Traditional, the marine(ocean) bill of lading(B/L) was made a major evidence documents of goods transport, under the contract of carriage by oversea. But, historically it has been many problem because of the Unknown Clause of Bill of Lading(B/L) under container carriage by rapid development of modern transport contrivance. According to, the purpose of this study is to survey the practical and legal characteristics of the Unknown Clause of bill of lading as traditional marine transport document. Especially, The important thing in this study is that the author put the stress on research and analyzes of the various problems which come to the Unknown Clause, which has been troubled in container marine transport between parties, particularly carrier and shipper under traditional B/L

The nucleotide sequences of a male-specificmarker sex determining region Y (SRY) gene and amitochondrial cytochrome B (CYTB) gene were characterizedand analyzed to establish a molecular method for identificationof species and sex of Korean roe deer (Capreolus pygargustianschanicus SRY sequencesshowed very similar result to those reported in Moose (Alcesalces) and Reindeer (Rangifer tarandus), both of which had95.9% similarity in identity. CYTB genes were very similar tothose reported in Siberian roe deer (C. pygargus pygargus)which had 98.6% similarity and not to European roe deer (C.capreolus), suggesting that the DNA samples tested were ofSiberian roe deer lineage. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based sex typing successfully discriminated betwencarcasses of male and female roe deer. Males had SRYband on agarose gels and females did not. The result of thismolecular sex typing provided similar information with thatobtained by genital organ observation. Therefore, thismolecular method using male specific marker SRY andmitochondrial CYTB genes would be very useful foridentification of the species and sex of the carcass remainsof roe deer.

This research was applied the method using panoramic image and evaluated the availability in topographic surveying which was carried out by GNSS and total station. It was able to reduce significantly the measurement time in the site and acquire effectively the positional information about target in the image by acquiring the panorama images about research area for topographic surveying. Also, we proposed the availability of topographic surveying using panorama images by comparing the results acquired in the image with VRS(Virtual Reference Station) surveying results. Henceforth, application sphere about panorama image will be able to extend through additional research about utilization plan such as object modeling and road view production using position based panorama images. 본 연구는 GNSS와 토털스테이션에 의해 주로 수행되어 오던 지형현황측량에 파노라마 영상을 활용한 방법을 적용하고, 이에 대한 활용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 지형현황측량을 위해 연구대상지의 파노라마 영상을 취득함으로써 현장에서의 측정시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있었으며, 영상에서 대상물의 위치정보를 효과적으로 취득할 수 있었다. 또한, 취득된 성과를 VRS 측량성과와 비교함으로써 파노라마 영상을 활용한 지형현황측량의 활용성을 제시하였다. 향후, 위치기반의 파노라마 영상을 활용한 대상물의 모델링, 로드뷰 제작 등 활용방안에 대한 추가적인 연구를 통해 파노라마 영상의 적용분야를 확장할 수 있을 것이다.

Ti(OEt)₄의 열분해방법(CVE 방법)과 용액내에서 TiCl₄의 가수분해 방법(Wet 방법)에 의하여 Mica 상에 TiO₂를 흡착시킨 다음 X-ray Photoelectronic Spectroscopy로 조사한 결과 TiO₂의 peak가 2P⅔→465.3eV및 2P½→465.3+5.2e(CVD 방법)와 2P⅔→464.5eP½→464.5+6.0(Wet 방법)의 결과를 나타내었다. Mica 상에 흡착된 TiO₂를 Ar?+beam(5KV, 1.3μA)을 이용하여 120분간 sputtering 하여도 TiO₂의 넓은 Peak가 잔존하는 것으로 보아 특별한 형태의 강한 흡착상태를 이룬것으로 사려된다. 전자현미경적인 관찰에 의하면 TiO₂는 Mica 상에 cluster style의 multilayer로 흡착되었음을 관찰할 수 있었다.

The shear strength of clay can be expressed as a function of the intergranular normal stress and the slope and intercept of the shearing resistance, effective stress relationship. Although of considerable practical utility, these terms do not indicate the mechanism of shearing resistance in fine-grained soils. Thus, a number of phenomena related to the shearing resistance of clays, such as the influence of loding rate on undrained shear strength, discrepancies between φ determined from undrained shear and consolidated-undrained shear tests, creep at constant volume, and stress relaxation as strains are arrested are poorly understood and difficult to deal with.
신용장거래에서 신용장발행 중개의 법률관계와 중개은행의 책임에 관한 연구

In Letter of Credit(L/C) transactions, it is general custom that primary issuing bank opens L/C. But, there is occasion that issuing bank does not open this, and other bank, which is locating in domestic, opens this Letter of Credit. It is known that this is intermediation of L/C issuing. In case intermediation of L/C issuance is achieved, It is representative that issuing bank is not contracting and correspondent contract with notifying bank specifying in Letter of Credit. Intermediation of L/C issuance is distinguished with mediation of L/C issuance and issuance of Third party L/C. In case intermediation of L/C issuance, The right of recourse and credit decision's target partner of counterpart intermediary banks become intermediary bank who requested issuance of a credit. Because counterpart intermediary bank opens Letter of Credit, if Applicant damaged, intermediary bank must pay all liability to counterpart intermediary banks. In this research, I analyzed legal relations of people concerned and legal problems on intermediation of L/C issuance, and the intermediary bank's responsibility concretely through Letter of Credit Transaction Agreement.
