The purpose of this study is to closely examine relationship of the system re-use intention depending on CRS technology acceptance. Accordingly, questionnaire was widely distributed to 160 CRS users by convenient sampling targeting people in charge of task among employees for airlines and travel agencies, who are working-level staffs for CRS. Among these things, totally 142 valid materials were used in analysis. The analytical data processing was utilized SPSSWIN VER 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The findings can be summarized as follows. Influential variables in CRS technology acceptance had significant influence upon the perceived ease use, the perceived usability, and the re-use intention. Also, the significant positive(+) influence was revealed to be had upon the perceived usability by the perceived ease use and upon the re-use intention by the perceived usability and ease use.

In this study, the characteristics of soybeans with different cultivation methods depending on their origins and the properties of tofu made from these soybeans were studied. The isoflavone content was higher in the general Korean soybeans compared to the organic American soybeans. There were no significant differences among the Chinese soybean samples, so the cultivar method was considered to have a greater effect on the isoflavone contents rather than the cultivation method. The protein contents were higher in the tofu made from the general Chinese soybeans and the organic Korean soybeans. Furthermore, the tofu made from the organic Chinese soybeans contained the least amount of proteins. Isoflavone contents were not significantly different among the samples. Texture profile analyses consisting of hardness, cohesiveness, adhesiveness, springiness, and gumminess were all shown to be higher in the organic tofu than in general tofu, with the exception of adhesiveness. In sensory evaluation, color and texture were significantly different according to the samples, and the differences were found to be affected more by the origin of soybeans rather than the cultivation methods. According to this study, the physicochemical properties of the soybeans and tofu seemed to be influenced by the cultivation region rather than the methods.
초등영어 교과서 활동의 창의성 요소 분석 및교사와 학생의 인식 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze learning activities of elementary 3rd to 6th graders’ English textbooks using the creativity elements, to find out their connections and differences among the grade levels, and to investigate teachers’ and learners’ perceptions about creativity-related activities in the textbooks. Three kinds of English textbooks were selected and all activities presented to the 3rd to 6th graders were analyzed. In addition, 123 elementary school teachers and 601 students were surveyed. The results are as follows: (1) There are various creativity-related activities reflected in the textbooks regardless of grade levels and language skills. (2) Creativity-related activities in textbooks evolve qualitatively and quantitatively as the grade level increases, and the same creativity elements are designed in various ways according to each textbook. (3) Teachers’ perceptions of creativity education in elementary English education were mostly positive, and most of the students answered that creativity-related activities were interesting and necessary. The results suggest that there is a need to disseminate creativity education guidelines and materials related to textbook activities.
간장내 허혈 및 재관류시 약물대사 효소계의 지질 과산화에 관한 연구

This study was done to determine whether specific alterations exist in hepatic microsomal function after varying periods of ischemia (IS) and reperfusion (RP) during microsomal lipid peroxidation occurs. Rats were pretreated with α-tocopherol to inhibit lipid peroxidation or with vehicle (soybean oil). Control animals were time-matched sham-ischemic animals. Four groups of animals were studied: Group 1 (sham), group 2 (30 mins IS), group 3 (60 mins IS) and group 4 (90 mins IS). After 1, 5 or 24 hr of reperfusion, liver microsomes were isolated and cytochrome P-450s were studied. In all vehicle-treated ischemic rats, serum ALT levels peaked at 5 hr and were significantly reduced by α-tocopherol pretreatment. Similarly, microsomal lipid peroxidation was elevated in all vehicle-treated ischemic animal groups, but this elevation was prevented by α-tocopherol pretreatment. Cytochrome P-450 content was significantly decreased in both group 3 and group 4. In all vehicle-treated ischemic animal groups, aminopyrine N-demethylase activity was significantly decreased for the entire reperfusion period. α-Tocopherol inhibited reductions of cytochrome P-450 content and aminopyrine N-demethylase activity at both 1 hr and 5 hr of reperfusion but did not affect the reduced levels of cytochrome P-450 content and aminopyrine N-demethylase activity at 24 hr of reperfusion. Aniline p-hydroxylase activity was significantly decreased in group 4, whereas it was increased in group 3. These decreases and increases were prevented by α-tocopherol pretreatment. Our finding suggests that abnormalities in microsomal drug metabolizing function occur during hepatic ischemia and reperfusion in vivo and this is attributed to microsomal lipid peroxidation.

General pharmacological properties of l-muscone, the major component of musk, were investigated in mice, rats and guinea pig. The administration of l-muscone (1, 10, 100 mg/kg, p.o.) in mice had no effects in general behaviors, and no influences on analgesic actions and normal body temperature. Muscle relaxant action, intestinal propulsion and gastric secretion were not observed even at the high dose of 100 mg/kg. l-Muscone (l, 10, 100 mg/kg, p.o.) given to conscious rats showed no effect on mean blood pressure and heart rate. It showed no direct effect at 2.4 x 10^(-3) mg/ml and 2.4 x 10^(-2) mg/ml in isolated uterus of rats and ileum of guinea pig, and also had no inhibition of contraction induced by oxytocin and histamine.

In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NCL), effects of Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (CL) and NCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NCL and CL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^(-6) M) without regard to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxation of NCL and CL. NCL and CL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NCL and CL significantly decreased heart rate. NCL and CL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of LVDP and (-dp/ dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NCL and CL had no effects on parameters of action potential at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NCL and CL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between two preparations.
