NaCl이 보리(Hordeum vulgare L.) 잎의 엽록소 형광에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the changes of chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll fluorescence in barley(Hordeum vulgare L.) 7 day old seedling treated with 0.2M, 0.4M, 0.6M, 0.8M, and 1.0M NaCl concentration containing Hepes buffer(pH 7.5). Barley was affected by NaCl treatment. The chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid of barley decreased with an increase in NaCl concentration. However, chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid of barley were not greatly influenced by o.8M and 1.0M NaCl. Fv, Fv/Fm and qP were gradually decreased by higher concentration of NaCl. qP, qNP, qR and qE were gradually decreased by 6hr. During barley chloroplast was development NaCl affected chlorophyll synthesis than photosynthetic activity. Whereas barley seedling leaves were more influenced photosynthetic activity than chlorophyll contents by NaCl.
마음챙김에 기초한 관계증진 훈련이 기혼여성의 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Mindfulness Based Relationship Enhancement(MBRE) training for marital satisfaction levels. Middle-aged married women were assigned to either the training or control group. MBRE training consists of 8 sessions. Participants have completed Mindfulness Scale, Social Readjustment Rating Scale, Marital Intimacy Scale, Dyadic Adjustment Scale at pre-training, post-training and 4 weeks of follow-up test periods. The MBRE training significantly increased marital satisfaction, mindfulness, and marital intimacy whereas it significantly decreased marital stress. The effects were still maintained at the follow- up test. These results suggest that MBRE has positive effects on marital satisfaction levels through changing the mindfulness, marital intimacy and marital stress. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are being discussed. 본 연구는 마음챙김에 기초한 관계증진 훈련이 기혼여성의 결혼만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 관계증진 훈련 참여자들은 훈련집단과 통제집단에 각 12명씩 배정되었다. 관계증진 훈련은 8회기로 구성되었다. 참여자들의 부부 스트레스, 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 결혼만족도가 사전, 사후, 추후 검사 시기에 측정되었다. 관계증진 훈련은 부부 스트레스를 유의미하게 감소시켰고 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 결혼만족도를 유의미하게 증가시켰다. 관계증진 훈련에 따른 부부 스트레스의 감소와 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 결혼만족도의 증가 효과는 훈련이 끝나고 4주 후에도 지속되었다. 이러한 결과는 관계증진 훈련이 마음챙김, 부부 친밀감 그리고 부부 스트레스 수준의 변화를 통해 결혼만족도에 긍정적인 효과를 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구의 의의와 실용적 적용의 가능성이 논의되었다.

The contents of 6th edition of the Korean middle and school science textbooks were analyzed by the term. The study was conducted focusing on the photosynthesis area of the textbooks. The result, from analysis of terms, showed that the cases in which same terms by textbooks were differently expressed or wrongly mentioned were 36 times in high school's Biology II . From investigation of the number of terms used in over 3 textbooks, it found that 9 new ones among terms investigated were used when moving up from middle school's Science II to Common Science, and 94 terms were newly used when from Common Science to Biology 2. This shows that Common Science is insufficient in affiliation of intellectual contents compared to middle school's Science 2, and high school's Biology B has gap of intellectual contents compared to Common Science.
중등 교과서 광합성 영역의 실험 ( 관찰 ) 에 대한 연계성 분석

The contents of 6th edition of the Korean middle and high school science textbooks were analyzed and investigated in terms of the vertical articulation. The study was conducted focusing on contents of photosynthesis' of the textbooks. The followings were obtained : On the comparing analysis of the text-structure, the proportion of photosynthesis to the total page number is 2.6 %in case of middle school's Science2, 0.9% high school's Common Science, and 4.4% Biology Ⅱ. and the number of experiment (observation) is, on an average, 3 in case of Science2. 0,7 high school's Common Science, and 1.3 Biology Ⅱ . It was found that weight of experiment (observation) in high school's Biology Ⅱ was insufficient. From analysis of vertical articulation of experiment (observation) in photosynthesis, it was found that there 4 repetitions, 2 developments, 2 differentials, and among them 4 kinds of experiment were wrongly placed. Especially because experiments involving concepts of high-grade level was not introduced, the limitation of affiliation was shown in high school's Biology Ⅱ. In conclusion, for effective learning of scientific concepts, the contents of Common Science in 'photosynthesis' should have affiliation compared to middle school's Science2, high school's Biology Ⅱ should use fewer terms by reducing intellectual contents, and experiment (observation) with affiliation have to be included.
