Housing planning made much of separations in housing development and residential space for the purpose of mass supply of housing. As a result of, urban space is composed of self-completion, unit-oriented, individual regulations. Master architect technique is accepted to solve that integration of housing development and site planning. But there are no grounds in legislations and difference in workable operations. Thus, the results of this study about legislations of M.A technique for integrated planning are followings. Firstly, large scale residential site is obligated to plan with tools that should be integrated housing development and residential site. Secondly, In order to legislate law of integrated planning technique, regulations about housing control we need to effective maintenance and repletions by regulative tools. Thirdly, Planning system is built for the settlement of legislations with planning process, planning technic. Fourthly, design guidelines are set up to overcome limits of district unit plan that has general, rigid and complicate attribute by integrated planning technique.

Purpose: Continuous use of a smartphone increases the angle of forward bending of the user’s cervical vertebrae, causing pain in the shoulders and back, including the thorax, lumbar region, and vertebrae. Although there are many studies on changes in the cervical spine due to smartphone usage, the changes in the shoulders, thoracolumbar spine, and pelvic have rarely been compared. The purpose of this study is to investigate the change in the spinal segments, shoulders, and pelvic when using a smartphone with both hands while in the standing position. Methods: This study was conducted on 35 adults in their twenties. The selection criteria for the subjects were limited to those in a similar age group, thus excluding posture differences according to age, and to those who did not have specific diseases or pain in the spinal and musculoskeletal system for 12 months prior to the study. In this study, we used a 3D spinal diagnostic imaging system (Back Mapper, Frickenhausen) to compare the changing conditions in each vertebral segment before and during smartphone usage with both hands while in the standing position. Posture differences according to smartphone usage were compared using the paired t-test for the motion of each spinal segment. Results: This study showed that the thoracic and lumbar angle increased posteriorly during smartphone usage (p<0.05). In addition, the anterior rotation angle of the shoulder bone significantly increased, but no significant difference occurred in the pelvic region. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, smartphone usage with both hands while in the standing position showed that the spine, as a whole, forms a kyphotic curve. Therefore, we propose to present a postural guideline for correct smartphone usage, considering the change in each vertebral segment.

The multi-family housing at public residential development area is socio-culturally and environmentally homogeneous when it is reviewed in terms of residential space use and development process in which various business sectors participate together at a short period. So, residential area should not be developed orderly with different development time, professional parts but should be integrated into planning process.
Ergonomic Differences between Baby Carriers by Certain Wearing Positions

Background : Methods of wearing a baby carrier have suggested; however, there have been no studies suggesting ideal ways. Objective : To investigate muscular fatigue and balance of the waist during baby carrier are worn on the front, the side, and the back of the body. Design: Randomized controlled clinical trial (single blind) Methods : The subjects of this study were 20 healthy men and women in their 20s, who underwent tests of muscular fatigue and balance of the waist bones based on types of wearing baby carrier. Electromyogram (EMG) patches were attached to the L2 and the L4 for testing muscular fatigue, while a device for measuring proprioceptive senses was used to assess balance ability. The measurements were performed before wearing the baby carrier and after 30 minutes of normal walking. The methods of wearing the baby carrier included wearing on the front, the side, and the back of the body. Results : The time taken to adjust the balance was shorter than other types of wearing during the baby carrier were worn on the side, and the ratio of lumbar flexion and relaxation was shown insignificant. Conclusions : These results suggested that wearing the carriers on the side was most effective on reducing fatigue and enhancing balance ability of the waist.
Effects of Kinesio-taping on Balance Abilities and Proprioception Sense

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of Kinesio taping in each area of the ankle versus the knee to improve balance abilities and proprioception sense. The healthy twenty eight students were divided into two groups, Group A and B. Ankle taping was applied to Group A, and knee taping was applied to Group B. In the ankle taping group, significant increase of dynamic balance abilities was appeared in the forward, left ward and right ward (p<.05). In the knee taping group, there was significant increase of dynamic balance abilities in the forward and left ward (p<.05). There was no significant increase of static balance abilities in both groups. In both groups of ankle and knee taping, there was significant increase of proprioception sense. These findings suggest that ankle and knee taping was helpful for improving dynamic balance abilities and proprioception sense.

For the more effective isolation of soil actinomycetes, we have developed HHV (Hair hydrolysate-vitamin) agar medium, containing hair as the sole source of carbon and nitrogen. The HHV agar medium was superior to other media such as colloidal chintin agar, glycerol-arginine agar and starch-casein-nitrate agar, and HV (humic acid-vitamin) agar. The maximum effect of this medium has been shown in hair dry weight 0.4 g/l medium. Of each soil sample, the greatestest number of actinomycetes was isolated from the potato annual planted soil among the tested samples. The genus of actinomycetes isolated from the potato annual planted soil sample was identified such 5 group as Stretomyces, Micromonospora, Microbispora, Nocardia and Saccharopolyspora.
