금융 ISAC을 활용한 정보유출 2차피해 방지 방안

금융ISAC은 금융분야의 보안관제센터로서 금융사를 모니터링하고 보안서비스를 제공한다. 금융ISAC은 해킹이나 바이러스 등 외부공격에 대해서는 신속한 대응을 통해서 피해를 최소화하지만 내부공격에는 대처하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 최근 정보자원의 효율적 관리와 안정적 운영을 위하여 그리고 온라인 해킹범죄에 공동으로 대응하기 위하여 정 보공유시스템에 대한 필요성이 국내외를 막론하고 날로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 금융ISAC에 개인정보 공유분석 센터를 병행 설치하여 보안서비스 제공뿐만이 아니라 개인정보가 유출되었을 시 유출된 정보로 인한 2차 피해를 방지 할 수 있는 개선된 금융ISAC을 제안한다. 제안된 금융ISAC은 금융사 정보유출시 유출정보와 같은 아이디와 비밀번호 가 사용되는 다른 금융사에 새로운 비밀번호를 생성하여 제공하고 금융정보가 유출되었을 경우에는 피싱 등에 주의하 라는 경고를 한다. As security management center of financial area, financial ISAC monitors financial corporations and provides security services. Financial ISAC minimizes damage by responding quickly to external attack such as hacking, virus but it is poor at handling internal attack. For the efficient management and stable operation of information source, also to respond jointly to online hacking, the necessity of information sharing system increases day by day in and outside country. This paper proposes financial ISAC that can prevent a secondary damage of leakage information as well as providing security services. The proposed financial ISAC provides new password to financial corporation in which the same ID and password as leakage information are used and in case of financial information leakage it warns customers against phishing etc.

중소형선박의 선체목형 제작정밀도 향상을 위한 DfAM 기반 공정개선 연구

본 연구에서는 중소형선박의 선체목형 제작 정밀도를 향상을 위하여 적층가공 기법과 위상최적화(Topology optimization) 기법을 적용하여 적층가공 고려 설계(Design for additive manufacturing, DfAM) 기반의 공정개선 연구를 수행하였다. 중소형선박의 대다수는 몰드공법을 이용하여 복합재료로 건조되어지고 있으며 선체목형은 선형에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 선박성능을 위하여 선체목형제작의 정밀도는 중요한 사항이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 적층가공 기반의 선체목형 보형물과 부착가이드를 제작함으로써 기존의 복합재료 몰드공법의 정밀도향상을 위한 공정개선 방안을 제안하였다. 또한, 적층가공의 일반적인 패턴과 위상최적화를 적용한 형상에 대한 재료의 경량화 및 제작 시간을 비교함으로써 선체목형 보형물에 대한 DfAM 적용연구를 수행하였다.

황지우 시에 나타난 유령의 귀환과 기억, 애도의 문제—1980년대 초기 시를 중심으로

This study intented to deal with the problem of the return of ‘specters’ and the ‘authenticity’ of the 1980s appearing in Hwang Ji-woo’s poems in the early ‘80s. The authenticity of the ‘80s is an important part of how to remember and mourn the theme of ‘The Gwangju May 1980’ . In the text of Hwang Ji-woo’s early poems, the ‘specter’ who returns and stares at the poetic subject reminds us of the unresolved matters of ‘The Gwangju May’s case in 1980, and asks for its responsibility. In addition, the return of the specter is not a matter of ethics confined to ‘The Gwangju May’ . The themes of memory and oblivion of the past are also deeply linked to the matter of continuation and loss of politicality and historicity. Jacques Derrida’s hantologie discussed the ethics for the others that put in a demurrer the nowness and create the continuity with the past through the de-synchronization of time and the issue of anachrony. In Hwang Ji-woo’s early poems, the specter constantly returns, questioning the crisis of memory and the crisis of politics. The subject facing the return of the specter is not forgetting the problem of history and continuing to mourn the deaths of the past. On the other hand, those who lose their past and historicity and forget about the various reasons of oblivion, such as the expansion of capitalism and the flooding of American culture, have no choice but to live like live corpse. Hwang Ji�woo saw two symmetrical lives in his day: It is the life of continuing to meet specters, continuing historical ethics, and of forgetting the past and piggybacking on the tide of the times. We will look at the subjects of life who think and conflict with the memory and ethics of politics and history in Hwang Ji-woo’s poems. 본 연구는 황지우 80년대 초기 시에 나타나는 ‘유령’의 귀환과 80년대 진정성의 문제를 다루고자 한다. 80년대의 진정성은 80년 5월 광주에 대한 기억과 애도의 방식과 긴밀히 연관되어 있다. 황지우의 초기 시에는 죽음으로부터 귀환하여 시적 주체를 응시하는 유령의 표상이 나타난다. 그것은 80년5월 광주의 해결되지 못한 일들을 시적 주체에게 상기시키고, 그에 대한 책임을 다할 것을 요청한다. 또한 유령의 귀환은 단지 80년 5월 광주 사건에만 국한되는 문제가 아니다. 황지우 시에서, 이는 과거에 대한 기억과 망각은 정치성・역사성 상실과 지속에 대한 문제로 확장되어 나타난다. 데리다의 유령론은 시간의 어긋남, 비동시성의 논지를 통해 현재성 자체를 문제시하고 과거에 대한 책임을 다하는 타자-윤리에 대하여 논한다. 황지우의 초기 시에서 유령은 회귀하여 시적 주체를 불편하게 하며 기억의 위기와 정치의 위기를 문제시한다. 유령을 마주함으로써 주체는 역사의 문제를 망각하지 않고, 과거의 죽음들에 대한 애도를 이어 나갈 수 있게 된다. 이에 반해, 한국 사회에서 자본주의의 팽창, 미국식 문화의 범람 등 다양한망각의 이유들 사이에서 과거와 역사성을 상실하고 망각하는 존재들은 산송장과 다름없는 삶을 살아간다. 유령의 응시에 불편함을 느끼며 역사적 윤리를 이어가는 삶과 과거를 망각하며 시대 조류에 편승하는 삶의 대칭적인모습이 황지우가 목도한 당대 삶의 모습이었고, 황지우의 시적 주체 역시양 갈래에서 갈등한다. 황지우의 시 속에 나타나는 기억과 정치 및 역사의윤리를 사유하고 갈등하는 당대 삶의 주체의 모습을 살펴볼 것이다.

회로의 대칭성을 이용한 연산 회로에서의 전력 최소화 기법

In this paper, we focus on another important design objective, power minimization, utilizing circuit symmetries. First, we analyze and establish the relationship between several types of circuit symmetry and their applicability to reducing power consumption of the circuit, proposing a set of re-synthesis techniques utilizing the symmetries. We derive an algorithm for detecting the symmetries on a given circuit implementation. We then propose effective transformation algorithms to minimize power consumption using the symmetry information detected from the circuit. Unlike many other approaches, our transformation algorithm is especially effective in reducing power consumption of arithmetic-intensive circuits in terms of switching activities. And this is practically useful in that user can check the intermediate re-synthesized designs in terms of the degree of changes of power, area, timing. On average, we reduced the power consumption of circuits by 12% with almost no area or timing overhead.

정보통신분야 국가기술자격증 취득과 정보통신공학 전공 학생들의 취업률 증진을 위한 방안

본 연구에서는 정보통신분야 국가기술 자격증 취득과 정보통신전공학생들의 취업률증진을 위한 방안을 제시하고 그 결과를 고찰하였다. 국가기술자격증 취득방안으로는 동기부여, 특강별로 한 과목씩 단계적인 강의 등의 방법을 제시하였고, 취업률 증진 방안으로는 학생수준에 맞는 업체선정지고, 취업자료 수집, 업체방문 등의 방법을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 업체의 요구조건은 공통적으로 어학증명서와 기술자격증으로서 대기업에 취업하기 위해서는 어학실력이 좋아야 하며 따라서 TOEIC등의 시험을 적극 권장할 필요가 있음을 보여준다. This paper examines a plan for acquiring a technical qualification and promoting the percentage of employment in Information & Communication Engineering Major. As a plan for acquiring a technical qualification, study methods of a motive allowance, step lesson of a curriculum etc. are presented. Also, as a plan for promoting the percentage of employment, study methods of a collection of employment data, company visit etc. are presented. Results of study show that companys require a technical qualification and a certificate of foreign language, so TOEIC should be recommended.

A comfortable and pleasant environment is necessary for a good tourist site and cultural characteristics are also essential. They would like to pay a visit to an island and stay there. This study aimed to improve brand value of islands by focusing on natural landscape and environmental characteristics of the coastal island, since development of islands needs to be different from that of lands to capitalize on islands as eco-green tourism resources and to supervise Jellanam-do islands systematically and comprehensively. Especially, Jellanam-do has selected Cheongsando Wando, Sangjodo Jindo, Heuksando Sinan as pilot islands in consideration of upper plans, sea route visibility(accessibility), landscape potential, connectivity to neighboring islands in order to utilize resources of marine tourism through specialized strategy for islands. As a specialized plan for landscape, the study suggests strategy for tour attraction of island landscape and simulation(direction plans) through branding landscape resources such as gateway landscape, symbolic sculpture, skyline, direction of island, view scene, experience on landmarks.
