      • 폭설피해 경감을 위한 지붕형 조립식 파이프하우스의 개발

        This study aimed at the development and application of a gable-roofed prefabricated pipe-house which substituted the bending part that maximum moment occurs in case of heavy snowfall with the connector that second moment of an area of steel pipe doesn't decrease by bending process. The results of this research are as follows: 1. The maximum bending moment according to the roof shape showed that arch type pipe-house is bigger than gable type in consideration of the sectional slope of roof. Pipe section of bending part at the arch type pipe-house were shown an ellipse with oblateness of 0.076 on the average. Flexural rigidity of bending part decreased by average 6.3% than that of an original round shape section. 2. The deflection of gable type pipe-house by means of a model experiment showed a similar tendency to the result of structural analysis. However, the deflection of arch type pipe-house was bigger than that of structural analysis. In case of arch type pipe-house, we supposed that the decrease of flexural rigidity for the bending part of pipes have an effect on deflection according to loading. This effect should be considered in the structural analysis. 3. Bending resistance of gable type pipe-house used a prefabricated connector which developed in this study showed about 1.5~1.8 times stronger than that of the existing arch type or gable type processed bending. Therefore, we supposed that the gable-roofed prefabricated pipe-house used a connector is safer than arch type or bent gable type in case of heavy snowfall. 4. According to house scales and section properties of steel pipe in use, safe snow depths and rafter intervals were presented for design of gable-roofed prefabricated pipe-house. Their standards were established in the range of the durable models recommended by Rural Development Administration, and the comparative examinations were conducted by means of structural analysis. It was evaluated that the developed greenhouse model had a high applicability in the field.

      • Design of Miniaturized Metamaterial Antennas Integrated in a Small Confined Platform of a Cube for Massive MIMO Communication

        In this thesis, novel small antennas are proposed to be installed in the limited area platform for massive MIMO communication. As for the key and one step closer to the MIMO wireless link, we need a high density of antennas in a palm-sized geometry and novel metamaterial radiators are devised to cope with the 5th generation high data rate communication. Particularly, electric-field driven and surface-current driven metamaterials meeting the zeroth-order resonance condition are suggested to make it possible that eight radiators of either of the kinds above can be placed within half-wavelength by half-wavelength area to increase the throughput. The paper presents the design procedures and the way the antennas above are implemented using the full-wave simulation. For validating the proposed method, they are fabricated and their performances are tested experimentally. And it is discussed that the proposed antennas will possibly fit for the 3D platforms.

      • 크릴오일과 어유의 혈중 지질 개선 효과 비교를 위한 네트워크 메타분석 연구

        연구목적 크릴오일은 불포화지방산과 함께 인산기가 결합된 인지질을 함유하고 있다. 이런 구조적 특성으로 크릴오일은 어유에 포함된 트리글리세라이드 형태의 지질에 비해 인체에서 높은 생체이용률을 보인다. 어유 섭취의 중성지방을 포함한 혈중 지질 개선 효과를 검증한 연구들이 많이 보고 되었다. 그러나 크릴오일 섭취와 어유를 비교한 연구는 부족하므로 두 물질 중 어떤 보충이 혈중 지질 개선에 더 효과적인지 불분명하다. 크릴오일과 어유의 혈중 지질 개선 효과를 비교하기 위해 네트워크-메타분석을 시행하였다. 연구방법 Pubmed와 Embase에서 2000년 1월부터 2019년 6월 사이에 보고된 무작위 대조 임상 연구(RCTs)만을 검색하였다. 네트워크-메타분석에는 크릴오일과 어유의 혈중 지질(중성지방, LDL-콜레스테롤, HDL-콜레스테롤, 총 콜레스테롤) 개선 효과를 검증한 연구만 2단계로 선정하여 포함하였다. 포함된 연구들의 편향 위험성을 평가하였고 데이터를 추출하였다. 네트워크-메타분석에는 MetaXL 프로그램을 사용하였고 가중평균차이는 95% 신뢰구간으로 계산하였다. 포함된 연구들 중 어유 섭취량(<1g, 1-2.9g, ≥3g)에 따른 하위 그룹 분석도 수행하였다. 연구결과 최종 64개의 연구가 분석에 포함되었다. 크릴오일 섭취는 대조군에 비해 중성지방 수치를 유의적으로 낮추었다(WMD –23.26 [95% CI –38.84 to –7.69]). 그러나 크릴오일과 어유 섭취군 간의 중성지방(WMD –4.07 [95% CI –15.22 to 7.08]), LDL-콜레스테롤(WMD 3.01 [95% CI –5.49 to 11.51]), HDL-콜레스테롤(WMD 1.37 [95% CI –3.73 to 6.48]), 총 콜레스테롤(WMD 1.69 [95% CI –6.62 to 10.01])의 순차이에서 유의적 차이가 있지 않았다. 647.8mg의 크릴오일 섭취는 1-2.9g의 어유 섭취로 나타나는 중성지방 강하 효과와 유사한 효과가 있었다. 결론 크릴오일과 어유의 혈중 지질 개선 효과는 다르지 않았다. 다만 어유와 유사한 중성 지방 조절 효과를 나타내기 위한 크릴오일의 섭취량은 어유보다 적은 경향을 나타내었다. Context Krill oils contain unsaturated fatty acids and phospholipids. Due to these component properties, krill oils have a higher bioavailability than the triglyceride-type lipid contained in fish oils. Many studies have been conducted to verify the effects of fish oils consumption on blood lipids profile, including triglycerides. However there is a lack of researches comparing krill oils with fish oils. Therefore it is unclear which supplements of the two substances are more effective in improving blood lipids profile. Objective We conducted a network meta-analysis to compare the lipid-modifying effects of krill oils and fish oils. Data sources Pubmed and Embase were searched to identify randomized controlled trials published between January 2000 and June 2019. Study selection Studies that determined the effects of krill oils or fish oils on triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), or total cholesterol were selected using a two-stage process. Data extraction The risk of bias was assessed and data were extracted from the included studies. The network meta-analysis was conducted using the MetaXL program and weighted mean differences(WMDs) with 95% confidence intervals(CIs) were calculated. A subgroup analysis was conducted according to the amount of n-3 fatty acid(<1g, 1-2.9g, and ≥3g) consumed by the fish oils group. Results Sixty-four studies were finally included. Krill oils consumption was associated with significantly lower triglycerides than control supplement consumption(WMD –23.26 [95% CI –38.84 to –7.69]). However, the net differences in triglycerides(WMD –4.07 [95% CI –15.22 to 7.08]), LDL-C(WMD 3.01 [95% CI –5.49 to 11.51]), HDL-C(WMD 1.37 [95% CI –3.73 to 6.48]), total cholesterol(WMD 1.69 [95% CI –6.62 to 10.01]) were not significantly different between the krill and fish oils groups. Krill oils, containing a mean 647.8mg of n-3, tended to have a triglyceride-lowering effect similar to fish oils containing 1-2.9g of n-3. Conclusion The lipid-modifying effects of krill and fish oils do not differ. Krill oils, like fish oils, are an effective supplement for the control of triglycerides, but have those effects with a lower n-3 dose.       • 정적연소실에서 설계인자가 CH4-Air 혼합기의 가연한계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Natural gas is a promising alternative fuel to meet strict engine emission regulations in many countries. The development of natural gas engines requires low emissions along with the demand for better fuel consumption and increased power ratings. In this study, a cylindrical Constant Volume Combustion Chamber(CVCC) was used to investigate the combustion characteristics under different ambient pressure and equivalence ratio. The rate of combustion variation, maximum combustion pressure, heat release rate and mass fraction of burned gas was evaluated in particular by chamber type, initial pressure and equivalence ratio. It also show that variation of flammability limits according to existence of pre-chamber. This result could provide lean burn condition by analyzing combustion characteristics with initial condition.
