      • 양성과 악성 근골격 질환에서 역동적 관류 자기공명영상의 진단적 유용성

        목적: 양성과 악성 근 골격 질환에서 역동적 관류 자기공명영상의 진단적 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 3.0 T 자기공명 영상 장비를 이용하여 32명의 여성과 30명의 남성 환자(나이 10-90세, 평균 43세)들을 대상으로 하였다. 고식적 조영증강 전 영상을 얻고, 조영증강 후 병변의 11 단면에서 총 638개의 역동적 관류 자기공명 영상을 얻었다. 28개의 병변은 골성 병변이었고(8 양성, 20 악성), 34개는 연부조직 병변이었다(22 양성, 12 악성). 모든 환자에서 최종 진단은 조직병리학적으로 확진되었다. 양성과 악성 병변을 구분함에 네 가지의 매개변수 (maximal relative enhancement (MRE), time to peak (TTP), wash in rate (WI) 그리고 steepest slope (SS))와 시간신호강도 곡선 모양의 분포를 분석하였다. 결과: 악성 병변의 TTP, WI, 그리고, SS 값은 통계적으로 유의하게 양성 병변과 차이를 보였으나 (P<0.05), MRE 값은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. TIC 형태 분석도 병변의 악성 여부를 판정하는데 도움이 되었다. 결론: 역동적 관류 자기공명 영상은 악성과 양성 근골격 질환을 구별하는데 도움이 되었다. Objective: To assess the diagnostic value of dynamic perfusion MR imaging for differentiation between benign and malignant musculoskeletal lesions. Materials and Methods: Dynamic perfusion MR imaging was performed using a 3.0 T system in 32 female and 30 male patients (aged 10-90 years, mean, 43 years). After imaging of precontrast imaging, a dynamic study was performed. With this dynamic technique, 638 images could be obtained at 11 levels through the lesion. Twenty-eight lesions originated within bone (8 benign, 20 malignant), and 34 lesions were of soft tissue origin (22 benign, 12 malignant). The final diagnosis was histopathologically confirmed in all patients. We analyzed the four parameters (maximal relative enhancement (MRE), time to peak (TTP), wash in rate (WI) and steepest slope (SS)) and the distribution of time intensity curve (TIC) patterns in differentiating benign from malignant lesions. Result: The TTP, WI, and SS values of malignant lesions were significantly different from those of benign lesions (P<0.05). The difference of the MRE values was not statistically significant. The distribution of TIC patterns was helpful. Conclusion: Dynamic perfusion MR imaging was helpful to differentiate benign and malignant musculoskeletal lesions.

        Just as the Son was sent from the Father, the Son said when He sent the apostles, "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age(Mt. 28,19-20)." The church got solemn command of Jesus christ through apostles that the truth for salvation shall be proclaimed, and shall fulfill this mission to the end of the earth. Therefore in essence, the pilgrimizing church signifies the missionary church. After all, to evangelize all the people in the world is the most essential and most crucial mission of the church. Given those missionary prospect of the church in mind, the importance of military chaplain's pastoral care executed in Korean military personnel can't emphasize too hard. The gigantic Korean military personnel where 600 thousand soldiers live together and whose members constantly are substituted by new soldiers must be the last stronghold and golden fishery to carry on the mission works. If so, what is the meaning of the pastoral care to be carried out in Korean army, in which it is worthwhile as the best place for mission works? From this point of view, I try to figure out the justification of military missionary works and the definition of military chaplain's pastoral care. Besides, I briefly look into the history of military chaplain's pastoral care, past regulations and doctrine of the church and the history of military chaplain's pastoral care made up in Korean catholic church. And I utilize it as a basic information shedding the light on the future of military chaplain's pastoral care. In particular, I put the focus on finding out the roles and identity of military chaplain who have dual post ?structure between church and an army. The roles of military chaplain are searched in the facet of works, responsibility and mission. As far as the problem generated concerned, I seek to set the model of righteous military chaplain and to find the reason of identity disorder occurred to military chaplain. Futhermore, I look into particular environment of the military ordinariate in Korea, the circumstances of military chaplain's pastoral care and extraordinary nature of the members. And I grope for the way of evangelization for army and the effective direction of pastoral care Based on these data, the effective direction of the Korean Catholics leadership of Military chaplain are as follows. One, a leadership considering the physical, mental status of the members and the particularity of the military Two, seek parish cooperation Three, an expansion of the foundation for military chaplain leadership. Four, secure base for missionary work ?concentrated investment of human resources and budget of training troops Five, to be a military chaplains' bride of the good pastor that lives upon the activation of the parish church. Six, to make military chaplain's gathering active Seven, to present specific methods to make active of the military ordinariate made up of officers and soldiers Eight, to establish a mid/long-term plan in connection with the military policies of Korea. An active military pastoral care and a continuous military missionary work is the way to broaden the horizon of the evangelization of the Korean church. All constituents of the Korean church should be aware that the evangelization work of the military not only effects the military but also the Korean churches and society overall.

        With the growth in civil and commercial applications, the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) that provides the positioning, navigation, and timing information affects to our life. To meet all requirements for civilian users, particular efforts are being made in real time research to enhance positioning accuracy using GNSS. Real-time positioning techniques by GPS have been applied to several application fields such as geographic information system, location based service and intelligent transportation system with the key technology. Currently GPS do not guarantee the centimeter level of accuracy. In general high accuracy positioning service is limited to about 10 kilometer from the reference stations. The limitation of RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) is the distance between the reference station and rover due to distance dependent biases such as orbit error, atmospheric delay. The main reason for the limited range of RTK is the difficulty in estimating the atmospheric error biases and something factors. These biases can be estimated at the GPS network using either an undifferenced or double differenced approach. The basic concept of differential technique is to mitigate or reduce the common error sources, such as ionospheric and tropospheric delay, orbit error, satellite and receiver clock error so on. To achieve more accurate coordinates of positions, differential GPS technique is required, which allows even centimeter level accuracy in positioning using the so-called integer ambiguity resolution technique. For RTK-GPS applications, a key component is to resolve double differenced carrier phase ambiguity and computational speed is crucial. GPS integer ambiguity resolution is a key issue in high accuracy positioning. It was used a modified Least square AMBiguity Decorrelation Adjustment (MLAMBDA) method which can significantly reduce the computational complexity of the LAMBDA method. The MLAMBDA method improves the computational efficiency of both of the reduction and the search stage. In this paper, grid based ionospheric error correction values derived by the GPS network are applied to improve the positioning accuracy of the experimental sites. The test is easily anticipated from the known accuracy of short-baseline RTK positioning. For about 4.78km baseline, all of data processing types give very high availability of ambiguity-fixed positions, approximately L1~95.7%, L2~97.3%, Narrow-Lane(NL)~86.7%, Wide-Lane (WL)~99.9%, and Geometry-Free(GF)~92.6%. The mean error component of positioning with three-dimensional RMS (Root Mean Square) value was deviated by less than 3 centimeter from the true coordinate. For about 16.90km baseline, it was provided static positioning accuracy to centimeter level. When applying the regional ionospheric corrections, the positioning accuracy was improved about L1~24.9%, L2~20.0%, NL~9.1%, WL~4.6% and GF~7.2% on average in a static processing mode respectively. In case of 26.41km, 65.34km and 146.28km baselines, comparative testing and analysis were also conducted with respect to the positioning accuracy and ambiguity resolution success rate that is an important measure for the reliability of integer ambiguity resolution. All testing results also revealed improvement in the success rate of ambiguity resolution. The performance of the algorithm suggested in this paper can further contribute to improvement of the positioning accuracy.

        The amount of world trade has been largely expanded by virtue of free trade after the second world war. This has contributed greatly to the economic growth of each country. In 1980's, the advanced nations centering around nontariff system has raised the walls of protectionism in the international trade environment. And they have strengthened the pressure of market opening and retaliation trade system to trade partner with the theory of transactions. Thus, in this rapidly changing international economic situation, Korea was placed in difficulty because of its limited natural resources and domestic market, and it has gradually lost special privilege of developing countries. Our country has been expanding its import liberalization since the first of May, 1978 according to the domestic necessity for balanced economic development and the international pressure on the expansion of our economic scale. The recent condition of international trade is that the competition between countries has been keen amid the slowdown in international economic growth and trade expansion owing to each country's tightening of its trade restrictions. The policy of import liberalization we are operating is a part of our economic strategy to continue expanding Korea's exports and also to strive for economic stability even under this difficult condition of international trade. I think that the liberalization of import should be expanded by the reason of ecpanding export, preventing inflation, protecting consumers as well as being pressured from outside. But in expanding liberalization of our import in the future, I hope that it should be drived step by step by strengtherning our enterprises by means of supporting rationalization of industries and nontariff barrier rather than impelling international competition power by impact from outside. In a word, I believe that all the problems acompanied by the liberalization of import will be settled by driving integral policy of rationalization of industries by government, while all the enterprises try to rear themselves as international ones through rationalization of management.

      • Na, K 함량에 따른 장석계 유리 세라믹스의 미세구조 및 기계적 특성 평가

        본 연구에서는 현재 인공치아 재료로 널리 사용되고있는 지르코니아계 재료를 대체할 장석 조성의 유리 세라믹 재료에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 유리 세라믹 재료는 후열처리 온도에 따라 유리질과 결정질의 비율을 제어함으로써 다양한 특성을 발현할 수 있는 재료이다. 일반적으로 세라믹계열 치과재료 중 가장 널리 사용되고있는 지르코니아계 치과재료는 지나친 기계적 특성으로 인해 대합되는 자연치의 마모를 유발하며, 제작과 가공에 어려움이 있다는 단점이 제기되고있다. 따라서 용융-급랭 공정을 통하여 제조한 유리 분말을 이용하여 시편을 제작하고 지르코니아 대비하여 그 특성을 평가하고자 하였다. 장석계 유리 세라믹은 알루미나 실리케이트 혼합물을 기반으로 하는 재료로써 용융-급랭 공정을 통해 Glass-frit 원료를 쉽게 제조하였다. 그리고 제조된 Glass-frit을 분쇄한 뒤 소결을 통하여 결정상을 석출시킨 후 재료의 특성과 미세구조의 변화를 확인하였다. K함량이 증가함에 따라 Leucite 결정상의 석출이 증가하여 기계적 특성과 미세구조상 결정질이 증가하였으며, Na함량이 증가함에 따라 지배적으로 생성되는 Nepheline 결정과 미세구조의 변화가 나타남을 확인하였다. 제작된 시편의 경도는 5.8~6.6 GPa로 측정되었으며 이는 12 GPa의 경도를 가지는 지르코니아 대비 3~4 Gpa를 가지는 자연치아와 비교하여 비슷한 기계적 강도를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 자연치아의 손상을 덜 일으키며 또한 유리제조 공정의 이점과 점차 보급되고 있는 디지털 가공성의 부여가 용이할 것으로 기대된다. In this study, a study was conducted on a glass ceramic material with a feldspar composition to replace the zirconia-based material widely used as a material for artificial teeth. Glass ceramic material is a material that can express various characteristics by controlling the ratio of glass quality and crystal quality according to post heat treatment temperature. In general, zirconia-based dental materials, which are most widely used among ceramic-based dental materials, cause abrasion of opposing natural teeth due to excessive mechanical properties, and disadvantages such as difficulties in manufacturing and processing have been raised. Therefore, specimens were prepared using the glass powder prepared through the melting-quenching process, and their properties were evaluated in comparison with zirconia. Feldspar-based glass ceramics are materials based on an alumina silicate mixture, and glass-frit raw materials were easily manufactured through a melting-quenching process. Then, after pulverizing the manufactured glass-frit, the crystal phase was precipitated through sintering, and the changes in the properties and microstructure of the material were confirmed. It was confirmed that as the K content increased, the precipitation of the leucite crystal phase increased, resulting in an increase in mechanical properties and microstructural crystalline quality, and as the Na content increased, the dominant nepheline crystals and microstructure changes appeared. The hardness of the fabricated specimen was measured to be 5.8~6.6 GPa, which was confirmed to have similar mechanical strength compared to natural teeth having a hardness of 3~4 GPa compared to zirconia having a hardness of 12 GPa. Therefore, it is expected to cause less damage to natural teeth and to easily impart the advantages of the glass manufacturing process and digital processability, which is gradually becoming widespread.

        본 박사 논문 紅樓夢 賈寶玉 情案硏究는 '홍루몽'의 제일 주요한 주인공인 가보옥의 특이산 사상중에서의 '情案'을 집중연구한 것으로, 그 외에도 이 소설전체의 주제, 배경 그리고 특이한 문화현상등의 제 문제들도 아울러 거 론했다. 본 논문의 제1장에서는 가보옥 '情案'의 동기를 약술함과 동시에 이 논문의 연구방법과 그 범위에 대해 언급했고, 제2장에서는 가보옥과 '情 案'의 문화적 배경을 거론했는데, 중국문화중의 '愛紅現象', '中國文人의 여 성화 경향' 그리고 '憐香惜玉之情'등을 살펴보고, 제4장에서는 가보옥의 특 수한 '情'의 세계인 '情不情'이란 용어에 대해 집중분석하고 그 평어의 의의 에 대해 여러 각도에서 조명해 보았으며, 제5장에서는 가보옥 '情'의 본질적 인 특성에 대해 심층적인 분석을 시도하였다. 그리고 제6장은 가보옥 '情案 중의 또 하나의 중요한 명제인 '淫'에 대해 토론하며 그가 가지고 있는 소위 '意淫'의 참의미를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 이 논문의 결론에서는 가보옥 '情案'의 가치와 의의에 대해서 평가하며 매듭을 지었다.

      • 韓國産醱酵乳由來乳酸菌プラスミドの分離とその特性

        식품과학분야에 있어서의 R-plasmid 에 의한 항생물질이 사람에게로 전이되는 것이 보건위생상 크나 큰 문제를 야기하고 있다. 한편 유전공학 분야에서는 vector로서의 p lasmid의 이용가치가 점점 높아지고 있다. 그러나 한국에 있어서의 발효유의 제조에 사용되는 유산균의 plasmid의 profile 및 그 기능적 특성에 관한 기초연구는 거의 이 루어져 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 한국내의 요구르트 형태의 발효유 로부터 유산구균 2균주및 유산간균 21균주를 분리해 이들의 plasmid profile, 유당분 해능, 유단백분해능 구연산분해능에 관한 기능적 특성을 조사해 유산균의 항생물질 내 성 양태를 포함한 이들의 내성 접합에 관한 E. coli으로의 내성 전이에 관한 연구를 실 시했다. 이상으로 부터 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유산구균의 plasmid profile에 있어서는 S. Cremoris SC-1 은 6종류의 plasmid,S. diacetylacetis SD-1은 9 종류의 plasmid가 확인 되었다. 유산간균에 있어서는 L. casei LC-1이 3종류, L. casei LC-2가 5종류, L. helveticus LH-1이 2종류, L-helveticus LH-3가 2종류, Lactobacillu s SP, Y-2가 2종류 Lactobaillus SP,Y-5가 2종류,Lactobacillus SP,Y-12가 1종류만의 plsamid가 각각 확인되었다. 2. Lac��lasmid에 대해서는, S cremoris SC-1에서는 31. 0 M dal plasmid, S. diacetylactis SD-1에서는 45. 0M dal plasmid, L. casei LC-2에서 는 32. 0Mdal 의 plasmid, Lac-tobacillus SP, Y-2에서는 30. 0Mdal의 plasmid가 Lac ��lasmid인 것으로 추정되었다. 3. prt��plasmid에 대한 유당분해능 및 유단백분해 능을 갖는 pl asmid는 각기 존재할 가능성이 있는 것으로 생각 되지만, 본연구에서는 prt��lasmid는 동정할 수 없었다. 4. Cit��plasmid에 대해서는 S. diacetylactis SD- 1에서는 5. 0M dal의 plasmid가, cit��lasmid인 것으로 추정되었다. 5. 유산균의 항생 물질 내성에 대해서는, Lac��plasmid의 항생물질 내성의 영향은 인정되지 않았다. 또 한 Kanamycin에 대해서 내성을 갖는 유산간균 5균주 및 E. Coli K-12와의 접합에 의한 KMr의 전이는 발견되지 않았다.
