국내 죽음불안 연구 동향 : 상담과의 연관성을 중심으로

본 연구는 국내 상담 관련 분야에서 죽음불안을 주제로 수행된 경험연구의 동향을 파악하고, 추후 연구 및 개입에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1999년부터 2019년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 43편의 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구유형을 분석하였으며, 연구유형의 세부내용에 대해 추가적인 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 죽음불안을 주제로 한 연구는 주로 노인을 대상으로 수행되었으며, 연구방법에 있어 양적 연구의 빈도가 높았다. 연구유형은 변인 간 관계 연구가 다수를 차지하였고, 특히 죽음불안에 영향을 미치는 변인을 규명하고자 한 연구가 많았다. 그 외 일부 프로그램 연구와 척도개발 연구를 확인하였다. 연구 결과에서 도출한 주요 시사점과 향후 연구 및 상담 관련 개입의 방향에 대해 논하였다. This review study aimed to understand the research trend of empirical studies on death anxiety in Korea and to derive implications for future research and counseling interventions. 43 articles published from 1999 to 2019 were collected and analyzed focusing on the year of publication, participants, methodology, and research types. The main results are as follows. Researches on the elderly accounted for nearly half of the total. When it comes to the research methods, quantitative researches accounted for a large proportion. In terms of research types, most of studies explored relationship between variables, focusing on identifying the variables that affect death anxiety. In addition, some program studies and scale development studies were identified. Implications for the results and suggestions for future research and intervention were discussed.

The purpose of this study is analyze how native speakers of korean and native speakers of Japanese recognize “white color” and how it is reflected in the compounding words. The result of the analysis the followings are clear. In the compounding words Korean prefix“Hin-”means white, light color, unadded, meaningless. In the compounding words Japanese prefix “Siro- · Sira-” means white, light color, unprocessed, unadded, nearly transparent, shiny, pure.

당뇨병은 단순히 혈당이 높은 병이 아니다. 혈당이 높은 상태로 오랫 동안 지속되면 우리 몸의 여러 곳에 문제가 생길 수 있는데 그 대표적인 곳이 눈의 망막과 콩팥(신장), 그리고 신경이다. 신경이란 뇌에서 나와 우리 몸의 구석구석까지 뻗어 있는 나뭇가지라고 생각하면 되는데 특히 뇌에서 우리 몸의 손끝, 발끝에 있는 근육에 명령을 보내 몸을 움직이게 하거나 반대로 손끝, 발끝에서 느끼는 여러 감각을 뇌에 전달하는 역할을 하는 신경을 말초신경이라고 한다. 말초신경에 문제가 생기면 뇌가 손, 발에 내리는 명령을 수행할 수 없거나(손, 발을 제대로 움직이지 못함), 손, 발에서 느끼는 여러 감각을 뇌로 전달하지 못해 감각을 느끼지 못하게 된다. 말초신경이 손상되는 이유는 당뇨병 외에도 영양결핍, 납중독, 약물, 신부전증, 갑상선기능 저하증 등 여러 가지가 있으나 말초신경이 손상되는 가장 흔한 원인은 당뇨병이 오래되고 혈당이 조절되지 않아서 생기는 '당뇨병으로 인한 신경합병증'이다.

Loss of MeCP2 causes subtle alteration in dendritic arborization of retinal ganglion cells

Methyl-CpG-binding protein (MeCP2) is highly expressed in neurons. It plays an important role in the development of synapses and the formation of circuits in the central nervous system (CNS). Mutations in MECP2 cause neurodevelopmental disorders and mental retardation in humans. Therefore, it has become important to determine the distribution and function of MeCP2 in vivo. The retina consists of three nuclear cell layers and two layers of synapses; neurons in each layer are connected to form fine circuits necessary for visual signal transduction. Using immunohistochemical analysis, we found that MeCP2 was expressed in all nuclear cell layers, with differences in the levels of MeCP2 expression observed among the layers. To understand the structural defects in the retina due to the loss of MeCP2, we sought to elucidate the organization of the retinal structure in the Mecp2 knockout (KO) mouse. Overall, we found a normal retinal structure in Mecp2 KO mice. However, because Mecp2 mutations have a highly variable effect on neuronal architecture, we analyzed morphological changes in a subset of retinal ganglion cells of Mecp2 KO mice. In Thy1-GFP mice crossed with Mecp2 mutant mice, Sholl intersections analyses showed a subtle increase in number of intersections due to increased branching proximal to the soma in Mecp2 KO mice. Our results demonstrate that the expression of MeCP2 and the effects of Mecp2 mutations are highly specific to tissue and cell types.

Nouns denoting locations in space often exhibit grammaticalization. Research on such grammaticalization is actively progressing, but among them, research on [~no-ue-dewa] has not been studied unexpectedly. For this reason in this study, the searched data was analyzed using BCCWJ. As a result, it was found that [~no-ue-dewa] is used in the following usage. We aimed; 1) to determine the validity of the EuroQol 5D (EQ-5D) for the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of Korean patients with type 2 diabetes, and 2) to identify associated factors of the HRQOL of these patients. Follow-up surveys were conducted for consecutive patients with type 2 diabetes. HRQOL was assessed using the EQ-5D and the Short Form-36 (SF-36). The validity of EQ-5D was assessed with the perspectives of known group, convergent and discriminant validity. Additionally, a linear mixed model using a backward elimination was used for identify associated factors. Of the 1,072 patients included in the first survey, 858 (80.0%) completed the questionnaires in the follow-up. In the known group validity, the problem rates in each EQ-5D dimension were highest among women, elderly people, and less-educated subjects. The Spearman’s ρ between the EQ-5D and the SF-36 scales were larger in the comparable dimensions than those in the less comparable dimensions. In the final model, we found that sex, age, education, body mass index, atrial fibrillation, stroke, and retinopathy were statistically significant. Our data suggest that the EQ-5D is a valid tool for Korean patients with type 2 diabetes and that various factors could affect their HRQOL.
