        표현예술상담 수업에 대한 무용전공자의 경험 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of the experience process of students majoring in dance who participated in an expressive arts counseling class, which integrally applied various art therapy genres and psychological counseling principles. From 2014 to 2018, students who agreed to participate in the expressive arts counseling class at D Women's University in Seoul were selected as study participants and 170 students were studied over 5 years. The study method were structured and open questionnaires used to examine ‘expectation of class’, ‘experience of class’, and ‘class evaluation’depending on the time and purpose of the study in the curriculum of each year. The resulting data were analyzed through expert meetings. The study participants were reviewed in order to verify the validity of the results of the main and sub topics which were analyzed for the purpose of exploring the meaning of the class experience of students majoring in dance. For results analyzed by research problem, first, the main contents of the expectation of the study participants before the class were analyzed as ‘teaching method’, ‘teaching content’ and ‘application after the class’. Second, as a result of analyzing the meaning of the experience process of expressive arts counseling class of students majoring in dance, those who are majoring in dance recognized ‘self-healing experience’ and ‘relationship growth experience’ through the expressive arts counseling class. This confirmed that they explored the meaning of the class experience process from a multifaceted point of view by seeking ways to‘build artistic knowledge’ and ‘use art therapy’ as dance majors. Third, the analysis of the structured questionnaire conducted for the class evaluation after the expressive arts counseling class showed that the satisfaction of the research participants was high for all items in the questionnaire. The responses of the class evaluation open-ended questionnaire were analyzed as ‘class structure’, ‘instructor’, ‘classroom environment’ and ‘opinion on application in required courses’. The purpose of this study is to introduce the meaning of the experience process through concrete examples by conducting art therapy related classes as required courses for university students majoring in dance. As a result, this study raised the necessity of art therapy related education in university dance major curricula, which reveals the implication of this study. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be useful information for examining the application methods of art therapy in university dance major curricula. 이 연구는 다양한 예술치료 장르와 심리상담의 원리를 통합적으로 적용한 표현예술상담 수업에 참여한 무용전공자의 경험과정의 의미를 탐색하는데 목적을 두고 2014년~2018년까지 서울시에 소재한 D 여자대학교에서 표현예술상담 수업을 수강하는 무용과 학생들 중에서 연구에 동의한 학생들을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 5년에 걸쳐 170명을 대상으로 연구 하였다. 조사방법은 매년 수업운영과정에서 조사 시기와 목적에 따라‘수업 기대감’, ‘수업 경험’과 ‘수업 평가’에 대해 알아보기 위해 구조화된 설문과 개방형 설문으로 조사하였고, 도출된 자료는 전문가 회의를 통해 분석하였다. 또한 무용전공자의 수업 경험과정의 의미탐색을 위해 분석된 대분류 및 중분류 주제별 결과의 타당성 검증을 위해 연구 참여자 검토를 실시하였다. 이에 따라 연구문제별로 분석된 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 연구 참여자의 수업 전 기대감에 대한 주요 내용은 ‘수업 방식’, ‘수업 내용’, ‘수업 후 활용’에 관한 내용으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 무용전공자의 표현예술상담 수업 경험과정의 의미에 대한 분석 결과, 무용전공자는 표현예술상담 수업을 통해 ‘자기치유 경험’과 ‘관계성장 경험’을 인식하였고, 무용전공자로서 ‘예술적 소양함양’과 ‘예술치료 활용 방안’을 모색함으로써 다각적인 관점에서 수업 경험과정의 의미를 탐색하였다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 표현예술상담 수업 후에 수업 평가를 위해 실시한 구조화된 설문 조사의 분석 결과, 수업 평가 설문의 모든 항목에 대해 연구 참여자의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 수업 평가 개방형 설문의 응답내용은 ‘수업 구조’, ‘교수자’, ‘수업 환경’, ‘전공수업 적용에 대한 의견’으로 분석되었다. 이 연구는 대학의 무용전공자를 대상으로 예술치료 관련 수업을 전공수업으로 시행하여 그 경험과정의 의미에 대해 구체적인 사례를 통해 소개함으로써 대학의 무용전공 교과과정에 예술치료 관련 교육의 필요성을 제기하였다는 점에서 시사점이 있다. 따라서 이 연구의 결과는 향후 대학 무용전공 교과과정에서 예술치료의 활용 방안을 탐색할 경우 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        청소년의 에너지드링크 섭취 및 관련 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting energy drinks consumption among adolescents in South Korea. Methods: The study is a secondary analysis. Using statistics from the 11th (2015) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, any variations among the subjects were presented as percentages and analyzed by x2 test and logistic regression analysis. The study sample comprised 68,043 middle and high school students in South Korea. Results: In Model 1 including general characteristics, the significant factors of energy drinks consumption were gender, weekly allowance, cohabitation with family. and economic status. In the final model where health-related characteristics were added, the significant factors were gender, school type, weekly allowance, cohabitation with family, stress level, sadness, drinking, smoking and walking days. Conclusion: The result suggests that intensified education on energy drinks consumption is needed not only at schools, but in the whole community. Also, adolescents’ awareness of potential health effects of energy drinks, in particular when mixed in alcoholic beverages, should be increased through health education.

        Risk Factors for Neonatal Infections in Full-term Babies in South Korea

        Purpose: Since 1997, private postnatal care facilities (San-hu-jo-ri-won in Korean) have emerged to take the role of the family. As a result, neonates are now exposed to many people and are very vulnerable to infection. However, there has been no study on the influence of postnatal care facilities on neonatal infection. The aim of this study was to determine the risk factors of neonatal infection in full- term babies in Korea. Materials and Methods: We followed up 556 pregnant women and their babies for 4 weeks after their births at 2 hospitals in Seoul and Daejeon from October 2004 to September 2005. Among 512 full-term babies, 58 had infectious diseases. To determine the risk factors for infection, 53 infected neonates at 4-28 days of life and 413 healthy neonates were compared. Results: The incidence of neonatal infection at 4 to 28 days after birth was 10.5%. After adjusting the related factors, the number of siblings (OR=2.05, 95% CI=1.13-3.71 for 1 or more) and postnatal care facilities or home aides (OR=1.91, 95% CI=1.07-3.45) were significant risk factors. Formula or mixed feeding (OR=1.66, 95% CI=0.91-3.04) increased the risk of neonatal infection but it was not statistically significant. Conclusion: When the newborns had siblings, stayed at postnatal care facilities, or were cared for by home aides, the risk of neonatal infections significantly increased. Further research on the feeding effect on neonatal infection and evaluation of prevention efforts are needed.
