다양성과 조직성과: O’ Toole & Meier 모델을 중심으로

조직에서 다양성은 조직관리의 핵심문제로 부각되고 있다. 최근 다양성이 증가되는 사회에서 이를 관리하는 것은 민간 뿐만 아니라 공공조직에서도 중요하게 다루고 있다. 다양성의 개념은 인종, 성별, 나이 등 다양한 개념을 포함하며 광범위하게 적용될 수 있으며 조직내 구성원이 인지하는 방법에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 본고에서는 인종 다양성이 조직 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 Texas School Districts 데이터를 활용하였다. 특히, 다양성을 정량적으로 측정하기 위해 HHI(Herfindahl-Herschman Indicator)를 활용했다. 또한, 다양성 관리 프로그램이 조직성과에 미치는 다양성의 영향력을 완화하는지 검증하기 위한 분석도 시도하였다. 분석결과, 인종적 다양성은 조직성과와 긍정적 관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, 인종 다양성과 다양성 프로그램과의 상호작용 효과는 다양성의 부정적 효과를 완화시킬 수 있다는 점을 나타내며 이는 다양성의 효과적인 관리가 조직 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 점을 보여준다.

산악 산림 소유역에서 선행강우지수를 이용한 하천유량 추정: 계룡산 용수천 상류

Variability in precipitation due to climate change causes difficulties in securing stable surface water resource, which requires understanding of relation between precipitation and stream discharge. This study simulated stream discharge in a small mountainous forested catchment using antecedent precipitation index (API) models which represent variability of saturation conditions of soil layers depending on rainfall events. During 13 months from May 2015 to May 2016, stream discharge and rainfall were measured at the outlet and in the central part of the watershed, respectively. Several API models with average recession coefficients were applied to predict stream discharge using measured rainfall, which resulted in the best reflection time for API model was 1 day in terms of predictability of stream discharge. This indicates that soil water in riparian zones has fast response to rainfall events and its storage is relatively small. The model can be improved by employing seasonal recession coefficients which can consider seasonal fluctuation of hydrological parameters. These results showed API models can be useful to evaluate variability of streamflow in ungauged small forested watersheds in that stream discharge can be simulated using only rainfall data.

This study focuses on the play that has not been noticed in earnest until now to view the world of 「Shiiku」 from a new perspective. Specifically, it examined the function of the device called ‘recall’ which is the premise of this story and the significance of the world of ‘play’, which is a powerful driver of recollection. As for the theory of play, the theory of Johan Huizinga and Roger Caillois was referred to. In terms of ‘play’, the exchange of boys and a black soldier shows that the black soldier in the world of war is incorporated into the children’s world and the world of play, characterized by freedom, one-time and disguise, limitations of time, and the isolation of the place, were established and expanded upon, finally reaching a ‘perfect play’ where nature, human beings and animals were combined to become mythical. The freedom from boundaries, the joy of unity, the inexpressible rhythm and fullness remain as an unforgettable, inseparable touch to the present ‘I’. Thus, the device of this recall is a device for recalling affection for the black soldier, the memory of a perfect play, and it is a recollection to heal the wounds in the world of war by summoning its beauty. 本論は、従来、本格的には注目されることのなかった「遊び」に焦点を会わせて、新 しい視座から「飼育」の世界を照明した。具体的には、この作品の語りの枠組みである 回想という装置の機能について、そして、その回想の強力な動因となっている遊びの 世界の意義について検証した。遊びの理論に関しては、ヨハン・ハウジンハ(Johan Huizinga)とロジェ・カイヨワ(Roger Caillois)の理論を援用した。 遊びという観点から少年たちと黒人兵との交流をみれば、戦争の世界に属していた 黒人兵が子供たちの世界に取り込まれ、遊びの世界が成立し、拡張し、ついには、自 然と人間と動物が一つになった神話的ともいえる「完璧な遊び」に至ったといえる。あ らゆる境界が取り払われ、味わった自由さ、そして、みんなが仲間になった喜びは、 今なお、言い表せない、決別できない感動として残っている。したがって、この回想 の装置は、黒人兵への愛情、美しい完璧な遊びの記憶を呼び戻すための装置であり、 その美しさの召還によって、戦争の世界で傷付いた少年時代の自分を癒すための回想 といえる。

Acute Hydrocephalus as a Complication of Cervical Spine Fracture and Dislocation: A Case Report

Hydrocephalus is a well-known complication of head injury, but an uncommon complication of a spinal lesion. Here, we present a rare case of acute obstructive hydrocephalus secondary to a cervical fracture and dislocation. A 60-year-old female patient was transferred to the emergency department with quadriplegia and respiratory difficulty. Imaging studies showed a cervical fracture and dislocation at the C3-4 level. She required intubation and mechanical ventilation. Twenty-four hours after admission, her mental status had deteriorated and both pupils were dilated. Computed tomography of the brain showed acute hydrocephalus; therefore, extraventricular drainage (EVD) was performed. After the EVD, her mental status recovered and she became alert, but she remained quadriplegic and dependent on the ventilator. Two months after injury, she died because of respiratory failure caused by pneumonia.

개발 주체들의 불화와 농가의 기회 : 박정희 정부 시기 기업형 축산정책의 굴절, 1964-1969

1960년대 후반 한국사회는 농업구조개선 방향을 둘러싼 논쟁을 재개했다. 도시의 소비재 초과수요에 따른 소비재 가격 폭등으로, 농업경영 주체 개편을 통한 소비재 공급기반 확충과 농업 근대화 노선 수정이 요구됐다. 이 연구에서는 한우 생산 주체 개편에 나선 관료층을 살펴봤다. 국가적 발전전략 속에서 예산과 금융을 운용해 나가 기획관리 행정에 특화된 행정직 관료는 농가 중심의 농업근대화 노선을 부정하고 공업부문 대자본 유치로 농업부문 경쟁력을 확보하려 했다. 그러나 산간지 초지 조성을 통한 ‘농공업 조성’과 산간지 ‘목장 운영’을 통한 생산량 확대뿐아니라, 산간지 사회간접자본시설 설치란 ‘농촌 개발’ 부담까지 전가되자 대자본은 이탈했다. 대자본 중심의 선택적 자원 배분과 개발 전략이 농업부문에도 확장된 가운데 효율성을 좇는 자본의 특성이 이 시기 축산정책에서 정부와 대자본 간 불화를 낳은 것이었다. 이는 축산의 기업화라는 대전제 하에 수익을 모색한 농가의 전업축산화로 이어진다는 점에서 의미가 있다. This research examines the restructuring process of Korean agriculture through the formation of commercial ranches in the late 1960s. By looking at bureaucrats in the Park Chŏng-Hŭi Administration, it became clear that agricultural development plans aimed to corporatize stockbreeding, changing the agricultural-management styles to farming families solely focused on stockbreeding. Through excess demand for beef, the Administration handed over industry capital to corporatize stockbreeding-in other words, fostering conglomerate the rural industry, the creation of ranches, and the rural development. This was an development method that sought to guide an industry sector-led corporatization of stockbreeding. Industrial capital, however, saw stockbreeding as unprofitable and so broke away from the business. To maximize production, farming families filled this gap by becoming households solely focused on stockbreeding.

TV홈쇼핑의 판매촉진 전략과 소비자 특성 및 홈쇼핑 의류 구매행동과의 관계 : 여성 의류 구매자를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 TV 홈쇼핑 구매 경험자를 대상으로 TV 홈쇼핑의 쇼핑호스트들이 사용하는 판매전략에 대한 소비자들의 태도를 살펴보고 이러한 태도가 소비자들의 특성이나 TV홈쇼핑을 통한 의류구매향동과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴보는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 TV홈쇼핑에서 20대 이상 TV홈쇼핑 구매경험이 있는 성인여성들로, 편의 추출을 통해 300부의 설문지를 배부하였고, 최종적으로 227부가 분석에 사용되었다. 요인분석 결과 쇼핑호스트들이 사용하는 판매 전략은 요인 분석 결과 한정수량 요인, 사은품/서비스 요인, 제품특성 요인, 쇼핑호스트의 이미지 요인 4개 요인으로 추출되었다. 이러한 4개의 판매전략 중에서 소비자들이 제품특성 요인을 이용한 경우 소비자들이 가장 사고 싶다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음으로는 쇼핑호스트 이미지 요인, 사은품/서비스 요인과 한정수량요인으로 나타났다. TV 홈쇼핑을 통한 의류 구매 경험 여부에 따른 차이를 살펴본 결과, 의류를 구매한 경험자가 사은품/서비스 요인과 쇼핑호스트 이미지 요인에 대해 민감한 것으로 나타났다. TV홈쇼핑을 통한 의류구매빈도가 낮은 소비자, 구매액수가 높은 소비자가 한정수량 요인, 사은품/서비스 요인, 제품특성 요인에 대해서 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research was to find the relationship between shopping hosts’ selling strategies used in television home shopping and consumers’ purchasing behavior. The data was collected via a survey using a questionnaire. The convenient sample of 300 female television home shopping users were asked to participated in this survey. Among these, 277 respondents with previous experience in purchasing items through the television home shopping were used as the sample for this study. Factor analyses revealed four dimensions of selling strategies used by television home shopping. These were: scarcity, free gift/service, product characteristics, and network’/host’s image. Among thjese four selling strategies, product characteristics strategy was found to be the most effective strategies for increasing purchase intention followed by network’/host’s image, free gift/service and scarcity strategies. For respondents who had previous experience purchasing apparal items, customer service and network’/host’s image were more effective selling approaches then others.
