      • 입체선형의 시거와 주행속도의 상관성 분석에 관한 연구

        시거는 안전한 도로의 설계와 운영을 위하여 필수적으로 고려하여야 할 설계기준의 하나이다. 특히 정지시거는 운전자가 진행방향의 전방에 있는 장애물 또는 위험요소를 인지하고 제동을 걸어 정지할 수 있는 길이를 말하는데, 도로선형에 의해 운전자의 시야에 방해가 되지 않도록 도로 전 구간에 걸쳐 정지시거가 확보되도록 설계하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 도로의 선형을 결정 지우는데 중요한 기준이 된다. 도로의 안전성 평가는 Leisch(1977)에 의하여 시작된 방법으로 ‘△V=10mph법칙’으로 불리는 ‘속도차(△V)’를 이용한 방법이 주를 이루고 있는데 속도차와 시거의 상관성을 분석함으로써 시거와 안전성의 관계를 파악할 수 있다. 향후 도로 안전 문제에 대한 과학적이고 체계적인 연구를 바탕으로 도로의 안전성을 분석 평가하는 기술을 개발하기 위해서는 주행 안전에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 도로의 선형과 노면 상태에 대한 안전성 분석이 시급한데 그 중 선형 조건에 따른 시거와 그에 따른 안전성 분석 자료가 부족한 실정이며 시거와 속도와의 관계가 명확하게 분석된 자료 역시 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 2005년 7월에서 8월까지 전남지역의 지방부 2차로 도로 인 국도 15, 24, 29호선의 입체 선형 구간의 기하구조 자료를 수집하였으며 이를 바탕으로 기하구조 요소 및 유형을 구분하여 교차로, 횡단보도 등과 같은 각종 교통통제 시설의 영향이 최소화된 지점을 선정하였으며, 각각의 지점에서 실제 도로의 주행속도를 조사하고 시거를 산정한 후, 도로의 선형조건에 따라 계산된 시거가 주행속도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 향후 도로의 안전성을 평가하는 기술개발 및 도로 안전성 평가지표 개발 등의 연구에 이바지하고자 한다. Sight distance is an indispensable design element for design and operation of safety highway. Driver's sight do not have to obstruction by highway alignment. Sight distance must ensured on road. Sight distance is a important standard to determine highway alignment. Speed difference have application to evaluation of safety. relationship between sight distance and safety can understand by correlation analysis sight distance and Speed difference. We collect geometric element of two lane rural highway in 2005. Collected data is divided geometric element of road type. Investigation point is selected minimum of traffic control facilities effect such intersection and crosswalk. Operate speed of investigation point is measured and sight distance is calculated. sight distance effect to operate speed is analyzed on road types. This study contribute technical development of highway safety evaluation and development of highway safety evaluate standard.

      • 친환경절연가스 중의 연면방전특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 SF6용 GIS를 대체할 친환경가스절연개폐장치(EGIS)의 절연매질 중 질소(N2) 및 산소(O2)의 혼합비에 따른 테플론 수지에서의 연면방전특성을 구명하여 SF6가스의 특성과 비교하였다. 이에 본 논문은 모의 GIS내 질소(N2)와 산소(O2)의 체적혼합비율이 각각 100[%]:0[%]인 (N2), 80[%]:20[%]인 (I-Air), 60[%]:40[%]인 (M-AirⅠ) 및 40[%]:60[%]인 (M-AirⅡ)의 압력 및 갭 변화에 따른 연면방전특성을 구명하였다. 그 결과 Knife-Knife형 전극 하에서 절연내력은 SF6 > I-Air > M-AirⅠ > M-AirⅡ > N2의 순으로 평가되었다. 친환경가스 중 가장 절연내력이 좋은 I-Air와 SF6 가스의 절연내력을 비교한 결과 연면절연파괴전압 및 연면방전전계강도가 SF6의 약 50%로 평가되었다. 또한, 본 논문은 I-Air의 절연특성을 평가함으로서 각종 전력응용 설비의 절연설계에 SF6 대신 친환경가스의 대체가능성을 평가하였다. This paper presents the Surface Discharge characteristic at the Teflon resin according to the mixture gas of the nitrogen (N2) and oxygen (O2) in which it includes in insulator of the Environment-Friendly Gas Insulated Switchgear (EGIS) in order to replace SF6 the use of GIS and it compared with the characteristic of the SF6 gas. Also this paper studied the Surface Discharge characteristic at the volume mixture ratio of the nitrogen (N2) and oxygen (O2), as 100[%]:0[%] (N2), 80[%]:20[%] (I-Air), 60[%]:40[%] (M-AirⅠ) and 40[%]:60[%] (M-AirⅡ) according to the gas pressure and gap change in the experimental GIS. As a result, the dielectric strength under the Knife-Knife electrode was evaluated as SF6 > I-Air > M-AirⅠ > M-AirⅡ > N2. The Surface Discharge voltage and Surface Discharge electric field intensity were evaluated about 50% of SF6 as a result of comparing the insulation strength of the I-Air in which the dielectric strength is the best among the environment-friendly gas. Moreover, the insulation property of the I-Air was evaluated, this paper evaluated the interchange possibility of the environment-friendly gas at the insulation design of all kinds of power application facility instead of SF6.

        Decades later, many countries in the world will be expected to be ones with water shortages. These days, the need of water resources management is getting much higher every day and stream, coast, dam, river, and reservoir are to be one of the main infrastructures for water resource management. For example, river has positive roles for damage prevention and nature protection, so it is very important to figure out the current state of water resources. Especially, surveying techniques which furnish the basic data of current state of water resources are significantly important. The objectives of the study is to investigate and analyze the latest techniques of river topography data sounding operation technique for the construction of stream and coastal topographical data which is a base of hydrological investigation, and set the direction available to apply the sounding operational techniques for the practical usages. Accordingly, the methodology and range of this research can be summarized as below. a) The accuracy and economic efficiency is analyzed after conducting investigations such as the current state of sounding techniques and domestic examples which utilized those techniques. b) The desirable optimum operational technique is proposed for water resources such as stream, coast, river, dam and reservoir. c) The direction of database construction of topographical data is suggested for the improvement of efficiency and security. This research drew some results from the investigation of the state-of-practices and the principles of surveying techniques and made some conclusions as follows. a) Single Beam Eco Sounder (SBES) which has been generally used is efficient from the equipment’s economic feasibility and operational availability perspectives especially for the cases of stream and coast, the availability of running ship and the necessity of lateral-profile. b) The use of Multi Beam Eco Sounder (MBES), a precise terrain observation equipment that has higher point density than plane unit, is a reasonable technique for the precise grasp of topographical state of deep level water resources such as reservoir, and etc. c) The use of total station is an efficient way, if water level is partially low. Total station can also be used for general purposes in precise terrain observations in small areas, such as lateral-profile outcome on each certain section, installation of water intake station, and aggregate extraction. d) A connecting process between water flow rate and topography survey is required to observe the rate of flow. Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) is a representative survey technique to observe those two at the same time. When the equipment is operated properly after considering the work field conditions and the state of flow, ADCP will be a very efficient survey method as the river topography survey for the river flow rate measurement. e) Land topography data are dependent on a digital topographic map or a leveling outcome, but there is a limit. The water level survey could furnish only rough topographic cross-section but could not reflect the frequently changeable river topography after flood. Therefore, it is reasonable to make a connection to the water level topography by making an aerial laser scanning survey (LiDAR) for topography data construction on surrounding area. f) Scanning Hydrographic Operational Airborne Lidar Survey (SHOALS) makes it possible to have coherence in the data by obtaining topography data of land and river in large area at once. SHOALS is more economical and efficient than MBES. Also, SHOALS is to make it possible to obtain uniform topography data even in the large area where it has big topographic undulating of water level. Therefore, in an area whose river topography has big undulating like lakes and marshes or where has a low water level, a water flow rate and a high transparency of water.

      • 陰谷에 시술한 동과인 약침이 LPS로 유도된 흰쥐의 신장염에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Benincasae Semen Herbal-acupuncture (BS-HA) at KI10 (Umgok) on nephritis induced by LPS in rat. Methods : Rats with nephritis induced by LPS, were treated with Benincasae Semen Herbal-acupuncture(BS-HA) injection at KI10. Two control groups, N.P. group and saline group, were treated with 26 gauge needle at KI10, 3 times a week. In Saline group normal saline was injected at KI10. To evaluate the effects of Benincasae Semen Herbal-acupuncture at KI10 on nephritis in rats, WBC, Neutrophils in blood, BUN, Creatinine TNF-α, CINC-1 in serum, urinal volume and creatinine and Total protein in urine, reanl TNF-α, renal MPO were measured and reanl tissue was also analyzed. Results : BS-HA at KI10 significantly inhibited WBC and neutrophil in blood, creatinine in serum, and MPO in kidney of LPS-stimulated rats. BS-HA at KI10 reduced concentration of neutrophil in renal tissue of LPS-stimulated rats. Conclusion : BS-HA at KI10 has a therapeutic effect for nephritis in LPS-stimulated rat. Therefore, it is suggested that BS-HA at KI10 may be an useful therapeutics in clinical field after further researches.

      • 水火旣濟湯이 주령별 흰쥐의 혈청과 테스토스테론에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of oral administration of distilled Suhwagije-tang(SGT) in aging rats. The results were as follows : 1. At all concentration of SGT, survival rates of liver cells were higher than the control group. In addition 50% SGT distillate group's cell survival rates were significantly increased by 18.4 times the level of the control group. 2. The rate of which the 10W-SGT distillate group gained weight was significantly higher than that of the control groups. 3. The levels of albumin in serum of 10W-SGT distillate group were significantly increased in comparison to those of the DW group. 4. The levels of ALP in serum of 52W-SGT distillate group were significantly decreased in comparison to those of the DW group. 5. The levels of total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol in serum of 52W-SGT distillate group were significantly decreased in comparison with those of the DW group. The levels of LDL-cholesterol in serum of 52W-SGT distillate group were also decreased in comparison to those of the DW group. 6. The levels of testosterone in serum of SGT distillate groups showed no significantly changes in comparison to those of the control groups. Testosterone levels were naturally decreased with advancing years, so 72W-DW group's testosterone level was significantly decreased in comparison to those of 10W-DW group's. In contrast, 10W-SGT distillate group's testosterone level was the lowest and 72W-SGT distillate group's level was the highest in comparison to those of the control groups and those of deviation from 10W, 52W and 72W in SGT distillate groups was also smaller than control groups'. 7. The levels of glucose, total-bilirubin, ALT, AST, BUN, CRP, hs-CRP, homocystein, sodium(Na), potassium(K), Na/K ratio, chloride(Cl) and calcium(Ca) in serum of SGT distillate groups showed no significantly changes in comparison to those of the control groups. These results suggest that oral administration of Suhwagije-tang(SGT) distillate should be effective in promoting growth and preventing rapid decline of testosterone in aging rats does not cause any imbalance in liver, kidney and electrolyte.

      • 바이오 어레이칩을 위한 고 SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio)광학특성을 갖는 금속박막에 대한 연구

        Well plate based ELISA is one of the most widely used immunoassay techniques for the detection of a target protein. However, this method has some technical limitations such as poor signal sensitivity, poor detection limit, large sample consumption, low signal/noise ratio (SNR) and poor quality images. In this work, we fabricated a high sensitive pre-patterned micro array chip by using semiconductor process where chips have a functional group and metal patterns down to 10 μm on a glass substrate. Metal thin film was used to achieve the seperation of each samples and the low background signal from the chip. In order to improve the signal to noise ratio by adapting the metal thin films, it should maximize the reflection of the light source. . The properties of metal thin films were simulated and optimized. The evaluation on optimized metal thin films was performed to lower background signals by measuring the fluorescence scan signals and Raman scanning after treating them with fluorescence labeled proteins. Fluorescent scanning was performed to measure the SNR of various metal thin films, various functional surface and AFP (α-fetoprotein) immunoassayed samples. All of metal thin films have high SNR over 45 dB. And all of functional surfaces have clear image and high SNR over 35 dB. Higher SNR and better quality images were obtained on pre-patterned micro array chips. In AFP immunoassay experiment, the fluorescence of AFP and background easily distinguished at lower concentration with high SNR over 45 dB. And the calibration curve shows the low limit of detection (LOD) to 1 ng/mL. Furthermore, coefficient of determination (R : 0.9868) indicated good fitting to the model. A novel fabrication method was suggested to make bio chip which has high optical SNR for bio analysis.
