Compositional dependence of the magnetic properties such as the saturation magnetization and the magnetic anisotropy energy were analysed using the three magnetic subnetwork mean field model and these results were compared to the radial distribution functions obtained from X-ray diffraction spectra and the hyperfine field distribution from Mossbauer spectroscopies. The ratio of the ferromagnetic Fe-subnetwork to the antiferromagnetic Fe-subnetwork and the spin value of Fe varied with the composition and all of Fe-subnetworks are coupled antiparallel to the Tb-subnetwork. Also, it was found that the hyperfine field at Fe nuclear is affected significantly by the conduction electron polarization due to the magnetic mean field near the center Fe atom as well as by the core electron polarization.

The typical hydraulic hoisting system of the rack-bar type sluice gate is composed of a hydraulic supply unit using an uni-directional pump, a direction control valve, a hydraulic motor, a counter balance valve, and flow control valves. Here, the hydrostatic transmission is applied to the hoisting system of rack-bar type sluice gate to simplify the operation of gate such that the upward and downward direction of gate is simply controlled by the direction of pump rotation. The new hydraulic hoisting system is composed of a bi-directional pump, a hydraulic motor, two counter balance valves, two check valves, two pilot-operated check valves, two relief valves and a shuttle valve. The characteristics of a suggested system are analyzed by computer simulations.

프로세서에 따라 수행 가능한 코드를 생성하는 retargetable 컴파일러와 성능 프로파일러는 어플리케이션에 최적화된 프로세서 디자인에 있어 필수적이다. 본 논문은 ADL (Architecture Description Language)에 기반한 architecture exploration 방법을 제시한다. 어플리케이션 프로그램에서 얻어낸 정보로부터 인스트럭션 합성과 프로세서 구조를 최적화 하였다. 어플리케이션에서 많이 사용되는 연산과 레지스터 사용에 대한 정보는 프로세서 최적화를 위해 사용되었다. 시스템의 효용성을 보이기 위해 JPEG 인코더에 대한 architecture exploration을 수행하였다. 제안된 방법을 사용해 설계된 ASIP은 초기 프로세서에 비해 약 1.97배의 성능을 가지는 것으로 측정되었다. Retargetable compiler which generates executable code for a target processor and performance profiler are required to design a processor optimized for a specific application. This paper presents an architecture exploration methodology based on ADL (Architecture Description Language). We synthesized instruction set and optimized processor structure using information extracted from application program. The information of operation sequences executed frequently and register usage are used for processor optimization. Architecture exploration has been performed for JPEG encoder to show the effectiveness of the system. The ASIP designed using the proposed method shows 1.97 times better performance.
Gd-Fe 및 Tb-Fe 합금 박막의 자기적 성질 및 그에 미치는 시효처리와 보호막의 영향

The magnetic properties and their degradation kinetics of thermally coevaporated Gd-Fe and Tb-Fe amorphous alloy films during aging under atmospheric pressure and vacuum were studied using the torque magnetometry and polar Kerr rotation hysteresisgraphy. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy existed in the range of 20-30 at%Gd and 15-35 at%Tb. The degradation of Ku during aging was increased with RE content and this was largely due to the rate and amount of the structureal relaxation and the oxidation with RE content. The activation energies for degradation was in the range of 0.61-1 eV and 0.47-0.91 eV for Gd-Fe and Tb-Fe respectively and the n values were increased and the activation energy were decreased with RE content. Al coated films have lower n values and higher activation energy than those of SiO coated films. Al was found to be more effective for protective coating than SiO at high temperature. Thickness of more than 500Å for SiO and 200Å for Al was found to be needed to protect the RE-TM alloy films from the oxidation.
