        By the social and political position of the labor being more important, the problem that the relations between labor and management must be settled satisfactorily become influential more and more in modern industrial society and a lot of discussions are going on lately. The purpose of this research is to be of help the recent discussions through the research of a collective agreement, a crystal of the relations between labor and management and the collective bargaining. A summery of this thesis is as follows ; collective bargaining is the process that a labor union, an employer and an organization of employer search for collective compromise and control a cooperation by their own representative for the purpose of conclusion of an agreement on a wage of labor, working hours and other working conditions. As the word of group means, collective bargaining means not a personal bargaining but an insurance of rights and interests of labor through collective bargaining based on the power of combination of the labor who is the weak relatively in the power. The functions of collective bargaining are as follows ; the improvement of life conditions of members of union, the establishment of the basic rules for the maintenance of peaceful relations between labor and management, the establishment of the rules, labor'sparticipation in management and industrial peace. And it has been confirmed that the method of bargaining by enterprise is important absolutely in the methods of collective bargaining. It seems to be because that the habitual bargaining by enterprise is experienced relatively and the experienced head office by enterprise can not function Collective agreement is formed by consultation according to collective bargaining between a labor union and an employer and put a purpose on setting a standard for working condition and other treatment of labor and on establishing credit and a debt between the contracting parties in agreement. It is necessary that such a collective agreement is called a useless strife at least during regular period that regular rules for working condition are established and for the maintenance of its standard, the relations between labor and management are regulated independently by their agreement. The functions of collective agreement is to imporve the working condition and to make peaceful. Collective agreement becomes effective after when both parties make out it in writting, sign and seal it and its term of validity is settled by both but can not be in excess of 2 years for logical operating and stability between labor and management. The contents and effects of collective agreement are illustrated from the normative section and effect, the debtical section and effect and the systematical section and effect. In these theoretical study, after comparing collective agreement in the whole country with that in suwon area and the summary of that is as follows; The main common points are that first, the regulation on articles for single bargaining group is numerous, second, the regulation on the activity of labor union is more frequently than in other year, third, the regulation on industrial stabilization is not enough and fourth, the articles for public welfare in company have been important more and more and are expected to be more important from now on. The characteristics of contents of collective agreement in suwon area are ; first, to set up contral principal, second, that the establishing foundation of labor union is board, third, to have the good conditions in activity of labor union, fourth, to have the good working conditions, fifth, that the articles for a wage are not frequently, sixth, to have the condition to achieve the right personal affairs. The problems are that, first, the level of normative section related to economic actual profit of labor in addition to the collective agreement in Korea is very low, second, the debtical section is regulated more minutely than the normative section is but in the view of the security of equality between labor and management and autonomous labor union, its contents are very distorted and formal extremely. The main subjects to be reformed are ; first, to reinforce the power of collective agreement of labor union and to promote the temperament of managing staff of labor union and members of agreement, second, to improve not only the rule of labor union but also related statute rationally for the improvement of system of collective bargaining, third, to make the both parties exactly understand the functions of collective agreement, fourth, to make the contents of agreement clearly, fifth, to materialize the prevention of strife and its solutions, sixth, to be settled to divide the functions of collective bargaining and agreement between labor and management. Finally, I am going to present the portion to be strived in the problems of labor and management wishing it will be refered to the people who sits a responsible post related labor and management. First, according to raising the systematic key point to permit the rights and intersts of labor to expend at most through the free activity of labor union, labor union should establish the external independence and the internal democracy with more responsible and more obligation and should be active rationally and productively for the labor's improvement in economic and social position, second, in order that the labors can enjoy fully the result such as participating, achieving and its compensation that recently take place within the company and actively spread, new human relations between labor and management for the improvement of working conditions due to an atmostphere that managers together take the initiative in "Love for work place" movenemt should be regulated, third, the government should try to promote our relations between labor and management up to the developed country's through securing the right of combination of labors according to the self-government of labor and management deviation boldly from the policy of controlled labor, and through reconsidering the self-controlling by labor and management.

      • 분뇨슬러지의 연료가능성 및 연소특성 평가

        본 연구에서는 분뇨슬러지의 연료로서의 사용가능성을 알아보기 위해 건조한 분뇨슬러지의 기초물성 및 연료특성을 조사하고, 분뇨슬러지의 연소특성을 조사하였다. 기초물성으로 원소분석, 공업분석, 및 발열량을 측정하였고, 유도결합플라즈마-원자발광분광법(ICP)을 이용해 중금속 함량을 측정하였다. 그리고 연소특성을 파악하기 위해 비등온열분석법을 실시하고, 이를 Kissinger, Friedman, Ozawa 모델식을 적용하여 활성화에너지를 구하고, Friedman 모델식으로 반응차수, 및 빈도인자를 계산하여 반응속도식을 도출하였다. 분뇨슬러지의 발열량은 약 3,500kcal/kg 이었음으로 이것만으로도 연료로 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 중금속 함량 측정결과, 가축분뇨의 고형연료 품질기준으로는 연료로 사용 가능한 것으로 판단할 수 있었다. 그 밖의 연료로서의 특성을 검토한 결과, 휘발분과 연소성지수의 경우, 석탄과 목재펠렛의 중간정도 값이 보였으며, 탄소함량이 낮기 때문에 역청탄과는 달리 낮은 석탄화도를 가지고 있었다. 비등온 열중량분석법을 이용한 연소특성분석결과, 초기 45~200℃부근에서는 건조에 의한 탈수를 통한 무게감량을, 200~400℃ 사이에서 휘발성물질의 이탈, 이의 연소반응 시작에 의한 무게 감량을, 그리고 400~550℃사이에서 열분해물질인 촤(char)의 연소 개시에 의한 무게감량을 보여주고 있으며, 550~600℃ 전후에서 연소반응이 끝남을 알 수 있었다. 이를 Kissinger, Friedman, Ozawa 모델식에 각각 적용하여 활성화 에너지를 구한 결과, 활성화 에너지의 최대치는 각각 80.55kcal/mol, 206.79kcal/mol, 199.32kcal/mol이었으며, 400~450℃부근에서 모두 최대치로 나타내었다. 또한 Friedman 모델식을 이용하여 반응차수(n)와 빈도인자(A)를 구한 결과, 연소특성에 따라 200~400℃사이를 1구간, 400~550℃사이를 2구간으로 나누었을 때, 1구간에서의 n은 12.81, A는 4.61×1012이었으며, 2구간에서의 n은 13.63이었으며, A는 1.08×1018으로 조사되었다. 연료가능성 및 연소특성을 종합적으로 고려한 결과, 발열량이 충분하고 중금속 함량이 법적지준에 문제가 없기 때문에 단일연료로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        his research papers, Axial fan to determine the optimum installation angle among of actors affecting the performance of the cooling tower is analyzed by Three-dimensional turbulent flow & viscous flow. Numerical Analysis is done by 'GAMBIT' , 'SLOVER' and 'FLIENT' of aftertreatment devices. FLUENT that is used by SIMPLE and based on SIMPLE Algorithm using fully implicit scheme is 'Finite Volume Method codes'. Total floating place is calculated by incompressible viscosity Navier-Stokes equation. And most of all the standard model is used by turbulent flow interpretation in engineering. A boundary condition is based on cooling tower design calculation sheet for research. Therefore, Air velocity, flow rate, Total pressure ,loading can get conclusion performance curves from fan installation angles. When fans are installed at cooling tower or motor design, it can decrease fan installation loss and over-design through this data.

        건설공사를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 서로 유기적인 관계를 갖고 있는 비용(cost), 일정(time)등 관리의 기본적 두 요소의 현황이 종합적으로 분석될 쉬 있는 공사관리시스템이 필수적이다. 그러나 국내건설공사에는 일정 개념의 Schedule과 내역 위주의 공사비 관리가 별개로 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 서울충정 R빌딩 신축공사의 비용과 일정이 통합된 전산화 공정관리를 고찰하여 사례를 통한 실무위주의 공사자료를 정리하여 실무적인 지침을 제안한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건설공사의 성과측정과 향후 예측을 통하여 성공적인 공사관리를 하기 위해서는 전산화공정관리가 필요하며 내역중심의 공사관리가 되고 있는 국내 건설 여건에서는 진도관리를 포함한 일정관리에 필요한 일정정보와 작업물량, 시행기성 등을 포함한 비용과 일정의 통합이 필수적이다. 둘째, 공사사례를 전산화 공정관리의 실무적 지침으로 볼때, Planning 단계에서 L.O.B기법을 적용하여 기본계획 공정을 작성하고 세부공정계획은 네트워크 다이아그램으로 작성하되 토목공사→골조 및 외벽공사→지상층 기준층마감공사→지상층 비기준층 마감공사→지하층 마감공사→부대토목 및 외부마감공사 순으로 Sequence Logic을 작성한다. 셋째, 일정과 비용정보를 공정분류와 부위분류로 분해하였으며, 분해된 공종분류와 부위분류를 단위작업으로 분할하여 일정과 비용 정보를 동시에 할당하도록 하고 내역항목의 집행물량을 측정하여 건설공사진도율을 산정토록하며 입력작업과 계산작업 그리고 수정 및 점검작업을 거쳐 전산체계를 구축하고 Scheduling을 통하여 일정을 확정하며 기성물량 및 잔여공기를 입력하는 Upating을 통하여 진도관리를 한다. 넷째, 국내공사의 대형화 및 고급화에 따라 자재종류도 다양해지고 물량도 많아질 뿐만 아니라 제작기간이 길며 제작착수 이전에 Engineering 작업이 이루어져야 하는 품목들 또는 외자재들이 많아져서 효과적인 자재수급계획에 대한 중요도가 증대됨에 따라 자재조달 및 시공도 공정표도 작성한다. For the purpose of controlling efficiently a construction project, a construction project control system to manage synthetically two fundamental objects, such as cost and time, which are intimately interrelated, must be essentially provided. The purpose of this study is to systematize the actual data of computerized scheduling of a certain building project by integrating cost and time and to develop the procedure of practical scheduling so as to minimize the loss of time and effort and to set up the initial schedule swiftly at the time of planning schedule of new projects. The major findings and results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as the latest building projects is trending toward high-rise, complexity and variety, the necessity of computerized scheduling grows for the successful project management through the progress measurement and forecasting. Second, Integration of construction information is required to control synthetically the multiple management functions. Especially, the integrated information of cost and time should be provided, and allocated to each control account. Third, the method of L.O.B shall be applied for the milestone schedule and the network diagram method shall be applied for the detail schedule at the stage of planning. Fourth, the construction project contol system based on the actual values of two objects shall be operated continuously in a timely manner. for collecting and tracking accurate actual performance data, a reasonable basis of measuring methods are needed. Fifth, the computerized schedule will be made by input, calculation and modification and the final schedule will be fixed by scheduling. Sixth, the procurement and shop drawing schedule shall be needed on behalf of controlling efficiently engineering materials. As we saw the effects of computerized scheduling by integrating cost and time through the study of a certain project, this practical guideline of computerized scheduling should be extend to all contractors for the successful project management in the domestic construction projects.
