        결정질 실리콘 태양전지 응용을 위한 SiN<sub>x</sub> 및 SiO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 패시베이션 특성 연구

        다양한 공정 조건으로 $SiN_x$와 $SiO_2$ 박막을 형성하고 이에 대한 패시베이션 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)을 이용하여 증착된 $SiN_x$ 박막의 경우, 증착 두께가 증가함에 따라 페시베이션 특성이 향상되는 것을 관찰하였다. 이는 PECVD 증착 공정 중 유입되는 수소 원자들이 실리콘 표면에 존재하는 Dangling bond와 결합하여 소수 캐리어의 재결합 현상을 효과적으로 감소시켰기 때문이다. 건식 산화법으로 형성된 $SiO_2$ 박막은 습식 산화법으로 형성된 것 보다 치밀한 계면 구조를 가짐으로 인하여 약 20배 이상 우수한 패시베이션 특성을 나타내었다. 건식 산화 공정 온도가 증가함에 따라 패시베이션 특성이 열화되는 현상이 발생하였고, Capacitance-voltage(C-V) 및 Conductance-voltage(G-V) 분석을 통하여 $SiO_2$/실리콘 계면에 존재하는 계면 결함 밀도 증가에 의해 나타나는 현상임을 알 수 있었다. We have investigated the passivation property of $SiN_x$ and $SiO_2$ thin films formed using various process conditions for the application of crystalline Si solar cells. An increase in the thickness of $SiN_x$ deposited using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) led to the improvement of passivation quality. This could be associated with the passivation of Si dangling bonds by hydrogen atoms which were supplied during PECVD deposition. The $SiO_2$ thin films grown using dry oxidation process exhibited better passivation behavior than those using wet oxidation process, implying the dry oxidation process was more effective in the formation of high quality $SiO_2$ thin films. The relative effective life time gradually decreased with increasing dry oxidation temperature. Such a degradation of passivation behavior could be attributed to the increase in interface trap density caused by thermal damages.

        A New Black and Red Graft Cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) Cultivar, "Heukhong"

        A new graft cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) cultivar Heukhong was developed from a crossing 941101 with mixed pollens of 10 unknown cultivars of G. mihanovichii by in vitro grafting and line selection at National Horticultural Research Institute, Rural Development Administration in 2002. Characteristics trials were carried out three times from 2000 to 2002. The color of body and tubercles was black-red. Flat round globe had 8 to 9 deep ribs with straight edge. Spine was long and straight with brown color. Increase of the diameter of body globe was fast as to reach 58.4 mm on 10 months after planting. Propagation ability was medium level as to setting 10.8 tubercles. Characteristics of the cultivar can be maintained by vegetative propagation, and growers should pay attention to protection from strong sun light and virus infection. The cultivar was applied for a variety protection and was released to commercial growers in 2003.

        동절기 근권부 온도가 비모란 생장 및 품질에 미치는 영향

        접목선인장의 동계재배를 위하여 근권의 온도를 15, 20, 25, 30, 35℃로 조절한 처리구와 조절하지 않은 대조구를 두어 비모란 Sun, Pink품종을 재배하였다. 처리 6개월 후 구경, 생체중, 건물중에 있어서 Sun품종은 25℃, Pink품종은 20℃에서 가장 좋았다. 특히 비모란의 구경과 구중은 15℃ 처리와 온도처리를 하지 않은 대조구에서 낮은 경향을 보여 근권부 저온이 생육에 저해요인으로 작용하는 것으로 보였다. 대목으로 이용한 삼각주의 뿌리 생육은 25℃ 처리에서 생체중과 건물중이 높았고 15℃에서는 아주 불량하였으며, 뿌리의 활력은 20℃에서 높았다. 구색에 있어서는 Sun품종은 유의성이 인정되지 않았으며 Pink품종은 온도가 높을수록 황색화 되었다. 적색의 betacyanins 색소 함량은 온도가 높아질수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 상품의 생산율은 Sun품종은 25℃, Pink 품종은 20℃에서 높았으며 그 이상과 이하에서는 낮았다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 정식초기에는 25℃로 관리하여 발근을 촉진시킨 후 출하기까지 20℃로 관리하면 생육을 촉진시킬 수 있으며 겨울철에도 정상적인 생산이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Abstract. In order to observe the possibility of winter season production of G. mihanovichii cvs., Sun and Pink were cultivated under temperatures of 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35℃, and under conventional cultivation method for comparison. Increasement of the diameter, fresh and dry weight of globes was best at 25℃ in cv. Sun, and at 20℃ in cv. Pink. Especially, globe diameter and fresh weight were bad at 15℃ and in conventional cultivation method. From the results it was determined that low temperature around root-zone greatly affect the growth of globes. Root fresh and dry weight of Heoylocereus trigonus used for stock plants showed good at 25℃ and bad at 15℃, but its activity was highest at 20℃. Color did not show any statistical significance in various temperature, but 'Pink' showed tendency of turning yellow by increasing the temperature. Quality and productivity was good at 20℃ and 25℃, and was bad at below those temperature. From the results it was concluded that if G. mihanovichii were cultivated for rooting at 25℃ in early planting period and were maintained to activating growth at 20℃ until marketing time, regular production of G. mihanovichii in winter season would be possible.

        A New White and Pink Graft Cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) Cultivar, "Baekya"

        A new graft cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) cultivar Baekya was developed from a crossing Sunhong with mixed pollens of 10 unknown cultivars of G. mihanovichii by in vitro grafting and line selection at National Horticultural Research Institute, Rural Development Administration in 1997. Characteristics trials were carried out three times from 1998 to 1999. It had double color. The color of body and tubercles was clear and peculiar color of white-pink. Flat round globe had 8 to 10 ribs with shallow depth. Tubercles cover the body globe with growing. Spine was short and straight with grayish white. Propagation ability was excellent as to setting as many as 20.3 tubercles. All characteristics of the cultivar can be maintained by vegetative propagation, and growers should pay attention to protection from strong sun light and virus infection. The cultivar was applied for a variety protection and was released to commercial growers in 2001.

        A New Red Graft Cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) Cultivar, "Hongseong"

        A new graft cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) cultivar Hongseong was developed from a cross IG9334 and Hongil of G. mihanovichii by in vitro grafting and line selection at National Horticultural Research Institute, Rural Development Administration in 2000. Characteristics trials were carried out three times from 1998 to 1999. The color of body and tubercles was clear red. Flat round globe had 8 to 10 ribs with strong image. Spine was medium size and straight with brown. Increase of the diameter of body globe was faster as to reach 45.4 mm than 38.5 mm of comparison cultivar Jinhong on 10 months after planting. Propagation ability was weak as to setting 7.5 tubercles. Epidermis was glossy due to wax cuticle. Characteristics of the cultivar can be maintained by vegetative propagation, and growers should pay attention to protection from strong sun light and virus infection. The cultivar was applied for a variety protection and was released to commercial growers in 2001.

        A New Red-Yellow Graft Cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) Cultivar, "Keumhong"

        A new graft cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) cultivar Keumhong was developed from a cross IG9331 and Wonkyo G1-13 of G. mihanovichii by in vitro grafting and line selection at National Horticultural Research Institute, Rural Development Administration in 2000. Characteristics trials were carried out three times from 1999 to 2000. The color of body was red, and that of tubercle was red-yellow. Flat round globe had 8 to 10 ribs with medium depth. Easy to graft due to short spine. Increase of the diameter of body globe was similar to that of Hongwall. Propagation ability was good as to setting 18.8 tubercles. Characteristics of the cultivar can be maintained by vegetative propagation, and growers should pay attention to protection from strong sun light and virus infection. The cultivar was applied for a variety protection and was released to commercial growers in 2001.

        4계절 관상용 옥상정원을 활용한 원예활동이 유아의 창의적 사고력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 4계절 관상용 옥상정원을 활용한 원예활동 프로그램이 유아의 지적발달과 사고력 지수에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 만 5세 유아 47명중 원예활동에 참여한 실험군 26명과 원예활동에 참여하지 않은 대조군 21명을 대상으로 2013년 5월부터 9월까지 주 1회 총 15회기 실행되었다. 실험 결과 지적발달은 실험군과 대조군 모두 원예활동 프로그램 후에 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었으나(p=0.023, p=0.016) 실험군의 지적발달이 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 지적발달은 유아의 자연발달적 성장과정에서 자연스럽게 이루어지기 때문에 실험군과 대조군 모두 변화를 가져왔으나 원예활동을 수행한 실험군이 더욱 높은 값을 가진 것으로 보아 원예활동이 지적발달에 영향을 주었을 것으로 판단된다. 창의적 사고력 지수는 치료군과 대조군 모두 결과 값은 향상되었지만 통계적으로 유의한 변화는 보이지 않았다. 이는 15주의 연구기간이 사고력의 유의미한 변화를 갖기에는 짧았을 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 4계절 관상용 옥상정원을 활용한 원예활동이 유아의 지적발달에 영향을 주는 것으로 판단할 수 있으며, 4계절 관상용 옥상정원을 활용한 다양한 원예활동 프로그램이 개발되어지기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a horticultural activity program focused on four-season ornamental rooftop garden on both mental development and intelligence quotient of preschoolers. Forty seven preschoolers were participated in this experiment. Experimental group of 26 members were subjected to do the horticultural activity program and 21 members of the control group were not applied with the program. This study was performed once a week for 15 times from May 2013 to September 2013. As a result, mental development of both experimental and control groups were significantly improved (P=0.023, P=0.016) after the horticultural activity program, however improvement of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Accordingly, though mental development of both groups was improved as preschoolers grow, horticultural activity program was turned out to be effective in mental development of preschoolers. The intelligence quotient was also improved in both groups, but it was not statistically significant. Accordingly, we speculated that 15 weeks of research duration was not enough to give significant differences in thinking ability. In this study, we concluded that applying horticultural activity program using four-season ornamental rooftop garden to preschoolers was turned out to be effective for improving the mental development of them. Further more various horticultural programs using four-season ornamental rooftop gardens should be developed.
