옴니채널 서비스의 소비자 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 자기효능감과 개인혁신성을 중심으로

To conduct empirical analysis of variables that affect user intentions in omnichannel services, this study borrows elements of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT), a model that has been corroborated by previous studies on innovative technology and services. The study's explanatory power was substantiated through the addition of self-efficacy, a consumerspecific variable that can be applied in the context of shopping, and personal innovativeness, an element of the technology acceptance model. The results showed that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions, social influence, the main variables of the UTAUT, positively influenced the acceptance of omnichannel services, while effort expectancy did not. On the other hand, self-efficacy and personal innovativeness were found to be antecedent variables with considerable influence on the main variables. We hope the results of this study can provide a meaningful sense of direction for the omnichannel service market in its expansion and growth. Especially, we anticipate that this study will be utilized as fundamental research material for future studies on this topic, as it identifies the needs of omnichannel service users and suitable strategies for target groups. 본 연구에서는 옴니채널 서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 소비자의 관점에서 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구들에서 적합성이 검증된 통합된기술수용모형을 본 연구에서도 차용하여 활용하였으며, 이와 더불어 쇼핑상황에서 적용될 수 있는 소비자 특성변수인 자기효능감과 새로운 서비스의 수용과 관련된 요인인 개인의 혁신성을 추가하여 설명력을 높이고자 하였다. 연구결과 통합된기술수용모형의 주요한 변인인 성과기대와 활성화조건, 사회적 영향은 옴니채널 서비스의 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 활성화조건의 경우 주요 변인 중 수용의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 다른 주요한 변인인 노력기대는 옴니채널 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 옴니채널 서비스의 안정적인 시장 확대 및 활성화를 위한 의미 있는 방향성을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 특히 옴니채널 서비스에 대한 소비자들의 니즈를 파악하고 표적집단에게 적합한 전략을 모색하기 위한 방향성을 탐색적으로 확인할 수 있어, 해당 분야의 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 기초 연구의 토대가 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to concern about the effort of architectural practice to realize the sustainable architecture. It is necessary to know about the integrated design method which combines the passive design method with the active design method from the initial design phase. One case study is followed to explain the method. Integrated design starts from defining the project and goal setting, site evaluation, design concept, design optimization, documents and specifications, bidding and construction and post occupancy evaluation followed respectively. In order to construct the sustainable design, sophisticated understanding about nature and its' principle is important and adaptable application of nature and climate depending on location is followed. In conclusion, architects and specialists of sustainable design should make an effort more study.

The purpose of this study is to study design methods of Norman Foster, focusing on his efforts for the passive architecture of accomplishing effective energy usage and energy load reduction, In order to study the sustainable design method of Norman Foster, his previous works were studied to find his attempts to consider ecology in his design. Also, characteristics of Norman Foster architecture and his sustainable design methods were searched through case studies. In Norman Foster's design method for sustainable architecture, the building shape was designed on the basis of analysis of surrounding environment in initial design stage, reducing energy load effectively. Also, the skin system of building was devised properly to reduce energy load for heating and cooling. In his design, the atrium and inner garden were mainly used to bring natural daylight and ventilation inside building, maintaining fresh air condition. The sustainable design elements of Norman Foster reflect on his architectural philosophy that architecture is symbiosis with nature as an organism depending on environment and local condition. In order to build sustainable architecture, more study is needed on passive design method for reducing energy consumption as well as active solution using high technology.
