      • 中小企業 構成員의 커뮤니케이션 行態에 관한 硏究

        This study is done to read the development of communicational structure and role attendant upon organizational changes and developments. And with the hypothesis that the communicational function and role are changing following the change in organization as subdivision, specialization and mechanization, we planned to know the change in rate of communicational satisfaction & job-satisfaction, members' feeling of loss & frustration and their countermeasures. The result, after we settled the subjects of study and hypothesis -three of each-, are as following; SUBJECT OF STUDY 1. What s the effect of satisfaction of the part on an official and unofficial communication? Hypothesis 1. It has a difference between the effect and satisfaction on an official and on unofficial communication. As we analyzed and classfied the inside communication stream of the object enterprise, there were 5 official and 6 non-official communication groups coexisting. SUBJECT OF STUDY 2. What s the organizers (members) reflection according ro the orgznization of specialization and subdivision? Hypothesis 2. The satisfaction of the communication would be lower according to the organization of specialization and subdivision. The level of communicational and functional satisfaction attendant upon systematic business' specialization and subdivision. That's to say, no decline in satisfactory rate upon specialization nor subdivision. SUBJECT OF STUDY 3. What does the reaction of the activities following-up the satisfaction according to the personal matters of the small groups? Hypothesis 3. It would have wide activation according to the personal matters of the small groups. Any member's tendence on self-privatization could not be verified statistically though they were presupposed to show a tendence to gain satisfaction in family or in activity in small-group as they couldn't get any in communication or job inside the system(because of the specialization & subdivision). Just, the correlation between the satisfaction due to the activity in small group and that due to the activity in organized group was certified; the more the (constituent) member is satisfied in his leisure time, the more he is in his job and communication. Finally what is to be added, there exist a limit on study to generalize this thesis' consequence since the number of members in object enterprises were fewer. However, this can give a significance to the society that bears more and more medium and small-sized enterprises.

      • 웹기반 철도지식정보 분류체계 수립 및 활용방안 연구

        IT 발달과 함께 웹을 기반으로 하는 지식정보의 공유기반이 조성되면서 철도지식정보 관리 및 활용의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 변화의 시대, 즉 지금의 지식정보화 사회에서 지식정보가 새로운 시대를 리드하는 핵심요소이다. 이에 따라 철도시대를 선도하고 발전시키기 위해서는 철도전문 지식정보 관리 및 활용이 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다. 철도는 거대한 시스템(system)의 육상교통 수단으로 다양한 종류의 시스템으로 거듭 발전되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 철도를 크게 세가지로 분류하면 운영, 차량, 시설로 구분할 수 있으며, 이에 따른 관련 기술 및 인적 자원의 다양성을 분류하고 활용할 수 있도록 웹을 기반으로하는 철도의 메카가 절실히 필요하다 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹과 웹 사이트를 기반으로 철도전문지식정보의 효과적인 공유 및 활용을 도모하고자 철도전문지식정보 분류체계를 연구 검토하여 학문적인 관점에서의 철도지식정보의 분류체계는 물론 인터넷에서의 이용자 중심의 새로운 분류체계를 제시하고자 표준화 된 코드화를 제시하였다. 또한 웹 사이트(www.newrail.kr)를 직접 제작하여 철도전문지식정보를 활용하고자 철도인의 인터넷 이용자 중심의 사이트를 기획, 제작, 운영한 결과를 바탕으로 보다 더 효율적이고 활성화되는 웹기반 철도정보의 메카가 되는 사이트가 되도록 하는 장기 비전 전략을 제시하고자 하였으며, 본 연구를 통해 웹을 기반으로 하는 철도산업의 발전에 기여하고자 하였다. Spurred by the development of the Information Technology, the importance of managing and taking advantage of railway-related information and knowledge is getting its momentum as the web environment is able to provide a suitable platform for sharing and collaboration. In the era of change, ie. in the information oriented society, the information & knowledge is the key that leads the newly emerging age. With this in mind, it is very essential how better we deal with and take advantage of railway-related information and knowledge, on the way leading forward for further development. Railway is a huge network system of a surface transport mode which, we notice with ease in reality, continues to move forward in a variety of forms. Whereas sectoral structure of a railway system can be forked into three in a large scale; operation, rolling stocks and facilities, a variety of relevant technical and human resources are with no doubt in need of a web-based pivotal platform where they actively interact and exchange for a synergy. In this thesis, optimized classification method on the railway-related information and knowledge for the efficient and sharable use has been studied and reviewed. Attentive efforts have been tried by the author to achieve the most efficient classification method from the standpoint of the internet users, and in view of the dissimilarities of the internet environment with scholarly classification background. The author has endeavored to get answer to whether the very idealistic web-based platform could be possibly created through more efficient and active way of approach for the best sharable use of railway-related information and knowledge among the colleagues in the railway industry. The author has designed, created and operated a web-site(www.newrail.kr) in person resulting is this thesis presented hereby. The author wishes this thesis to be a part of the progress of railway industry in this country.
