      • 슬래그 골재를 사용한 투수성 콘크리트의 물리적 성질

        본 연구는 제철소에서 부산물로 생성되는 고로슬래그 및 제강슬래그를 골재의 일부로 대체 사용하고 고성능AE감수제를 적정량 사용하여 고품질의 투수성 콘크리트를 제조하는 것에 관한 것이다.실험결과 고성능AE감수제와 슬래그를 사용하는 경우 투수계수 0.1 ㎝/sec 이상을 유지하는 상태에서 재령 28일의 압축강도 240 ㎏f/㎠ 정도까지의 비교적 높은 강도의 투수성 콘크리트를 경제적으로 제조할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

Ciel-Suite Algorithm(天符經) as a Logos-Algorithm apply to pursue and analyze the Creative Eigen-Elasticity and form a foundation of radicality. Radical stationary ethics sustain the new creation process of stability / growth of Human Beings and global economy as well as cross elasticity of visible and invisible eigenvalue. This extends to the creative anticipation, cost down, and time saving of the production activity in global economy. For the 21-century, the Korean Eigen Elasticity supports the substantial stability / growth.

Theory and technique that is cohered to productivity in the downing scale necessiated the practical utilization of the thema connected with the fundamental origin system in variable and sudden change of circumstances. We try to examine and compose the fundamental source factor through analysing the system of existing general principle by considering the time-spaced Naive Genesis (the reason to annimate of pure humanity : 然泉) for the sake of looking forward to future productivity. Futhermore we apply The fundamentals of the early korea-ciel suite algorithm from the aspect of science and technology to embody its disclosure and form a foundation of koreanism as a productivity and traditional genuineness. Reflecting on korean Ciel Suite Algorithm as a Logos-Algo offers the core co-ordinates of physic, physiology and providence in the middle of external/internal varying speedy environments.

        This thesis which focuses on the In-duction / De-duction(variance) → Pro-duction(range) → Gene-duction(criteria in Keno ̄n) → Ciel-duction(to Log-Algo) structures is the subsequent study of the "A study on the Creative Eigen-Elasticity(I) " The main subjects are as follows, 1. Gene-duum / Gene-nascence, Monos / Mass, Intuition / Perception, and Bodynet / Multimodel structures are disserted and arranged for the activation of eigen-elasticity, 2. Sintojae (身土材) as a foundation of bio-engineering and psyche-engineering presents for the revitalization of Korean trots, 3. Ciel-suite Algorithm that explains Information science(Cybernetics ; 4ab) and Relativity theory(E = mc2) applys to the numerical analysis of the above processes and structures. These contexts outline the prototypes of Productivity, Humanity, and Religiousity in the changing era from the West to the Far East (Orient).

        여성호르몬 대체요법후 체중변화와 베타3 아드레날린 수용체 유전자형의 연관성에 관한 연구

        연구배경: 폐경 전후에서의 체중 증가와 여성호르몬과의 연관성이 지속적으로 논의되어왔다 교감 신경계는 지방대사를 촉진하여 대사적 열생산을 증가시키는 작용을 가지고 있으므로 이와 관련하여 베타3아드레날린 수용체의 유전자형이 폐경여성에서 여성호르몬 대체요법 이후의 체중증가와 연관이 있는지를 밝히고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 1995년부터 2002년 5월까지 삼성제일병윈 비만클리닉 및 갱년기 클리닉에 방문하여 여성 호르몬 대체요법을 시행 받았으며, 폐경에 관련한 과거력, 여성 호르몬 투여 전후의 체중, 체질량 지수에 대한 자료를 확보할 수 있곤, 베타3 아드레날린 수용체 유전자의 다형성을 분석한 92명을 최종 연구 대상자로 하였다. 결과: 베타3 아드레날린 수용체 유전자 다형성 분포는 Trp64Trp형 39.1%, Trp64Arg형 25.0%,Arg64Arg형 34.8%,로 나타났다 여성호르몬 투여 전 체중의 평균은 61.07±7.06이었으며, 여성 호르몬대체요법 후 체중 변화의 평균은 1.28±3.20 증가로 나타났으나, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다 β3 아드레날린 수용체 유전자 아형에 따른 체중의 평균 변화는 Trp64Trp형에서 1.86±2.94 증가, Trp64Arg형 0.74±2.97 증가, Arg64Arg형 1,00±3.61 증가로 나타났으나 이들 모두 통계적 유의성은 없었으며, 세 아형간의 변화량도 유의하지 않았다. 결론: 폐경여성에서 여성호르몬 대체요법 후 체중이 증가하였으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, β3아드레날린 수용체 유전자 아형에 따른 차이를 관찰할 수 없었다. Background: The study results to determine the relationship between postmenopausal estrogen use and weight gain have not been consistent. Genetic studies have reported the association of BMI with the beta3-adrenergic receptor gene polymorhism. This study as designed to indentify association of beta3-adrenergic receptor gene polymorhism with weight gain related to HRT in postmenopausal women. Methods: 192 postmenopausal women at a general hospital, Bariatric and climacteric clinic have been collected. Subtypes of beta3 adrenergic receptors were measured and physical, anthropomeric data including body fat and BMI was obtained before and after HRT. Results: Arg/Arg group was 34.8%, Trp/Arg group was 25.0%, Trp/Trp group was 39.1%. Mean weight gain in 192 postmenopausal women was 1.28±3.20 kg and the percent changes in weight gain between initial and final point was 2.32±5.66% but these resulst had no statistical significance (p>0.05). Weight gain(%) were 2.24%(95% C.I 0.35~4.13) in Arg/Arg group, 1.08%(-1.17~3.29) in Trp/Arg group and 3.18%(1.49~4.92) in Trp/Trp, but these results did not show statistical significance(F=1.13, p=0.03). Conclusion: Polymorphism of beta3 adrenergic receptor gene was not associated with weight gain after HRT in postmenopausal women. From these results, we may conclude that polymorhism of beta3 adrenergic receptor may not be the predicting factor to understand the weight gain after HRT in postmenopausal women.

        도시고형 폐기물 소각재의 무해화 처리와 응용

        Many cities and provinces are rapidly depleting landfill spaces. As the result, some municities have adopted to Incinerate their municipal solid waste(MSW). The motive behind the choice is that incineration significantly reduces the volume of solid waste in need of disposal, destroys the harmful organic compounds that are present in MSW, and provides an attractive source of alternative energy. Conclusively, the generation of MSW ash is expected to increse in the furture. However, disposing the MSW ash in landfills may not always be an environmentally or an economically feasible solution. This paper addresses the various issues associated with MSW ash and its possible use in construction applications.

        The liquidus temperature was observed according to the change of content BaO 6 W/O ~ 12W/O and SrO 1 W/O~4W/O in R₂O-PbO-Al₂O₃- (BaO+SrO+SiO₂) glass system. The liquidus temperature varied between 810°C ~ 950°C in these glasses. The effect of BaO & SrO content to the liquidus temperature of the glasses are as follows. 1. The variation of the liquidus temperature were remarkable by the content of SrO in the range of BaO contents from 6 W/O to 8 W/O. 2. The minimum liquidus temperature is located at the composition of BaO 8 W/O SrO 4 W/O SiO₂ 68 W/O.

      • 신장수여자의 수술경과시간에 따른 자기존경감, 희망감, 염려 및 스트레스원의 차이

        This study attempted to examine the differences of self - esteem, hopes, concerns and total stress scores of 110 kidney recipients in before(N=32) and fellowing kidney transplantation [1 to 6 months(N=29), 6 to 12 months(N=23), 12 to 36 months(N=26)] and utilizing severity rating scale of 44 potential stressors on a 5-point scale of 110 kidney recipients in before(N=32) and following kidney transplantation operation [1 to 6 months(N=29), 6 to 12 months(N=23), 12 to 24 months(N=15) and 24 to 36 months(N=11)]. On scores of hopes and total stress, pretransplant group exhibited significantly higher scores than three posttransplant recipient groups. But, it was found that there was no significant differences among four transplant kidney recipient groups on the scores of self - esteem and concerns. In the pretransplant group, craving for foods was identified as the most stressful event, on the contrary, changes in friends was identified as the lowest stressful events. In the 1 to 6 months posttransplant group, side effect of medications was identified as the most stressful event, however, loss of contact with dialysis patients was identified as the lowest stressful event. In the 6 to 12 months posttransplant group, cost of medication, changes in body appearance were identified as the most stressful event, on the other hand, managing of medications at home was identified as the lowest stressful event. In the 12 to 24 months posttransplant group, cost of medication and insurance coverage were identified as the most stressful event, but possibility of dying and competence of nursing staff were identified as the lowest stressful event. In the 24 to 36 months posttransplant group, changes of body appearance was identified as the most stressful event, on the contrary, possibility of infection was identified as the lowest stressful event. Insurance coverage was a continuing concern throughout posttransplant period.

        An eleven year old castrated male Maltese was presented to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. In physical examination, approximately 0.5 cm round mass was observed on tail base. This small elevated mass has also shown alopecic and firm configuration. It was differentially diagnosed as sebaceous adenoma and hyperplasia by fine needle aspiration. After surgical removal, the sample was diagnosed as sebaceous hyperplasia by histopathological examination. It has not yet shown any signs of recurrence and prognosis has teen good.

      • 수용성 키토산 유도체를 이용한 방사성 스트론튬의 시험관내 흡착능 및 마우스내 체외배출 효과

        키토산은 천연착화제로서 효용가치가 높은 무독성의 천연고분자로서 키틴으로부터 탈아세틸화시킨 유도체이다. 키토산에 인산기을 도입한 Water-solubel phosphorylated Chitosam(WSPC)의 Sr에 대한 시험관내 흡착률은 pH 3에서는 97.8%이었으나, pH 5와 pH 7에서는 모두 100%이었다. WSPC를 농도별(0.01%, 0.1%, 1%)로 희석하여 11주령의 ICR 수컷 마우스의 위내로 투여한 직후 Sr을 같은 경로로 처리한 다음, WSPC의 Sr에 대한 체외 배출효과와 골내 잔존률을 평가하였다. 또한 Sr와 농도별 WSPC 처리후 6일째에 척추, 두개골, 대퇴골, 경골, 치아 및 꼬리뼈 등에 대해 Sr 잔존율을 측정하였다. 0.01-0.1% 사이의 WSPC를 접종한 마우스 투여군이 Sr만 경구 투요한 대조군에 비하여 골조직에 잔존하는 Sr의 침착률이 낮게 나타났다.(P<0.01). 또한 방사성 스트론튬의 분뇨를 �蔥�배출 효과 역시 WSPC 처리군이 대조군에 비해 유의성이 인정되었고(P<0.05), 대체로 WSPC 농도가 높을수록 그 효과는 비례하였다.(P<0.05). 본 실험에 사용된 WSPC는 체내에 유입된 Sr을 제거하는데 효과가 인정되어 방사성 스트론튬의 방어약제중 하나로 활용할 수 있다고 판단되었다.
