기후변화는 생태계, 수자원, 재난, 보건 등 다양한 분야에 다양한 형태로 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 기후변화에 대응하기 위해서는 그 영향을 부문별로 평가하여 적절한 적응전략을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 부문별 평가지표도 다르고, 자료의 형태와 내용도 달라 통일된 형태의 영향평가 및 적응전략이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부문별 기후변화영향평가지표를 마련하고, 이 평가지표를 설명하는 각종 주제도를 GIS기반의 시 공간정보로 통합하였다. 이와 같이 통합된 시 공간정보를 부문별 취약성평가 방법에 적용하여 부문별 취약성을 통합한 후 평가할 수는 방법을 제시하였다. Climate change has influenced on various sectors including ecosystem, water resource, natural hazards and health and so on. Thus, it is essential to more accurately assess climate change impact and prepare adaptation strategy. However, it is difficult to assess for climate change impact on various sectors with integrated form due to various data format by sectors. In this study, we prepared criteria and indicators for assessing climate change impact and integrated GIS based data which in correspond to indicators based on spatio-temporal information using GIS. Finally we suggest a guideline to assess vulnerability of each sectors to climate change based on integrated spatio-temporal information.
국가상징거리의 구성요소 특징과 만족도에 관한 연구: 광화문 광장을 중심으로

National street has become one of open space for enhancing environmental qualities of city and country. In the developed countries such as France, U.K. U.S.A are designed symbolic malls, squares and street which are represented the historicity, culture and symbolic place. For place identity, we analyzed the relationship between element and user satisfaction in Sejong Avenue, Gwangwhamun Square. Data were analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, ANOVA and correlation. Results of this study are as follows, i) factor analysis is carried out to extract spatial components and satisfaction. The satisfaction concerning transportation access was the higher than other factors, ii) user satisfaction was strongly correlated on the spatial elements, iii) user showed high user perception to study site. Results of this study can identify representative street management plan based on landscape elements and user satisfaction.
북한 산림 병해충 발생 및 대응 조치가 남북 산림협력에 주는 함의

North Korea classified forest type as the historical place in protected areas and afforestation areas to restore the degraded forest. In particular, it is emphasized that forest protection should be strongly pushed forward from the viewpoint of land protection, ecological environment protection, and economic protection. North Korea's forest authorities are not only focusing on planting trees to restore deforested areas, but they are also actively responding to forest management caused by forest fires, diseases, and pests. Inter-Korean forest cooperation has been recently focusing on forest plantings, such as seedling support, tree nursery construction, and joint tree planting. In the field of forest protection, the supply of medicines for forest diseases and pests was limited to North Korea’s request. However, forest pests through extremely high temperatures due to climate change and the risk of spreading forest-invasive pests are increasing in North Korea. It is therefore becoming more important to respond. This study analyzed the actual status of forest pest control in North Korea and case studies based on Rodong newspaper, Korean central news agency, Korean central television, North Korean journal Forest Science, and international Non-Governmental Organisation support workshops. Furthermore, this study suggested the implications of inter-Korean forestry cooperation for forest pests and disease control, such as joint control management, monitoring, and knowledge sharing.
실시간 트래픽 전송을 위한 RTP/RTCP의 TFRC 흐름제어 기법

지연시간으로 인한 부정확한 네트워크 상태정보로 발생되는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 단방향 지연시간을 이용하여 정확한 지연정보로 네트워크 상황을 판단하고 TFRC 흐름제어를 기반으로 네트워크 상태변화에 따라 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송율을 적절하게 조절할 수 있는 흐름제어 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 시뮬레이션 결과, 네트워크 상태 정보 측정을 위해 RTT와 OWD×2를 비교하여 평균적으로 약 12% 차이를 보였다. RTT를 사용하였을 경우 TFRC가 TCP보다 약 32%정도 더 많은 대역폭을 사용하였으며, OWD를 사용하였을 경우 3%정도의 오차를 보이고 링크의 공정한 대역폭을 사용할 수 있다. 네트워크 상황을 판단하고 TFRC 기반으로 네트워크 상태변화에 따라 TCP와 공정한 대역폭을 사용하면서 실시간 데이터 전송에 맞게 전송율을 적절하게 조절하여 사용자들에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. In this paper, to resolve the problem caused by a network state information inaccuracy the slow delay time that conclusion of network state of one way delay time which accuracy delay time information, according to network state changes on the based TFRC flow control, and suggest that flow control mechanism to adjust transfer rate fit of real time multimedia data. In simulation, to measure of netowork state information that on the average about 12% difference of compared RTT and OWD×2. When used RTT, used fair bandwidth TFRC much better than TCP about 32%, when used OWD, difference about 3% used fair bandwidth. Thus, conclusion of accuracy network state that used fair bandwidth according to network state changes on the based TFRC, users can support service of high quality that flow control mechanism to adjust transfer rate fit of real time data.
