        처리 방법이 다른 표면이 임플랜트의 골유착 및 안정성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This experiment examined the effect of different surface treatment on the osseointegration and stability of implants. Material and methods: In this study, 40 each of machined, SLA and RBM implants, which are the most commonly used implants, were implanted into the tibia of 20 normal rabbits using $OsseoCare^{TM}$. The rabbits were sacrificed after 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks for implant stability analysis, removal torque analysis, histologic and histomorphometric analysis. Result : ISQ showed significant difference between Machined and RBM at first week and at 4 weeks. There was significant difference between Machined and both SLA and RBM(p<0.05) but after 8 weeks there were no significant difference between each group. In the removal torque, RBM showd significantly higher values than SLA and Machined surface at 1st week. At 4th and 12th week, there was significant difference between Machined and SLA, RBM(p<0.05). In the bone to implant contact variable, there was no significant difference between each surface treatment method. In the Machined surface group, there was no significant difference between each time interval. but in SLA group, there were significant differences between the 1st week and 12th week and in RBM group, there were significant differences between the 1st week and 8th, 12th week and between 4th and 12th week(p<0.05). The bone area showed significantly higher values in SLA and RBM compared to Machined surface 1st and 8th week and significantly higher values in SLA than Machined surface at the 4th week(p<0.05). Conclusion: The roughened surface of implants showed positive effect in the early stages of implantation and assisted in bone formation After the bone formation stage, there was no statistical difference between Machined and roughened surface groups. In dental implantation, where initial stability is critical to the success of implants, the use of roughened surface implants should assist in reducing the healing period after implantation.

        상용 기성품 기반 항공기 임무컴퓨터 구현에 관한 연구

        In the development of an avionics system, there is a trend of using commercial-off-the-shelf(COTS) equipments in order to reduce the development cost and time. In this paper, we present an implementation of an aircraft mission computer using the objected oriented software and the COTS equipments. We execute the aircraft guidance software on the system, and measure the calculation time and the used memory. To compare the guidance capability of the software program, we implement the same software logic on DS1104 system. The guidance software program executed on two different systems resulted in the almost identical simulation.

        광역 단위 노인일자리지원기관의 위상과 역할 탐색

        This study explores the status and roles of local support agency in ther context in the context of the complexity and fragmentation of the job delivery system for the elderly. For this purpose, in-depth interview was conducted targeting 20 workers from 10 implementing organizations in the region where the establishment of a job support agency for the elderly is being promoted, and an analysis was attempted using a general qualitative research method suitable for an exploratory approach. The main results are as follows : The roles of management, supervision, and support of local governments and regional headquarters were mixed, and this acted as a factor in which the responsibility of project execution became vague and transferred to the implementing agency. In this situation, it was confirmed that in order for local support agencies to avoid the problem of duplication of roles and to fill the gap in support, it is necessary to consult with the actors of the delivery system in advance. However, it was revealed that the reform of the integrated management system to minimize confusion in the coordination role gap was more necessary than to expand support. 본 연구는 노인일자리사업 전달체계의 복잡성, 분절성이 제기되는 상황에서 광역 단위 노인일자리지원기관의 위상과 역할 그리고 역할 수행을 위한 전제 조건은 무엇인지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 노인일자리지원기관 설립이 추진되고 있는 광역 단위 지역의 10개 수행기관 20명의 종사자를 대상으로 심층 면접을 수행하였고, 탐색적 접근에 적합한 일반적 질적연구방법을 활용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 연구결과, 기초자치단체와 지역본부의 관리·감독·지원 역할은 혼재되어 있었고, 이는 사업수행의 책임이 모호해지고 수행기관에 전가되는 요인으로 작동하였다. 이러한 상황에서 광역 단위 지원기관이 역할 중복 문제를 피하고, 지원 공백을 메우기 위해서는 지원기관의 위상과 역할에 대한 전달체계 주체들 간 합의가 선행될 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 그러나 한편으로는 지원 확대보다 사업 조정 역할 공백의 혼란을 최소화하기 위한 통합관리체계로의 개편이 더욱 필요하다는 점도 드러났다.

        정상 신생아에서 출생후 시간 경과에 따른 좌심실 기능의 변화

        목 적 : 본 연구는 고대 병원에서 제왕절개로 분만된 만삭 정상 신생아에서 심초음파기를 이용하여 출생 후 2, 24, 120시간에 동맥관의 크기에 따른 좌심실의 수축력 및 용적의 변화를 관찰하여 신생아 초기의 심기능의 변화에 대해 조사하였다.방 법 : 구조적인 심장의 정상 여부는 이면성 심초음파 검사에 의해 확인되었고 동맥관의 개존, 크기 및 단락 양상은 고위 흉골연 단축상에서 연속적으로 측정하였다. 또한 이완기말 및 수축기말 좌심실 용적은 이면성 심초음파상에서 심첨 2 방실상과 4 방실상의 표준화된 2차원상의 tracing방법을 이용하여 3-5 cycle동안 측정후 biplanar Simpson's rule방법에 의해 계산하였다. 결 과 : 동맥관을 통한 좌-우 단락 혈류가 많은 출생 초기에 좌심실 이완기말 용적은 출생 2시간때 최대로 증가하였다가 동맥관의 폐쇄와 더불어 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 동맥관의 직경(mm)과 좌심실 이완기말 용적 사이에 밀접한 선형 상관 관계가 존재하였다. 반면 좌심실 수축력 인자로서 측정된 mNSER은 모든 시간에서 일정하게 유지된 것을 볼 수 있었다. Purpose : This study was undertaken to investigate changes in cardiac performance in early neonatal life by observing the changes of left ventricular(LV) function and volume according to the size of ductus arteriosus. Methods : The study group consisted of 21 full-term Cesarean section neonates who were admitted to the nursery of Korea University Hospital. We serially investigated the patency and size of the ductus at 2, 24, 120 hours after birth by two-dimensional echocardiography. The standard two-dimensional tracings of LV volume were obtained under the guidance of apical two- and four-chamber views. LV end-diastolic and end-systolic volumes were calculated using a biplanar Simpson's method. Results : LV end-diastolic volume was highest(3.44■0.4mm) at 2 hours of age(P<0.01), being constant from 24 to 120 hours. LV contractility, indicated by the mean normalized systolic ejection rate, remained constant during the whole period of investigation. The size of the ductus arteriosus was maximal at 2 hours after birth, and decreased significantly at 24 hours of age (P<0.01). The size of ductus arteriosus demonstrated a close linear correlation with the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(y=0.17x+2.92, r=0.59 : P<0.01). Conclusion : Changes in LV end-diastolic volume soon after birth depend on changes in ductus arteriosus flow, which in turn is affected by ductal diameter. Upon patency of the ductus arteriosus, the newborn left ventricle operates at maximal performance with only a limited capacity to increase contractility.

        수치해 검증방법을 이용한 기호 연산 프로그램 성능 비교

        We propose a rigorous and practical methodology to evaluate the performance of symbolic manipulation program such as Mathematica, Maple, and Maxima. First, we demonstrate an inverse method to construct the benchmark problems of an initial value problems. The benchmark problems associated with the discrete version of the Chebyshev polynomials provide a rigorous and objective measure to evaluate the performance of symbolic manipulation programs. We compare three symbolic manipulation programs, which are Mathematica, Maple and Maxima, using this methodology. The computation time, the used memory and the perturbation terms are chosen for comparison parameters.
