지반 보강과 배수를 위한 이중기능 록볼트 성능 검증에 관한 연구

록볼트는 지하굴착 중 불연속 암반을 보강하기 위하여 흔히 사용하는 대표적인 지보재 중의 하나이다. 용수가 많은 현장에서는 굴착 시공성을 개선하고 록볼트의 정착효과를 증진하기 위하여 별도의 Drain pipe 설치하게 된다. Drain pipe는 배수경로를 제공하여 작업성 개선에 효과적이지만 지반보강효과를 기대하기 어렵고, 다수 설치 시 불연속 암반의 교란을 증가시키며, 공사비 증가 요인이 된다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위하여 암반의 보강과 배수를 겸한 Dual purpose rockbolt (DPR)를 개발하였다. DPR은 신속하고, 경제적으로 암반의 역학적 수리적 안정성을 개선할 수 있었다. FRP (유리섬유 보강 플라스틱)와 steel을 이용한 2가지 DPR을 개발하여 역학적 수리적 성능을 검토하였고, 시공성과 안정성을 분석하였다. Rockbolt is one of the most common supports used to reinforce discontinuous rock during underground excavation. Extra drain pipes are installed to improve excavation workability and the anchorage of rockbolts in water bearing ground. The drain pipe is effective in improving the workability by providing drainage path, but it is difficult to expect the reinforcement effect, increasing disturbance of the discontinuous rock mass and the construction cost. To solve this problem, dual purpose rockbolt (DPR) has been developed for the reinforcement of rock and the drainage of ground water. DPR was able to improve the mechanical and hydraulic stability of the rocks quickly and economically. Two kinds of DPRs using FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) and steel were investigated for the mechanical and hydraulic performance. Also, the workability and stability of DPR were analyzed.

소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 개선을 위한 Agile UP 연구

본고는 Agile UP(Unified 프로세스)에 대하여 알아본 후, 이의 적용에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다. Agile UP는 Rational Unified 프로세스(RUP)을 기본으로 Agile 방법론을 반영한 독립된 버전이다.이러한 Agile UP가 RUP의 주요 요소들 중 어떤 것들을 유지하고 있는 지 알아보고, RUP와 차별화 되는 점은 어떤 것인지 확인한다. 즉 Agile UP에서 도입한 여러 Agile 적 요소들을 자세히 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 이러한 분석을 통해 Agile UP를 Embedded system에 현업 적용 시 가능성을 확인해 본다.

실패한 눈물주머니코안연결술에서 내시경적 재개통술 시트리암시놀론을 적신 코충전물의 효과

목적: 실패한 눈물주머니코안연결술 환자에서 트리암시놀론을 적신 코충전물로 내시경적 재개통술을 시행하여 효과적으로 치료한 증례가 있어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 4명(4안)의 환자가 코 경유 눈물주머니코안연결술 후 눈물 흘림 증상이 재발하여 내원하였다. 국소마취 후 비강 내시경하뼈 구멍 주변의 육아종과 막성 조직을 제거하였으며, 술자의 판단에 따라 부가적으로 뼈 구멍을 확장하였다. 트리암시놀론을 적신 합성스펀지(Nasopore )로 코안 충전 후 수술을 마쳤다. 실리콘관은 술 후 12주 이상 경과 관찰 후 제거하였으며, 제거 후 시행한 관류 검사 및 비강 내시경 검사에서 특이 이상 소견은 관찰되지 않았고 눈물 흘림 증상 또한 없었다. 발관 이후 6개월 이상 지속적으로 경과 관찰하였고,4명 모두에서 눈물 흘림의 재발은 없었다. 결론: 실패한 코 경유 눈물주머니 코안연결에서 내시경적 재개통술이 필요한 경우, 부가적인 트리암시놀론을 적신 코충전물 활용을 고려해 볼 수 있다. <대한안과학회지 2017;58(5):586-590> Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of endonasal revision using triamcinolone-soaked nasal packing in patients exhibiting recurrence of epiphora after endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Case summary: Four patients (4 eyes) who presented with the chief complaint of recurrence of epiphora after endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy underwent endonasal revision under local anesthesia. On nasal endoscopy, granulation tissue and membranous tissue around the osseous foramen was removed during endonasal revision. According to the operator’s judgement, the osseous foramen was additionally expanded. Following insertion of a silicone tube, triamcinolone-soaked nasal packing was used for intra-nasal packing. The silicone tube was removed after follow-up of more than 12 weeks. Immediately after removing the silicone tube, there was free passage of saline on lacrimal syringing as well as complete resolution of epiphora. At over 6 months of follow-up after tube removal, there was no recurrence of epiphora in any of the 4 patients. Conclusions: Triamcinolone-soaked nasal packing may be considered in patients with failed endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2017;58(5):586-590

화주기업과 물류기업간 물류역량 중요도 인식 비교 연구 -전자 제조기업 국제 항공화물을 중심으로-

최근 국내 물류 업계에서는 대기업 모회사들의 물류 자회사에 대한 일감 몰아주기 현상이 하나의 큰 이슈가되고 있으며, 3자물류 기업과 대기업 2자물류 기업간 경쟁구도가 형성되어 있는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 상황에서 각각의 물류기업들이 어떤 측면에 중요 역량을 두고 업무 진행을 하는지 확인해볼 필요가 있으며, 화주기업 입장에서 물류자회사와 전문 물류기업들의 중요 업무역량을 분석하고, 또한 물류기업 입장의 중요 업무역량은 무엇인지를 조사하여, 기업형태별 상호 비교 분석을 통한 현재 위치와 앞으로의 발전전략을 수립하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 2자물류 기업과 3자물류 기업을 동시에 이용하는 화주기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 물류 업무에서의 중요역량을 파악해보고, 이 요소들이 물류기업을 선택하는 대안 요소에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 연구대상 업체는 항공 국제물류서비스 제공자의 일반 형태인 포워더(로컬 기반, 외국계), 글로벌 특송사, 2자물류 포워더를 모두 활용하고 있는 전자제조기업을 대상으로 연구조사를 진행 하였고, 분석 방법론은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류업체, 포워더등에게 화주기업 및 물류기업의 중요 역량에 부합되는 맞춤형 물류 전략을 수립하는데 참고가 되고자 한다. Recently, in the Korean domestic industry, the fact that giant conglomerates are giving majority of works to their subsidiaries has been taken as a big issue for the mass media. Especially, issues arising from logistics for the same are gradually getting bigger day by day. Especially, in this particular study, it compared giant conglomerates’ logistics subsidiaries with companies specialized in logistics in terms of the quality of service, and the importance from the point of view of shippers. By doing so, this study tries to establish the current status of each logistics company, with a view to setting future strategic plan for further development in the industry. First study is forecasting on domestic logistics environment change on the side of shipper and logistics service provider and second study carried out a survey to shippers on the importance in choosing a particular company, and the actual service quality to figure what effects a forementioned has in the satisfaction and will to procure it again. On the contrary, carring out a survey to logistics service provider(such as third party logistics company(based on local company & based on foreign company) and second party logistics forwarder company, global express company) on the importance in delivering and handling with shipper``s item. All survey and study is carried out focusing on semiconductor item division of first class electronics company because of contracting and using all kind of logistics service provider such as 3PL, subsidiary logistics company, express delivery company and method of analysis is AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). By doing so, this study tries to find alternatives that can bring about improvements in both domestic and international logistics market including shipper & logistics service provider.

Community Union is a unique form of labor union, which was created due to the flaw of Japan’s labor union system and the crises of labor movement and employment caused by that flaw. It is defined as “a labor union based on a community rather than a company or an industry with individual membership in principle.” Community union is a natural result of meeting workers’ needs, and was formed based on communities. Since these unions do not aim inter-organizational integrations or establishment of industry-specific labor unions, each community union is independent. Community unions major role is providing labor counseling and settling labor disputes. Community unions organize their members through labor counseling, work with members to settle labor disputes and expand their social influence by sensitively responding to new labor issues. In regards to legal basis of community unions, their legitimacy is questionable since all community unions give membership to unemployed. In addition, guaranteeing the right for collective bargaining to community unions and extending the concept of the right for collective bargaining are also important legal issues. Concrete implications of Japan's community union movement for Korea's stagnant labor movement and union-management relationship deserve a thorough evaluation in terms of movement theory. The first clause of article 33 of the Korean Constitution guarantees the three rights to labor more clearly than the Japanese Constitution. This fact deserves a modern interpretation. It is also essential to review the role of the government in guaranteeing the three rights to labor.

역물류 환경을 고려한 복수차고지 다용량 차량경로문제

In this paper, we deal with the dual-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery and pick up(DH-VRPSDP) in reverse logistics. The DH-VRPSDP is a problem of designing vehicle routes in a day of given vehicle to minimize the sum of fixed cost and variable cost over the planning horizon. Each customer can be visited only once according to the service combinations of that customer. Due to the complexity of the problem, we suggest a heuristic algorithm in which an initial solution is obtained by changing the customer and the vehicle simultaneously and then it is improved. A performance of the proposed algorithm was compared to both well-known results and new test problems.
