        공동주택공사의 건설용 리프트를 이용한 양중계획 타당성 분석

        점차 대형화, 고층화되고 있는 공동주택공사에서 작업효율성을 향상시키고자 양중작업의 최적화를 위한 리프트 선정방식의 합리적 절차와 기준이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 작업효율성 및 경제적 측면에서의 분석을 통하여 양중자재의 종류 및 규격, 건축물의 높이, 공사기간에 따른 건설용 리프트의 합리적 선정 및 운영을 위한 기준을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 고층화 복잡화되고 있는 공동주택건설 현장여건에 따른 효율적 양중계획 및 관리를 위하여 대표적인 양중장비인 저속형과 중속형 리프트의 작업효율성과 경제성의 비교 분석을 통하여 최적의 선정을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 40층 기준으로 중속형 리프트가 저속형에 비해 약 43%의 작업효율이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공사의 용도, 규모, 형태, 조건 등에 알맞은 건설용 리프트 선정 기준/지침/규정을 마련하는 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. In order to improve work efficiency in high-rise apartment building construction, it is required to establish the major criteria and practical method for selecting the construction lifts. It is necessary to analyze work efficiency and economic feasibility depending on speed, size and capacity of lifting equipment and characteristics of construction projects. The purpose of this research is to develop the fundamental process and information for selecting the lift in order to plan and manage the material lifting and laborers' vertical transporting in the high-rise apartment building projects more effectively. In order to satisfy the objective of the research, work performance of the lifting machines with different speed and carrying capacity is analyzed under the practical constraints. In addition, potential economic evaluation is conducted. One of the significant findings of the research is that the mid-speed lift shows 43% improvement in work efficiency compared with the low-speed lift. The results of the research will be used as the basis for developing the further optimal lifting management system.

        Fourier Transform을 이용한 3차원 폐곡면 객체의 특징 벡터 추출

        본 논문은 퓨리에 변환을 이용한 3차원 폐곡면 객체의 특징 벡터 추출 기법을 제시한다. 특징 벡터는 3차원극좌표계를 이용하여 폐곡면 객체의 회전각도별 내측거리값을 퓨리에 변환을 통해 주파수 영역으로 변환하여 추출한다. 특징 벡터는 폐곡면 표면점과 중심점과의 관계를 나타내는 내측거리값을 활용하므로 위치 이동에 불변이고 내측거리값은 퓨리에 변환 전 정규화되기 때문에 크기 변화에 불변이며 퓨리에 변환 후 파워 스펙트럼을 적용하여 회전 변화 불변임을 보여주고 있다. 실험 결과 위치 이동, 크기 변화, 회전 변화에 불변임을 알 수 있고 서로 상이한 객체간에 변별력이 있어 객체 고유의 특징 벡터로써 활용이 가능함을 제시한다. A new method to realize 3-dimensional object pattern recognition system using Fourier-based feature extractor has been proposed. The procedure to obtain the invariant feature vector is as follows ; A closed surface is generated by tracing the surface of object using the 3-dimensional polar coordinate. The centroidal distances between object's geometrical center and each closed surface points are calculated. The distance vector is translation invariant. The distance vector is normalized, so the result is scale invariant. The Fourier spectrum of each normalized distance vector is calculated, and the spectrum is rotation invariant. The Fourier-based feature generating from above procedure completely eliminates the effect of variations in translation, scale, and rotation of 3-dimensional object with closed-surface. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a high accuracy.

        코로나바이러스(COVID-19) 팬데믹 사태의 합리적 대응을 위한 법적 고찰:감염병 환자의 정보 활용 범위에 대한 제언

        In this study, in order to respond reasonably to the COVID-19 pandemic, research was conducted focusing on the scope and limitations of information utilization of infectious disease patients. The subject of this study is very timely and meaningful in analyzing the present situation and predicting the future. The health care services for overcoming COVID-19 start with collecting and using personal information, including medical information. If such information is not properly collected, it is difficult to provide a safe and effective service. The current COVID-19 response process is not sufficiently protecting and utilizing personal information. In addition, despite these difficulties, if you are satisfied with the current state that has successfully led K-prevention of epidemics, it will be difficult to cope with a more serious situation. And personal information cannot be sufficiently protected and utilized. which the world is focusing on, we will not be able to respond to a more serious situation. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly evaluate the response to COVID-19 and the use of personal information and come up with an agreement. In conclusion, through this study, legal and institutional improvement measures should be prepared, centered on the legislature and the government, in order to reasonably cope with the new virus such as COVID-19. And it will be a balanced and reasonable improvement plan if it is systematically implemented by each administrative agency. 본 연구에서는 현재의 코로나19 팬데믹 사태를 합리적으로 대응하기 위해 감염병 환자의 정보 활용의 범위 및 한계를 중심으로 연구를 진행했다. 현재와 미래의 상황을 분석하고 예측함에 있어서 본 연구의 주제는 매우 시의적절하고 유의미하다고 생각한다. 코로나19 극복을 위해서는 무엇보다 방역을 포함한 보건의료서비스가 중요한데, 이것은 의료정보를 포함한 개인의 정보를 수집ㆍ활용하는 것에서 시작한다. 이 정보가 분산되고 시기적절하게 모이지 않는다면 안전하고 효과적인 서비스가 제공되기 어렵다. 그렇기 때문에 현재의 코로나19 대응은 결국, 개인정보를 충분히 보호하지도 활용하지도 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 어려움 속에서도 전 세계가 집중하고 있는 K-방역을 성공적으로 이끌었다 정도로 그친다면 보다 심각한 상황에 대응할 수 없을 것이고, 개인정보는 충분히 보호되고 활용될 수 없다. 따라서 코로나19 대응과 개인정보 보호와 활용에 대한 명확한 평가와 합의점 도출이 필요한 상황이라고 할 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 코로나19 등 신종바이러스 사태를 슬기롭게 대응할 수 있도록 법ㆍ제도적인 개선방안이 입법부와 정부를 중심으로 구체적으로 마련되고, 각 행정기관 및 지방자치단체 등에서 체계적으로 적용ㆍ집행해 나간다면 코로나19 극복이라는 목적과 정보의 활용이라는 수단 간에 균형성이 확보된 합리적인 개선 방향으로 이어질 것으로 믿는다.

        조경수 이용을 위한 자생 팥배나무의 생태 및 생육특성에 관한 조사연구

        This study investigated ecological and growth characteristics of Sorbus alnifolia for usage of landscape woody plant. The results are obtained as follows: 1) The results of investigate the native Sorbus alnifolia vegetations in Seoul and Kyonggi-do are as follows. From the investigation of canopy and understory, Pinus densiflora, Pinus rigida, Quercus mongolica Quercus dentata and Quercus aliena grow well in natural habitat of Sorbus alnifolia. While Rhod. mucronulatum, Symplocos chinensis, Corylus hetrophylla and alnifolia. While Rhod. mucronulatum, Symplocos chinensis, Corylus hetrophylla and Lindera obtusiloba are commonly found from shrub structure in the habitat. These structure pattern of natural setting would be applied for ecological planting design. 2) The Mt. Rabong area, which locates near a heavy factory district and is considered as environmental dteriorated area has the lowest soil acidity range among three investigated area. Sorbus alnifolia grows in where contains low soil acidity and inorganic nutrient. It might concluded that Sorbus alnifolia be tolerates to air pollution. 3) From the investigation of good specimen tres, the oldest good specimen trees of Sorbus alnifolia have grown in Seoul and Kyonggi-Do for 130 years with 15m height and 12m width. Most of good specimen trees are over 50 years old with 10~15m height, 4.5-12m width. These growth shape and form could be recommend that Sorbus alnifolia would be used as street tree and landscape woody plant in urban park.

        조경수목 가격의 10년간(1985-1994) 변화에 관한 연구

        This study was conduced out to analyze the price trends of landscape woody plants during the past ten years. The method of this study was applied to secendary data analysis and the data were collected from "Government Specified Monthly Price Book" and "Monthly Price Book" The results of this study were as follows : 1. The annual average increasing rate of the GSP price was 3.9% while the KPRC price was 8.9% for the past ten years. The ratio of the KPRC price by GSP price was 94.7% in 1985 and it increased by 147.3% in 1994. This increase indicates a large price margin between two prices. The GSP price should be readjusted to a realistic level. 2. For the same period, the prices of native Korean tree were raised by 3.8% and 9.5% in annual average rate. Meanwhile, the exotic tree prices were raised by 3.6% for and 7.8% for in annual average rate. The prices of native Korean tree were raised more than those the exotic tree. 3. The annual average increasing rates of the twenty for species prices which were high ranked among all species prices were 12% for and 21.5% for . These top twenty species drove to markup trend of tree prices. 4. The annual average price increasing rate of major species which are used frequently for landscaping was higher than total increasing rate of all species. This result shows that the prices of the major species markup more than others. 5. From 1985 to 1994, the prices of 29 new species were listed on "The government specified monthly price book" and the prices of 40 species were newly listed on "Monthly price book". On the contrary, 3 species from "The government specified Monthly Book" and 10 species from "Monthly Price Book" were eliminated. The number of new listed on the native Korean species were twice as many as the exotic species. In addition, there is a need to study and explain reaon of the elimination.

        공공안전 확립과 잊혀질 권리에 관한 법적 연구

        In the modern society, the Internet is closely related to everyday life, and has made many developments through the Internet. On the other hand, however, new risk factors began to emerge. The country has made various efforts to prevent danger, but the technological development in the modern society is very fast, and the technology in the field of Internet information and communication has developed more rapidly than other technologies, and it is still developing rapidly. This situation stands out in the process of enacting the Personal Information Protection Act. In this regard, this study examines the privacy right, which is the basis of the right to be forgotten in order to ensure the public's human rights and guarantee public safety. It also specifically discussed the right to be forgotten. In addition, through a comparative review of the legislation status of major countries and Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, we focused on the problems of the current legislation and the directions for improvement. 현대사회에서 인터넷은 일상생활과 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있고, 인터넷을 통해 편리함을 영위하고 많은 발전을 해왔지만, 그 일면에는 새로운 위험요소 또한 나타나기 시작하였다. 국가는 위험을 방지하기 위해 여러 노력을 해온 측면은 있으나, 현대사회에서 기술적인 측면의 발전은 매우 빠른 편이고, 인터넷 정보통신분야의 기술은 다른 기술보다 더욱 빠르게 발전해왔으며, 지금도 빠르게 발전하고 있는 중이다. 이러한 상황은 개인정보보호법의 제정과정에서 두드러지게 나타난다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국민의 정보인권을 보장함과 동시에 공공안전을 확보하기 위하여 잊혀질 권리의 토대라고 할 수 있는 프라이버시권에 대해 살펴보고, 구체적으로 잊혀질 권리란 무엇인지 논의했다. 그리고 주요 국가의 입법 현황과 우리나라 개인정보보호법과의 비교 고찰을 통해 현행 개인정보보호법의 문제점과 그 개선방향에 대해 비중을 두어 진행했다.

        The defects of a building bother both the residents and the builders. Defect information consists of information which is transmitted from the construction phase to the maintenance phase, and information which is occurred during building maintenance period. This study proposes the concept of an community dwelling defect information management system in order to manage the defect problems of the community dwelling houses efficiently, and furthermore to reduce the defect problems. This study focuses on Preliminary checking by residents prior to moving in a house.

The CM functions will reduce the conflicts among owners, designers/engineers, and contractors. This study focuses on major functions of the CM service from pilot projects, which is the World-cup stadium project in terms of benefits and limitations. The results of this study will provide guide and ways of future CM service applications to the construction projects.

        강원랜드 스키장 설계

        This design was submitted to an invited competition for the Ski Resort of Kangwon Land which was held by Kangwon Land Resort in August, 2003. The site is located at 1∼17 Gohan-ri Gohan-eup Jungsungun Kangwon-do and has an area of 5,000,000$m^2$. The objectives of this project were to revitalize the local economy of Sabuk, Gohan which is well Down for deserted coal mines, by creating a resort complex for family group users with an environmentally friendly ski facility. This design scheme addresses three areas of concerns: First, how to boost the local economy through the proposed ski resort. By limiting lodging facilities in the ski resort, we could induce more development in the nearby towns. In order to balance the economical benefit to towns of Sabuk and Gohan, we decided to have two separate ski base facilities in each town boundary. Second, how to encourage family-oriented use of the ski resort by designing user-friendly ski slope, especially for beginner skiers. We designed 50% more beginner-level ski slope compared to average ski resorts. Third, how to make environmentally-friendly ski resort by respecting the original land form. We minimized the damage to the natural environment by protecting valuable tree groves. Also, ski slopes are designed to reduce unnecessary earth movement. This was designed under the assumption that more valley-oriented slopes would result in less cutting and banking of earthwork; this assumption was verified in comparison with other ski resorts. It is expected that this desist would serve environmentally-friendly designs in ski slopes.

        연인산 도립공원 조성계획

        This plan was submitted as part of an invited competition for the provincial park planning of Yeonin Mountain, which was held by the Gyeonggi Innovation Corporation in November, 2006. The proposed site is located at Seungan-ri, Gapyung-eup, Gapyung-gun, Gyunggi-do and covers about $150,010m^2$. The main goal of this project is to "Suggest a New Park Paradigm" by shedding old ways of thinking about parks through an integrated development concept. Planning was approached as follows: First, providing an unique theme to the support facilities area of Yeonin Mountain Piovincial Park. To achieve this theme, the Seungan support facilities area was designated to be home to a Seven Colored Theme Garden, currently named the Native Wild-flower Garden, while the Baekdun facilities area is to be centered on a Self-loaming Forest Camp, which will give the chance of a hands-on wildlife experience. With these themes, which create recreational goals that will encourage not only tourism but education as well, the foundation was laid for a multi-purpose park paradigm. Second, Developing a Core Facility Zone. To accomplish the development of a core facility zone, park buildings will be arranged in accordance with an integrated building lay-out for easy access and use, and the facilities specified by design for the Seven Colored Theme Garden are provided for the newly prepared site. This will allow focus on the user's viewpoint instead of the view of the planner or of ease of maintenance.
