SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) is a equipment that acquire ground image scene using radar signal. After launch, it is only possible to check SAR Payload health status based on telemetry data transmitted to ground station. In the previous systems, only dedicated telemetries with corse resolution are transmitted because of insufficient memory size and link access time. In this paper, we propose novel algorithm of the SAR telemetry reduction based on trend analysis. We analyze acquired telemetry value trend and make a structure based on this information. Our algorithm makes over 50% data size reduction result based on SAR telemetry data in nominal operation of dawn-dusk low earth orbit. Reduction data has advantage to store size and data transmission time and ground station an restore and check whole acquired telemetry data.

In FTN systems, modulation symbols are transmitted at a rate that is higher than the Nyquist rate, and Two-dimensional FTN systems can achieve higher spectral efficiency by applying FTN schemes in both the time and frequency domains. Unfortunately, the required complexities are relatively high for both the transmitter and receiver. In this paper, we propose transceiver and symbol structures for a two-dimensional faster-than-Nyquist (FTN) transmission scheme. The proposed structures not only offer a virtually identical performance but also drastically reduce the required complexity compared to conventional two-dimensional FTN systems.
