        여과지를 이용한 비-가시성 금 회수

        The purpose of this study was to recover gold from invisible concentrate using microwave-nitric acid leaching and filter paper. A microwave nitric acid leaching experiment was conducted to liberate gold from invisible gold concentrate (Au = 1,765.50 g/t) using different concentrations of nitric acid. Gold was not detected in the analyzed leaching solution (1 M–6 M). This indicates that the gold was not dissolved in the nitric acid solution and was present as a solid phase in the leaching solution. This solution was filtrated using filter paper that was then used for a lead-fire assay. Using this assay, gold was discovered on all the utilized filter paper: 2,361.60 g/t and 7,355.50 g/t from the 1st paper; 31.36 g/t and 673.81 g/t from the 2nd paper and 20.69 g/t and 190.91 g/t from the 3rd paper. It was confirmed that invisible gold was present as a solid phase in the leaching solution. 비가시성 금 정광으로부터 금을 회수하기 위하여 마이크로웨이브-질산용출과 여과지를 이용하였다. 비가시성 금이 함유된 정광(Au = 1,765.50 g/t)을 마이크로웨이브-질산용출 하여 용출용액에 대하여 금을 분석하였으나 1-6 M 범위의 용출용액 모두에서 불검출로 나타났다. 이것은 질산 용액에 금이 용해되지 않고 고체상으로 존재하고 있음을 의미한다. 용출용액을 여과지로 여과하고, 그 여과지를 납 시금법에 투입한 결과 첫 번째 여과지에서2,361.60-7,355.50 g/t 범위의 금이, 두 번째 여과지에서 31.36-673.81 g/t 범위의 금이 그리고 세 번째 여과지에서 20.69-190.91 g/t 범위의 금이 얻어졌다. 이것은 용출용액에 금이 고체상으로 존재하는 것을 확신시켜준다.

      • 나로과학위성의 Telecommand & Telemetry Module의 비행모델 설계 및 제작

        본 논문에서는 나로과학위성으로 개발된 Telecomand & Telemetry Module인 Input Output Moudule(IOM)을 소개하고 비행모델(Flight Model, FM)에서의 기능 및 성능 시험 결과를 제시한다. 나로과학위성 시스템 내의 각 전자 Unit의 상태 정보를 원격검침(Telemetry)하고 원격명령(Telecommand) 내릴 수 있는 Input Output Module(IOM)의 설계및 개발이 완료 되었고 동작 시험을 마쳤다. IOM은 CPU가 없이 FPGA와 표명실장부품을 사용하여 소형화, 경량화, 표준화를 추구하고 기술 집약화를 이루었다. IOM에 대한 기능시험과 열진공시험을 통해서 요구사항을 만족하는 결과를 확인하였다. Flight Model Design and Implementation of Input and Output Module for STSAT-2C was developed. The IOM is Telecommand & Telemetry module. To reduce the weight and power, IOM was designed to 6U Standard size and all logics of IOM are implemented in FPGA without CPU. Functional test, Thermal vacuum test and I&T(Integration and Test) was successfully performed and requirements were satisfied.

        무선PAN 및 이동통신용 기저대역 AlN MIM Capacitor의 구현 과 특성분석에 관한 연구

        The micro capacitors are passive elements necessary to electronic circuits and wireless portable PAN(personal area network) and Mobile Communications device modules in the baseband circuits in combination with another passive and active devices. As capacitance is proportionally increased with dielectric constant and electrode areas, in addition, inversely decreased the thickness of the dielectric material, thus thin film capacitors are generally seen as a preferable means to achieve high performance and thin film capacitors are used in a variety of functional circuit devices. In this paper, propose dielectric material as AlN(Aluminium nitride) to make micro thin film capacitor, and this capacitor has the MIM(metal-insulator-metal) structure. AlN thin films are widespread applied because they had more excellent properties such as chemical stability, high thermal conductivity, electrical isolation and so on. In addition, AlN films show low frequency response for baseband signal ranges, I-V and C-V electrical characterization of a thin film micro capacitor. The above experimental test and estimated results demonstrate that the thin film capacitor has sufficient and efficient functional performance to be the baseband range frequency of general electronics circuit and passive device applications. 반도체 공정의 미세화 및 마이크로 시스템 기술의 발전 그리고 소형 무선PAN 및 이동통신 장치들의 급증으로 인하여 전자부품들의 소형화와 직접화에 대한 요구가 지속적으로 증가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 휴대형 무선PAN 및 이동통신용 전자회로 설계에 다양한 목적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 기저대역의 수동소자들 중 미세 커패시터의 안정성과 전기적 특성을 확보하기 위하여, 유전체인 AlN을 사용하여 MIM 구조로 제작된 미세 박막 커패시터 소자의 전기적인 특성을 분석하고 기저대역에서의 성능을 평가한다. 또한 제작된 미세 박막형 커패시터의 용량제어 방법을 제시함으로서 기저대역에서 범용으로 사용할 수 있는 미세 박막 커패시터의 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 주파수 대역에 따른 MIM 구조의 AlN 커패시터 특성을 분석함으로서 향후 임베디드 소자와 집적화를 위한 고정밀의 미세수동 소자로서의 활용방안을 제시하고자한다.

        Clinical Outcomes of Ahmed Glaucoma Valve Implantation Using Tube Ligation and Removable External Stents

        Purpose: To investigate the immediate and long-term outcomes of Ahmed glaucoma valve (AGV) implantation with silicone tube ligation and removable external stents. Methods: This retrospective non-comparative study investigated the outcomes of AGV implantation with silicone tube ligation and removable external stents in 95 eyes (90 patients) with at least 12 months of postoperative follow-up. Qualified success was defined as an intraocular pressure (IOP) of ≤21 ㎜Hg and ≥6 ㎜Hg regardless of anti-glaucoma medication. Those who required additional glaucoma surgery, implant removal or who had phthisis bulbi were considered failures. Hypotony was defined as an IOP of <6 ㎜Hg. Results: Mean IOP reduced from 37.1±9.7 ㎜Hg preoperatively to 15.2±5.6 ㎜Hg at 12 months postoperatively (p<0.001). Qualified success was achieved in 84.2% at 1 year. Hypotony with an IOP of <6 ㎜Hg was seen in 8.4% and an IOP of <5 ㎜Hg in 3.2% on the first postoperative day. No case of hypotony required surgical intervention. Suprachoroidal hemorrhage did not occur in this study. When stents were removed on the first postoperative day because of an insufficient IOP decrease, the mean IOP decreased significantly from 42.0 ㎜Hg to 14.1 ㎜Hg (p<0.001) after 1 hour. The most common complication was hyphema, which occurred in 17.9%. Conclusions: Hypotony-related early complications requiring surgical intervention were reduced by ligation and external stents in the tube. In addition, early postoperative high IOPs were managed by removing external stents. The described method can prevent postoperative hypotony after AGV implantation and showed long-term success rates comparable to those reported previously.

        Infantile Vitreous Hemorrhage as the Initial Presentation of X-linked Juvenile Retinoschisis

        The authors report two cases of X-linked juvenile retinoschisis (XLRS) manifested as bilateral vitreous hemorrhage as early as in an 1-month-old infant and in a 3-month-old infant. The one-month-old male infant showed massive bilateral vitreous hemorrhage. During vitrectomy, thin membrane representing an inner part of schisis cavity was excised and intraschisis hemorrhage was evacuated. As intraschisis cavities were cleared, the stump of inner layer appeared as the demarcation line between the outer layer of the schisis retina and non-schisis retina. The other three-month-old male infant presenting with esodeviation also showed bilateral vitreous hemorrhage. Typical bilateral retinoschisis involving maculae could be seen through vitreous hemorrhage in both eyes on fundus examination. Spontaneous absorption of hemorrhage was observed on regular follow-up. XLRS could be manifested as massive hemorrhage inside or outside of the schisis cavity early in infancy.

        Superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome (SCDS) is a rare disease caused by dehiscence in the bone overlying superior semicircular canal. Patients with SCDS present vestibular and auditory manifestations including dizziness and hyperacusis. These manifestations can be controlled by surgical repair of the dehiscence such as plugging or resurfacing the defect. We report a case of a 25 year-old man with SCDS who underwent surgical repair of dehiscence through middle fossa approach. Korean J Otorhinolaryngol-Head Neck Surg 2010;53:652-6

        PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 전력선통신 채널모델링 및 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구

        - Power line communication channels are very complicated and models for communication channels vary with the types of electrical equipment, devices and load fluctuations. So, modeling and analysis of power line channels for implementation of power line communication systems is a very important process. Power line channel modeling and simulation are performed based on power system transient simulation models and power system CAD tools to create precise and accurate models. In this paper, a channel modeling and simulation method is proposed for power line communication systems using PSCAD/EMTDC, in which a PN 63 sequence code generator is applied for impulse response of the power line channel in the simulation model.
