핀 드라이버와 접지가딩 기법을 적용한 모바일 디스플레이용 연성회로기판의 ICT검사 시스템

본 논문에서는 연성회로기판에 실장된 부품의 불량여부를 판별하기 위해 핀 드라이버와 접지 가딩 기법을 적용한 인 서킷검사 시스템을 제안한다. 핸드폰 및 모바일용 디스플레이 장치에 사용되는 연성회로기판 모델의 검사신호의 입/출력을 위한 구조적인 공통 특성을 분석하고, 회로도를 기반으로 인가해야 할 검사 신호의 종류와 인가 위치에 대한 정보를 핀 맵으로 저장한다. 검사 신호는 저항, 콘덴서와 인덕터의 특성 검사가 가능하도록 응용회로와 알고리즘을 구성한다. 특정 위치에 특정 검사신호를 인가하기 위한 핀 드라이버를 설계하고, 핀 맵을 바탕으로 측정 대상이 포함된 최소한의 노드 및 메시가 구성되도록 핀 드라이버를 설정한다. 제안된 핀 드라이버와 접지 가딩 기법을 적용한 인 서킷 검사 시스템을 구현하고, 수동소자 각각에 대한 측정 실험과 선정된 테스트 모델에 대한 검사 실험을 수행하고, 제안된 시스템의 정밀도와 효율성을 검증한다. In this paper, ICT (in circuit tester) inspection system and inspection algorithm is proposed and detects whether inferiority exists or not in the mounted device on the flexible PCB in cell phones or mobile display devices. The system is composed of PD (pin-driver) and GGM (ground guarding method). The structural characteristics of these flexible PCB are analyzed, which is needed to input or output the test signal. Test signal to investigate the characteristics of passive components is generated using modified circuit diagram and proposed inspection algorithm. PM (pin-map) is decided on the basis of circuit diagram and has the information about the kind of test signal to be applied and the pad number for the test signal to be connected. PD is designed to load a proper test signal for a specific pad and is adjusted according to PM so that the reconstructed circuit has minimum node and mash. The proposed ICT inspection system is realized using PD and GGM. Using the system, an experiment for each passive component is done to investigate the measurement accuracy of the developed system and an experiment for real flexible PCB model is done to verity the effectiveness of the system.
중복비트 제거를 이용한 SPIHT 알고리즘의 개선에 관한 연구

This paper presents improvement of compression rate for SPIHT algorithm through redundancy bit removing. Proposed SPIHT algorithm uses a method to select of optimized threshold from feature of wavelet transform coefficients and removes sign bit only if coefficient is LL area. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves more improvement bit rate and more fast progressive transmission with low bit rate.

In this paper, We propose the method of initial curve creation in levelset evolution for the edge of objects or the shape extractions. The shape of traditional initial curve is including edge. But we improve the speed of processing to draw many initial curve using special parameter which was solved by binary processing and sequence labeling. In particular, it is necessary to efficiently reduce noise, we use anisotropic diffusion filter. This filter is to reduce blurring that is the fault of traditional filter processing and to preserver an accurate edge part. The levelset method using inward and outward evolution extracts the edge of object drawn initial curve, it performs to calculate shrinking and expanding at the same time.
