immune functions, which mainly result from the decreased helper cells and defects in functional proliferative response to mitogens. Interleukin-2 and interferon-gamma restored the in vitro proliferative response of lymphocyte in patients with gastric cancer.

        We studied the differences of cardiorespiratory function of the untrained group and the trained group. The findings are following: 1.In ventilation, trained group was higher than untrained group. In addition, there was significant difference(p〈.001) at 60% and 85% exercise levels and All-out time. 2.In respiratory rate, tranined group was higher than untrained group. In addition, there was significant difference(p〈.01)at 85% exercise level and All-out time. 3.In respiratory gas exchange, trained group was lower than untrained group. In addition, there was significant difference(p〈.01) at All-out time. 4.In oxygen intake per weight, trained group was higher than untrained group. In addition, there was significant difference(p〈.001) at 40%, 60%, and 85% excercise levels and All-out time. 5.In heart rate, trained group was lower than untrained group. In addition, there was remarkable difference(p〈.0901) at rest.
