직업교육훈련과 일반계고 직업교육 위탁과정에 대한 이론적 고찰

It has been almost 40 years since the Vocational Training Act was legislated and consigned vocational education system was set up in Korea. Most of the studies so far have only been conducted on surveys on satisfaction levels with vocational training curricula, status of managing vocational training courses, and career counseling for high school students under entrusted vocational education courses, ets. These days, however, the modem society requires vocational education with new paradigms to respond to rapid changes of modem times. And, we are faced with a time when we need vocational education responding rapidly to national policies which focus on building a society based on one s ability than scholarship, and changes in foreign environment. In this study, the notion of vocational education is redefined through the theoretical investigation into it, and problems and their improvement measures are proposed after analyzing the current situation of entrusted vocational education for general high schools.

The purposes of this study are to examine the actual operation of commissioned vocational education courses for students at general high schools and find implications for their improvement measures. The findings show that many students pursued a goal of getting a job through such courses rather than advancing to college unlike findings in previous studies, which seems like a desirable change to fit the operational purport of commissioned vocational education courses at general high schools. The study further examined important factors in the choice of commissioned vocational education courses including the time when they first learned about such courses, the time they decided to take such a course, the reasons behind their choice, the opportunities for their decision, provision of career education, and future career plans and found that some of its findings were different from those of previous studies. When I learned vocational education that first learned about vocational education courses in the 1st grade than those in the first and second semester of the 2nd grade. More students made the decision on their own rather than the recommendation of others. A higher percentage of students wanted to get a job through such courses than those who wished to advance to college unlike in the previous studies. These findings raise a need to adjust the time when information about commissioned vocational education courses is provided to the 1st grade.

Nitrogen removal from sanitary landfill leachate representing average COD of 3000㎎/ℓ and TKN of 1200㎎/ℓ intensively studied with SBR operated with 5d HRT(30d SRT) with 24hr cycle time at 20℃. Addition of phosphorus as nutrient was necessary, but pretreatments like ammonium stripping, and electrolysis did not improve the overall nitrogen removal since the elevated pH showed increased inhibition to nitrifiers. NO₂N accumulation was typical phenomenon throughout the operating periods and this inhibited the conversion to NO₂N. However, nitrogen removal efficiencies were varied with COD/TKN ratio; higher nitrogen removal with higher ratio and lower removal with lower ratio. COD/TKN$gt; 4.6 exhibited more than 93% nitrogen removal efficiencies. Addition of acetate as external carbon source could improve nitrogen removal efficiencies. Acetate requirements as COD were respectively 1.49㎎ COD/㎎ NO₂N, and 2.01㎎ COD/㎎ NO₄ N. The remained NO₂N in effluent increased COD, and a complete removal of NO₂N would reduce the COD concentrations in the effluent. Kinetic evaluation would suggest the denitrification from NO₂N could reduce the aeration and anoxic times to 30% and external carbon source to 26% in comparison to those from NO₃N.

Load test is performed to obtain the data to evaluate load carrying capacity and check static & dynamic characteristics of a structure by estimating the real behavior of bridge due to loading the load. The subject facility in this paper is a bridge located on the spiilway of dam and traffic is relatively less than most brige. Considering the age and operation rules of a dam, however, load test and structure programming analysis were performed to check current conditions for structure under in-depth inspection and the results of that analysis are shown.

Due to the highly integration on semiconductors, variability and soft-errors have become important issues for the embedded system design. Especially, in embedded control systems, which are safety-critical, any single error or incorrect output can cause a catastrophic consequence. In this paper, we analyze the effect of soft errors on the electronic stability control(ESC) system and design a soft-error resilient controller for ESC. First, we study the effect of the soft-errors in ESC and show that soft-errors can be critical to the stability of ESC system. Next, based on the analysis, we propose a new soft-error resilient controller for ESC based on a cross-layer approach. The compensation is performed in both embedded system layer and the application layer. In the embedded system layer, the soft-error can be checked and recovered using a error correction code(ECC) or roll-back. In the application layer, by measuring the output of the system and the model, the controller can compensate for the soft-errors. From the experimental results considering the cross-layer approach, we show that the proposed method works well.
