隨着經濟的迅速發展,中國的城市化進展、房地産市場擴張的速度也근着加快了。其過程中發生了衆多問題,比如能源和資源量費、環境汚染,忽視人們居住環境的住房品質等。這些問題會影響而進而阻碍中國城市化的可持續發展。中國能源耗費和環境汚染總量中開發建筑物過程中産生的比重爲約30%,具有相當大的比重。最近各國對世界保護環境和節約能源的呼喚越來越高,中國也不例外。因此中國政府也非常重視中國城市化過程中會産生的這些問題的解決方法。中國政府在2006年制定而實施了綠色建筑評价標准。該標准由六大領域項目二構成,每個項目再細分化爲幾個小指標。本文進行了關于中國綠色建筑評价標注的試探性的硏究。首先比較了主要發達國家和中國的綠色建筑的槪念,再考察了評价標准的決定主體、決定的整個流程,具體的各個標准指標。然后分析了中國綠色建筑評价標准的成果和該彌補的地方。目前爲止,中國綠色建筑標准實施的時間較短,沒有有統計數据,因此只分析了潛在性的成果,實際上成果評价還需待一段時間。本筆者認爲該指標還需要關于交通、環境的更加具體的詳細規定,還需要考慮可以引發房産企業積極性的經濟上的優惠,最后得提高房産企業的關聯技朮水平的提高。本文的不足之處是分析關于綠色指標的成果方面,因爲中國資料上限制,只進行了分析間接的、潛在性的成果。隨着時間的推移,關聯數据和紀錄的積累,還需要進行更加深一步的分析。

Surgical-site infections (SSIs) are the most common healthcare-associated infections in patients undergoing surgery. Surgical site preparation to prevent SSI is aimed at reducing the number of microorganisms introduced into the operative sites. Antiseptics are used to remove transient bacteria and reduce the number of commensal organisms present on the skin. The most commonly used agents are chlorhexidine, povidone-iodine, and alcohol. All of these agents have broad-spectrum activity against various pathogens. Although each agent has its advantages and disadvantages, alcohol-based antiseptic solutions containing chlorhexidine are recommended in the available guidelines. Further well-designed studies are required to identify the best antiseptics for SSI prevention.

It is considered that a skincare shop is one of important places for skincare and beauty care. Due to increasing daily stress and environmental pollution recently, healthy skin is getting important and more people are visiting skincare shops. This study investigated the effects of laporte of skincare shop workers on customer reliability and satisfaction with a focus on women in twenties and thirties, and those of reliability on customer satisfaction, aiming at providing basic information for active management of skincare shops. For the purposes, this study used a questionnaire to collect the data and using SPSS 25.0. conducted a frequency test, an exploratory factor analysis, a descriptive statistical analysis, a correlation analysis and a reliability test to analyze the data collected. As a result of the study, it was discovered that laporte of skincare shop workers had a significant effect on customer reliability and satisfaction and reliability had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It suggested that relationship between skincare shop workers and customers is very important for skincare shop management.

자본시장법상 이해관계인과의 거래제한에 대한 비교법적 고찰

미국 투자회사법은 이해상충 위험 때문에 펀드(투자회사)가 특정 이해관계인과 거래하는 것을 원칙적으로 금지하면서도, 이 금지규정을 면제할 권한을 SEC에 위임하여 특정 요건 하에서 금지된 거래의 예외를 허용하고 있다. 우리나라의 자본시장법도 미국과 동일한 취지에서 이해관계인에 의한 펀드 남용행위를 규제하고 그 예외를 인정하고 있지만, 예외 인정의 요건과 절차가 미국과 같이 자세하게 규정되어 있지는 않다. 미국 투자회사법과 SEC Rule은 이해관계인과의 거래제한의 예외에 있어서 펀드의 이사회에 의해 채택된 절차에 따르도록 하고, 독립수탁자들의 펀드 감독 역할을 강조하는 등 이사회의 역할을 매우 자세히 규정하고 있는 점이 주목할 만 하다. 또한 해당거래에 대해 이사회에 분기별로 보고하도록 하고, 예외 인정 절차에 부합하였는지를 감독하며, 거래 정보에 대한 기록을 보존하는 등의 펀드 주주들의 이익을 보호하기 위한 내부 시스템은 우리에게도 시사하는 바가 적지 않다고 판단된다.
