많은 서비스 산업에서 감정 표현 규칙을 사용하고 있음에도 불구하고 그 동안 감정 표현 규칙에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 그 동안의 감정 표현 규칙 인식의 연구는 일반적으로 부정적인 결과를 유발한다는 연구 결과가 많았다. 또한 기존의 연구에서는 부정적인 결과를 완화시켜줄 수 있는 조절효과를 검증한 연구는 매우 미비하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연극학적 관점을 적용하여 감정 표현 규칙의 인식이 직무만족과 직무긴장에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 파악해보고자 하며, 고객 서비스에 대한 몰입의 세 가지 기반 요인의 조절 효과를 통해 감정 표현 규칙 인식이 직무 만족 및 직무 긴장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 국내 모 보험회사 영업사원을 대상으로 한 실증 분석 결과 감정 표현 규칙의 인식이 꼭 부정적인 결과를 유발하지는 않는다는 결과가 나타났으며, 고객 서비스에 대한 몰입의 세가지 기반 요인 중 정서적 고객 서비스 지향의 조절효과는 직무 긴장을 완화해 줄 수 있으며, 규범적 고객 서비스 지향은 직무만족을 증가 시킬 수 있다고 나타났다. 또한 계산적 고객 서비스 지향은 직무만족을 떨어뜨린다는 결과가 나타났다. In these days many service industry sectors are using emotional display rule to perform effective task and service providers are demanded to implement this rule when they encounter customers. Although emotional display rule is performed major role in the service industry sectors, there are few studies of emotional display rule in marketing and service area. The present study examines the relationship between perceived emotional display rule and job satisfaction and job induce tension using the theory of dramaturgical perspective. Furthermore the present study examines the moderating effect of the three components of commitment to customer service in the relationship between perceived emotional display rule and job satisfaction and job induced tension. Data were collected from 238 front-line employees in insurance company. And collected data were tested to verify research hypotheses by hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that emotional display rule perception does not cause only negative outcomes and the interaction between emotional display rule perception and each of three component of commitment to customer service has significant effect partly. Finally practical implications and research limitations are described.

1992년, 미개척분야인 화장품 ODM 산업의 중소기업으로 시작한 코스맥스는 2013년 현재 국내 화장품 ODM업계 1위, 세계 5위의 글로벌 기업으로 발돋움하게 되었다. 최근 5년 평균 성장률이 23%에 달할 정도로 고성장을 거듭하는 코스맥스의 성공원인으로는 정직과 차별화를 의미하는 ‘바름, 다름, 아름’의 기업철학, 신속하면서도 유연한 조직운영과 창조와 혁신을 강조하는 조직문화를 들 수 있다. 양손잡이 전략을 통해 공유할 수 없을 것 같은 활용과 탐색의 전략을 조화롭게 사용하였다. 코스맥스의 창업자인 이경수 회장의 위기 때마다 발휘되었던 냉철한 판단력과 산업 전체를 바라보는 통찰력 또한 코스맥스의 성장에 크게 기여하였다. 본 사례를 통해 B2B 업계에 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. Cosmax, the frontier of cosmetic ODM industry, which was started as a small business in 1992, has been number one in domestic and fifth in global. The success factors of Cosmax based on the business philosophy that represent honesty and differentiation and organization culture using speed and flexibility that focus on creation and innovation. With foundation of integrity, it takes a leap to be a beautiful company that never ceases to research. The chairman, Kyung-Soo Lee, made efforts to overcome the crisis through determination and insight that promote to growth. He has successfully carried out ambidextrous strategy that operate exploration even as exploitation. Strategically Cosmax has well adapted to the changing cosmetic industry timely for the situation. It would be a model case for other B2B company.

Sowing 6 Kinds of leguminous grasses 8 Kinds of forage grasses 6a ward of mixture grasses 20 kinds in total, I had bbserved them for 8 month (Marchs. 1970~ october 30 1970) and acquired the results as follow; 1. The growth of forage crops and mixture was well in good soil with plenty rainfall in moderate atmospherical condition. 2. The summer drought is sure in ladino clover alfalfa, birds foot trefoil, Perennial ryegrass, Timothy and Brome grass, The mixture ward is comparatively little. 3. The respective fresh yield of orchard grass, Red clover O+OL+B+R were 5,500㎏, 5,100㎏, 4,325㎏.
