혁신활동 이행수준과 직무스트레스 간의 관계 : 심리적 자본의 조절효과
요 약 혁신은 21세기에 중요한 과제이다. 창조와 혁신은 지난 20년간 경영학과 산업에서 가장 중요한 화두가 되어 왔으며 앞으로도 계속 회자될 키워드이다. 본 연구는 혁신으로 인한 부정적 결과에 대하여 연구하였다. 경쟁에서 뒤처지지 않으려는 무분별한 혁신은 조직구성원에게 스트레스를 유발하게 만들 것이라 제안하였으며 이러한 관계를 조절시켜줄 상황변수 심리적 자본을 고찰해보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 가설은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신이행수준은 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 혁신이행수준과 직무 스트레스간의 관계는 심리적 자본에 의해 조절될 것이다. 연구방법으로는 문헌고찰과 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 신뢰성 및 타당성을 확보한 측정도구임이 나타났다. 가설검증 결과는 가설적 변수관계들이 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 혁신이행수준과 직무 스트레스간의 관계는 심리적 자본에 의해 조절이라는 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 시사점으로는 무분별한 혁신으로 기업에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있지 못하며 심리적 자본이 높은 집단도 계속적인 압박을 가한다면 기업에게는 역효과를 가져올 것이다.

Hwang-jin,s ancestral home is Jangsu. He was born in Zupori, Namweon, as the fifth descendant of Hwang-hi, Yungeujung(領議政) in the 5th year of Myungzong's governizing. He was very brotherly, dutiful to his parents and was good at martial arts. In a word, he was a fine personality as a gerneral of army. He became an officer of Hwangrim for chongae byunmu(宗系辯誣) in the 11th year of Myungjiong's governizing. It vas his first official job. In the 16th year of Myungjong's governizing, he defeated the invation of Litangkae(尼蕩介). Seven years later, he was sent to Japan as an officer of Hwangyunkil, and made a contribution of breaking the planning of Japan threatening Tongsinsa(通信使) of Korea. During the Seven-year-war(壬亂) by the invation of Japan, the main force unit of Japanese army attacted Chonra, Province which was a large storehouse of food for Korean army and righteous army. Hwang-Jin rescued Chonra Provinee by defeating Japanese army in Ungchi(熊峙) and Ichi(梨峙) battle. He also blocked the supply of fool of Japanese army in Sangju battle, so they had to retire. After it, he came into Jinjusung(晋州城) and became Sunsung jang(巡城裝). He did his best for his country and had a glorious death in the battlefield. Jeonra Province(?南) was the most important area of Korea. Hwang-jin rescued Jchonra Province from the conquering of Jpaanese army by defeating Japanese army in Unchi(熊峙) and Ichi(梨峙) Hwanjin was the most valuable person during the Seven-year-war(壬亂).
