연극 예술의 시각적 환경 요소

어느 시대에 있어서든 정치적, 사회적, 경제적인 힘의 격변은 언제나 심미적인 사고의 변화를 동반한다. 이와 같은 변화는 특히 오늘날에 와서 두드러진다. 극작, 연기, 연출, 무대디자인 등은 말할 나위도 없고 문학, 음악, 회화, 조각 등의 예술형식에는 끊임없이 변화가 따른다. 현대에 이르러 무대위에는 많은 세트가 배경에 그대로 엄연히 존속하고 있음을 우리는 보고 있는데 그 중 어떤 것은 아주 다르게 작용하고 있다고 느낀다. 디자인을 필요로 하는 새로운 연출법 중에는 세팅의 이미지를 극적인 동작 가운데 두고 절대 필요한 연극 액션의 부분으로 삼는 그런 연출도 있음을 우리는 알고있다. 다른 연출가들은 그와 다른 방향으로 지향하여 무대 세트를 최소한으로 줄이고, 배우로 하여금 조명의 도움을 받아 그 자신의 재원에 더욱 더 의존하도록 하려고 노력한다. 연기자는 자기 자신의 신체의 움직임과 윤곽을 강하게 강조하는 바와 같은 방법으로 계단, 고대, 그리고 다른 간단한 모양을 이용하기 마련이다. 어떤 뮤지컬 공연에서는 가장 실험적인 무대 세트의 형태가 현재에 와서 개발되어가고있다. 이런 것들은 영화로부터 파생된 다른 모양과 더불어 우리들의 드라머 세팅에 영향을 끼치고 있다. 심미학적인 효과에 대한 점증하는 흥미는 새로운 창조의 분야로 예술가들을 내몰고 있다. 발전하는 극장 건축술, 개방 및 다용도 무대의 사용, 장중한 옥외공연에 대한 욕구, 새로운 용구의 수용 등은 끊임없이 극장 무대 디자인에 요구되는 무대예술창조의 요소들이다

Domestic bitches are non-seasonally monoestrus; spontaneously ovulate only once or twice occurs at anytime of the year. Estrus induction has been applied infrequent estrus, misleading ovulation, mating difficulties, failure to conceive after normal mating, pregnancy failure and biological research. Protocol of estrus induction which included variable hormones such as FSH, GnRH, and PMSG have been applied for the last decades. Recently, Bromocriptine, one of anti-prolatin/dopamine agonist has been occasionally applied for estrus induction. The study was carried out to investigate the effective method for the induction of estrus in bitches using different hormone treatments, and the initiation time of estrus from hormone treatment by assessments of cytological observation and blood plasma progesterone concentration. A total of 54 bitches on anestrus were selected for the study and divided randomly into 8 treatment groups as follow. Control, natural estrus; FSH (L), FSH (1.5 mg/kg, twice a day, , Vetrepharm); FSH (H), FSH (3.0 mg/kg, twice a day); GnRH+FSH, GnRH (5 ug/kg, once first day, , Dongbang)+FSH (3 mg/kg, SID); PMSG, PMSG (50 IU/kg, every third day , Intevet); GnRH+PMSG, GnRH (5 ug/kg, only first day)+PMSG (50 IU/kg, every third day); GnRH, GnRH (5 ug/kg, only first day); Bromocriptine, bromocriptine (0.3 mg/kg, SID, , Novartis). The bitches were evaluated clinical sign, cytological exam and Premate for assessment of estrus induction. Estrus induction rates were significantly (P<0.05) higher in GnRH+PMSG (100%) compared to others. PMSG and GnRH+PMGS (87.5 and 100%) and Bromocriptine (77.8%) were higher than others except GnRH+PMSG. Analysis of vaginal smear has proved to be effective a correct assessment of estrus induction with assay of progesterone concentration by Premate. Proestrus initiated by the after induction in most case. In conclusion, bromocriptine is an effective drug for estrus induction in bitches and assay of progesterone concentration by Premate with examination of vaginal smear that should be useful to detection of estrus induction of estrus induced bitches.

통일을 대비한 국가적 과제

The Korean Constitution sets the reunification of the two Koreas as an important national agenda. It also explicitly suggests a free- democratic peaceful unification as the direction of reunification. Because of this, discussions and policies on unification are only possible within these normative boundaries of the Constitution. The Korean Constitution's emphasis on free-democratic peaceful unification is a constitutional order to promote liberal and democratic peaceful unification by promoting unification policies and creating a foundation for such situations. So, exchanges and cooperation with the North can only be justified as a means to achieve peaceful reunification based on the basic order of liberal democracy. In the debate on free-democratic peaceful unification, it should always be remembered that North Korea is a partner of great reconciliation and cooperation, as well as an anti-state group, based on a realistic perception of the communist ruling group that controls the North. As we saw in Germany's unification process, reunification is equally related to the dynamics of international political power. Therefore, we should maintain diplomatic relations with the U.S., Japan and other allied countries. Also we need to develop diplomatic relations with China and Russia. The federal unification plan is not only unrealistic in light of our reality, but also a fictional argument in which the Constitution cannot be enacted. There is no premise that liberal democracy, socialism and communism are common values for federation integration. The only way to achieve a free-democratic peaceful unification is for the North Korean regime to become as strident as in Germany and for integrating the North into our free and democratic constitutional system. For this reason, our unification policy should not be an extension of the North Korean regime but a counterpart to the North Korean people. It is the seminal book that promotes the collapse of the North Korean regime by its people. Methodologically, the core of the unification promotion policy will be the engagement policy for North Korean defectors, efforts to improve North Korean human rights, research on the North Korean legal system, finding measures to cope with unification costs, and addressing the ideological divide in South Korea and the nation's integration policy. However, these important national tasks in preparation for reunification are being downplayed as a stumbling block to inter-Korean relations. In particular, the three laws that regulate inter-Korean relations have not implemented any of the system. The national tasks to prepare for reunification should first start with the sincere implementation of the various legal systems. 우리 대한민국 헌법은 남북통일을 중요한 국정과제로 설정하고 있다. 그러면서 자유민주적인 평화통일을 통일방향으로 명시하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 통일관련 논의와 정책은 이러한 헌법의 규범적인 테두리 안에서만 가능하다. 우리 헌법이 자유민주적인 평화통일을 강조하는 의미는 자유민주적 평화통일이 가능하도록 통일정책을 추진하고 그런 상황에 대비한 기반조성을 통해 자유민주적 평화통일을 촉진하라는 헌법적인 명령이라고 할 것이다. 그래서 북한과의 교류와 협력은 자유민주적 기본질서에 입각한 평화통일과업을 달성하기 위한 수단으로서만 정당화 할 수 있다. 자유민주적인 평화통일논의에서는 북한지역을 지배하고 있는 공산통치집단에 대한 현실적인 인식을 바탕으로 북한은 ‘대화와 협력의 동반자인 동시에 반국가단체의 성격도 함께 갖고 있다’는 점을 늘 명심해야 한다. 독일의 통일과정에서 보았듯이 통일은 국제정치적인 힘의 역학관계와도 불가분의 관계에 있다. 그래서 미국과 일본 등 동맹국을 비롯해서 중국 러시아 등과의 외교관계도 잘 가꾸어 나가야 한다. 연방제 통일방안은 우리의 현실에 비추어 현실성도 없을 뿐 아니라 헌법이론적으로도 성립할 수 없는 허구적인 탁상공론이다. 자유민주주의와 사회주의 내지 공산주의는 연방으로 통합하기 위한 공통의 가치라는 전제자체가 성립하지 않는다. 자유민주적인 평화통일을 성취하는 유일한 방법은 독일처럼 북한정권이 붕괴하고 북한을 우리 자유민주주의 헌법체제로 통합하는 길 밖에 없다. 그렇기 때문에 우리의 통일정책은 북한 정권의 연장이 아니라 북한주민을 상대로 하는 내용이어야 한다. 북한 주민에 의한 북한정권의 붕괴를 촉진하는 정책이 바로 그것이다. 방법론적으로 통일 촉진정책의 핵심은 탈북민 포용정책, 북한인권개선노력, 북한법제도 연구, 통일비용 대책 강구 및 한국내의 이념양분현상 해소와 시회통합 정책 등이라고 할 것이다. 그러나 통일을 대비한 이러한 중요한 국가적 과제들이 오히려 남북관계의 걸림돌처럼 경시되고 있다. 특히 남북관계를 규율하는 세 가지 법률에서 정한 여러 제도도 전혀 시행하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 통일을 대비한 국가적 과제는 우선 법률에서 정한 여러 제도부터 성실하게 시행하는데서 출발해야 한다.
