Accessories mean the tools to decorate the body. The earrings among accessories decorates and makes the part of head look beautiful and better than anything else as being attached to both sides of the face. The earrings had also been used from the earlier era in Korea. Among them, Silla was very famous in metal arts because Gold and Silver had been produced a lot there. So the peculiar tradition that was inherited in good senses was firmly placed in silla. Therefore, Silla could manufacture the splendid and distinguished accessories that our traditional color was enlivened. Among them, the most famous ones were the golden crown and the earrings. Especially, the earrings are unearthed from the old tombs of the period of Three States in Kyungjoo. So it becomes the registered trademark of the old tombs of Silla. Then, first of all, it is examined the historical background and meanings of the earrings and after that, it is investigated the kinds, the structure, the material and the technical method of the earrings on the basis of the relics that still remain up to now.

Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha blockade has been well proved to significantly improve the disease course of rheumatoid arthritis. However, since TNF-alpha plays an important role in the immune system against external infectious organisms, it was reported that TNF-alpha blockade could increase the frequency of serious opportunistic infections such as tuberculosis. Fungal bursitis is a rare infectious disease following sever infections, malignancies and immune deficiencies. Moreover, there was no report on fungal bursitis occurring after administration of TNF-alpha blockade in Korea to date. Recently we experienced a 58-year-od female patient with rheumatoid arthritis who presented soft buttock mass after treatment with etanercept and was finally diagnosed as fungal bursitis by Candida parapsilosis.

독일 포르츠하임 조형대학의 주얼리를 중심으로한 산학협동모델에 관한 연구

이 연구의 목적은 한국의 주얼리 산업 발전과 체계적인 주얼리 교육을 위해 세계적인 금과 주얼리의 도시 포르츠하임을 모델로 삼아 산학협동이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 독일 현지 방문을 통해 알아보는 것이었다. 그것을 분석하는 관점은 교육분야, 연구개발분야, 정보교류분야이며, 이 세가지 분야에서 독일 포르츠하임 시 행정당국, 교육기관(‘시계 및 주얼리를 위한 직업학교’, ‘포르츠하임 조형대학’), 산업체 그리고 ‘주얼리 기술연구소’가 어떻게 서로 긴밀하게 협력하고 있는지를 분석해 보았다. 교육분야에서는 ‘시계와 주얼리를 위한 직업학교’에서 주얼리 관련 기초적인 기술자를 배출하고, 이들이 산업체에 들어가 활동하며, 이들이 보다 고급디자인과 기술에 대한 필요를 느낄 때 산업체는 이들을 조형대학에 보내서 재교육을 시키며, 조형대학은 이들을 교육시켜 주얼리 전문 디자이너 등 전문인력으로 양성한다. 산업체는 주얼리 교육의 일방적인 수혜자가 아니라 현장경험이 풍부한 이들을 대학에 파견하여 교육의 일정부분을 담당하며, 동시에 재정지원까지 한다. 모든 학교가 지자체에 의해 설립되기 때문에 이 교육분야에서 지자체, 대학, 산업체간의 긴밀한 산학협동이 이루어지는 것이다. 연구개발분야에서의 산학협동은 바로 그 산학협동의 결실인 ‘주얼리 기술연구소’를 중심으로 행해진다. 조형대학 부설연구소인 ‘주얼리 기술연구소는’ 지자체와 산업체의 재정지원을 통해 재정적으로 자립해서 독자적으로 주얼리관련 모든 생산공정, 신소재, 기술적인 문제해결 방안들을 연구한다. 연구소는 산업체의 의뢰에 응하여 해당 문제를 연구하여 해결해주며, 세미나, 워크샵 등을 통하여 산업체에 최신의 연구기술과 성과를 전수하기도 한다. 정보교류분야에서의 산학협동은 두 개의 축으로 이루어진다. 첫째는 대학과 부설연구소인 ‘주얼리 기술연구소’이며 둘째로는 보다 광범위한 차원에서 포르츠하임 시 행정당국이 지원하는 정보교류 측면이다. 이처럼 포르츠하임내에서의 긴밀한 산학협동은 바로 - 주얼리 관련 최고의 전문디자이너 및 마이스터를 배양하는 -대학의 교육과정에 다시금 반영되는 성격을 띠고 있다. 그래서 이 연구는 대학 커리큘럼을 조사해서 분석해 보았다. 독일 포르츠하임 조형대학과 한국 대학의 교과과정과 비교해 봤을 때 무엇보다 다른 점은 조형을 위한 예술창의성 교육에 엄청난 시간을 투자되고 있는 현실이다. 나아가서 실무적인 마케팅 능력을 제고하는 강좌를 개설하고 학교 자체의 교수진에 의한 수업이 풍부한 현장경험을 갖춘 산업체의 전문디자이너와 창의적 아이디어의 기술적 해결에 관한 노하우를 전수하는 주얼리연구소의 연구진들에 의해 보강됨으로써 학생들은 주얼리 산업이 필요로 하는 훌륭한 디자인과 마케팅 능력을 갖춘 전문인력으로 배양된다. The purpose of this study was to find out how industry and academy cooperate each other through the visit of Pforzheim best known for its gold and jewelry, and ultimately to develop the jewelry industry and improve its education systematically in Korea. Its analysis has been focused on the relationship and cooperation between the government of Phorzheim, its academies (‘Goldschmied-schule mit Uhrmacherschule’ and ‘Hochschule fur Gestaltung, Wirtschaft und Technik in Pforzheim Garant’), its industries and ‘Schmucktechnologisches Institut’ from three different aspects - education, research and development, and information exchange. Firstly, in the aspect of education, the vocational school ‘Goldschmiedschule mit Uhrmacherschule’ produces the technicians with the basic knowledge of jewelry to work in the industries. When they need to have better skills and more advanced knowledge about design, the technicians are reeducated at the college ‘Hochschule fur Gestaltung’ to become professional jewelry designers. The industries are also in charge of educating the amateur technicians by providing the college with experienced professionals and financial support. Since both academies are established by the local self-governing administration, the intimate cooperation is possible among the administration, academies and industries. Secondly, in the aspect of research and development, the cooperation takes place surrounding ‘Schmucktechnologisches Institut’, the outcome from the cooperation of industry and academy. ‘Schmucktechnologisches Institut’ is a financially independent research center attached to the college and conducts overall studies related to jewelry. It finds a solution to the various problems requested by the industries and delivers the up-to-date technologies to them through seminars and workshops. Lastly, in the aspect of information exchange, the cooperation is done with the two axes-the college and Schmucktechnologisches Institut, and the administration of Pforzheim. As stated, the intimate cooperation between the industries and academies is reflected to the curriculum of college in turn. In order to help understand this, the curriculum of universities ist analyzed in this study. Compared with the curriculum of Korean universities, the most distinguished feature of the college's curriculum is the fact that a tremendous amount of time has been invested in educating the artistic creativity of ‘Gestaltung’.
