初代總督 寺內, 二代총독 長谷川은 총독정치의 基本方向으로서 日本人을 朝鮮에 移植하고 朝鮮人을 滿洲로 몰아내는 遂出政策을 取하였으나 오히려 축출된 朝鮮人들의 抗日 투쟁이 극심하여지자 三代 總督 薺藤은 총독정치를 전환하여 이른바 文化政策을 표방하고 「朝鮮人을 朝鮮 땅에서 물마른 웅뎅이의 고기떼처럼 잦아서 죽게 하는 涸渴之魚政策을 使用」 하였다.

웹소설 유료화에 따른 플랫폼과 서사의변화 양상 연구

이 연구는 웹소설의 유료화와 플랫폼의 변화를 다룬다. 플랫폼 운영은 웹소설을 상품으로 전환하며 독자와 작가를 대하는 방식을 바꾼다. 더 나아가웹소설의 서사구조에도 변화를 가져온다. 따라서 상품화된 웹소설의 물리적 조건을 검토한 후, 서사과정의 변화라는 내적 조건의 특질을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 정기연재를 하면서 서사는 클리셰의 반복과 변주에 중점을 둔다. 그러므로 저작권과 예상표절에 대한 이해가 필요하고, 클리셰의 재활용에서 빚어지는 자극적인 설정과 윤리적 재현의 문제를 논의해야 한다. 이 연구의 의의는 현장 중심의 논의를 다룸으로써 앞으로 연구 가능한 주제들을 추출한 데 있다. 상품화된 소설의 장르적 변이 연구, 저작권 보호 연구, 표절 연구, 장르소설의 재소환 연구, 웹소설 서사의 윤리성 연구, 타 문화권과 대중문화의 영향관계 연구, 플랫폼의 전략 등이다. 한계점으로는 현장 중심의 논의여서 고찰하는 논문 문헌 부족, 연구자가 집중한 장르 편중, 특수성 있는 플랫폼의 연구 구체화 부족이다. 이는 후속 연구과제로 남긴다. This study deals with the commercialization of Web novels made possible by the monetization of the web novel platform. Platform management transforms Web novels into products and changes the way treating readers and writers. Furthermore, it changes the narrative structure of web novels. Therefore, after reviewing the physical conditions of commercialized novels, it is necessary to examine the characteristics of the internal conditions of change in narrative process. In the regular series, the narrative focuses on Cliche’s repetition and variation. Therefore, we need to understand copyright and anticipated plagiarism, and discuss the issues of ethical reproduction and the stimulating setbacks of Cliche’s recycling. The significance of this study is to extract topics that can be studied in the future by dealing with field - oriented discussions. The study of genre varieties of commercialized novels, copyright protection studies, plagiarism studies, research on genre novels, ethics research of web novels, cross-cultural studies on influences of popular culture and popular culture, and platform strategies. Limitations are the shortage of literature, the concentration of researcher focused on genre, and the lack of specificization of specific platform. This is left as a follow-up study.

This article reviewed "The Work of Web Novel Writers," which focuses on the platform, CP and paid serial systems. The author recognizes the web novel as a product designed, not a finished master piece, and is reviewing the creative environment. Therefore, Chapter 2 agreed with the premise that the web novel is a planned product, and looked at the possible points for further study. Chapter 3 analyzes the "labor" environment of web novel writers by reviewing the characteristics of readers and platforms. Chapter 4 reviewed the author's discussions on subsections, norms and codes of web novels. The author's view is mentioned in the introduction, he presented his sincere approach to mediaity, presenting his writing as a labor, and providing points where future web fiction research is possible. This article leaves a sense of significance in that it tried to faithfully follow the author's perception of the problem, and further analyzed and reinterpreted the author's discussions in chapters 3 and 4. In Chapter 2, references to the system in which replies are built that are used in the reader’s response were omitted. Also the readers' emotional reactions is not mentioned that reading web novels resulted from consumption and labor. Nevertheless, the fact that the author clearly explained the genre’s norms and left a lot of researchable points in the future can be considered an meaningful achievement. 이 글은 웹소설 연구의 방향을 웹이라는 매체성에 주목하여 플랫폼과 CP, 유료연재 시스템을 중심으로 다룬 『웹소설 작가의 일』을 검토하였다. 저자는 웹소설을 완성된 작품이 아닌, 기획된 상품으로 인식하고 있으며, 창작 환경을 검토하고 있다. 따라서 2장에서는 웹소설이 기획된 상품이라는 전제를 동의하며, 추후 연구 가능한 지점을 살펴 보았다. 3장에서는 웹소설 작가의 ‘노동’ 환경을 독자, 그리고 플랫폼의 특성을 검토하며 분석하였다. 4장에서는 웹소설의 하위 분야와 규범, 그리고 코드에 대한 저자의 논의를 검토하였다. 저자의 문제의식은 서론에서 언급한 것처럼 매체성에 대한 성실한 접근을 드러내며 노동으로서의 글쓰기를 제시한 것, 그리고 앞으로의 웹소설 연구가 가능한 지점들을 제공했다는 것이다. 이 글은 그 문제의식을 성실하게 따라가려 했고, 3장과 4장에서 저자의 논의를 추가적으로 분석, 재해석했다는 점에서 의의를 남긴다. 이 책이 아쉬운 점은 2장에서 지적한 것처럼 독자의 반응으로 활용되는 댓글이 구축되는 시스템에 대한 언급이 생략되었다는 점이었다. 또한 독자들의 감정적인 반응 역시 웹소설 읽기가 소비와 노동에서 비롯됨을 언급하지 않은 부분 역시 아쉬움으로 남았다. 그럼에도 장르 규범을 명쾌히 설명하고 추후 연구 가능한 지점을 풍성하게 남겼다는 점은 앞선 아쉬움을 잊게 할 만한 성과로 꼽을 수 있겠다.

기독교와 토착신앙의 충돌양상 연구: 김동리의 『을화』와 치누아 아체베의『모든 것이 산산이 부서지다』를 중심으로

이 글은 김동리의 『을화』와 치누아 아체베의 『모든 것이 산산이 부서지다』를 대상으로 한다. 두 작품은 모두 기독교와 토착 신앙이 충돌하는 모습을 보여 준다는 점에서 공통점이 있으나, 차이점 또한 확연하다. 을화 에서 기독교는 서구 제국주의와 동의어가 아니며, 기독교를 긍정적으로 받아들이기 때문이다. 그럼에도 토착 신앙과 가치체계를 고수하는 부모 세대와 기독교적 가치체계를 받아들인 아들 세대는 서로 충돌하게 된다. 그 결과 을화에서는 아들 영술이, 『모든 것이 산산이 부서지다』에서는 아버지 오콩코가 죽음을 맞이하게 된다. 영술의 죽음은 기독교가 토착 신앙화되고 가부장제 이데올로기에 결합하면서 일어난 것이었다. 오콩코의 죽음은 기독교로 대표되는 서구 제국주의 세계의 폭력 때문이었다. 그러나 두 작품의 결말에서, 기독교와 지배 이데올로기의 양 면성을 읽을 필요가 있다. 젊은 세대를 희생양으로 삼은 가부장제 이데올로기와 존중받아야 할 문화를 삭제하는 제국주의가 모두 폭력적으로 드러나기 때문이 다. 종교가 지배 이데올로기와 결합하면서 빚어진 죽음을 그려낸다는 점에서 두 작품을 재독해야 할 것이다. 이러한 작업을 기반으로 종교 간의 갈등이 문학작 품에서 그려지는 조건과 인물형을 유형화할 수 있을 것이다. There are similar aspects of conflict between religions such as Christianity and indigenous faith in Dong-ri Kim’s Eulhwa and Chinua Achebe’s Things Fall Apart. In Things Fall Apart, Christianity is a metaphor for imperialism, on the other hand, it is analogous to Western culture, not the same as imperialism in Eulhwa. This is due to the peculiarities that have arisen in the process of Christian propagation. The generation of the parents, who adhere to the indigenous faith and value system and the generation of the son who accepts the Christian value system, collide with each other. In order to fully comprehend the conclusion of both works and the subsequent deaths of Youngsul and Okongwo, it is necessary to read both sides of the dominant ideology. It is because both the patriarchal ideology that regards the young generation as a victim and the imperialism that erases the culture to be respected are violently exposed. The two works must be re-read in that religion draws the death that is made by combining with the dominant ideology.

웹툰 연구의 현황과 전망-인문사회영역을 중심으로

이 글은 지금까지 진행된 웹툰 연구의 방향 및 특징을 살펴보고, 인문사회연구자가 접근 가능한 연구지점을 찾아보는 데 목적이 있다. 웹툰은 플랫폼뿐 아니라 내용면에서도 다채로운 변화를 겪었고, 이에 따라 성과를 조망하는 연구도 다양해졌다. 이에 기존 연구의 갈래를 점검하고, 소재와 재현 중심의 연구를 넘어 인문사회적 시선을 더하려 하였다. 2장에서는 기존 연구 동향을 정리하였다. 교육, 웹툰독자(소비자), 외국 웹툰과의 비교, 장르 간의 연관성, 주제 및 소재 연구, 연출 기법 및 작법, 웹툰 시장의 특수성, 웹툰의 저작권과 판매를 둘러싼 법적 규제, 연구사 등으로 나누어지는 연구동향에서 주목할 것은 다변화되고 전문화된 연구. 세밀한 연구이다. 3장에서는 해당 분야 중 장르 간 연관성 연구, 주제 및 소재 연구 등을 좀 더 살펴보면서 주목할 연구 몇 가지를 소개하였으며, 웹툰 연구가 소재와 작가 중심으로 치중되어 있고, 특정 작품만 지속적으로 연구되고 있다는 한계점을 다루었다. 제언으로 다양한 작가와 작품을 발굴할 것, 웹툰독법과 독자들의 독서욕망을 연계할 것을 언급하였다. 결론에서는 이 연구의 의의와 한계점을 언급하였다. 기존의 연구 유형을 느슨하게나마 정리하였다는 점, 새로운 연구 가능한 접근법을 찾아보았다는 점은 의의이나, 대상으로 한 연구대상에 대한 효율적인 접근이 어려웠다는 점, 재매개적인 관점을 극복하기 어려웠다는 점을 한계로 꼽았다. 해당 논의의 부족한 점은 추후 연구에서 보충하고자 한다.

마약류 사범의 동향 및 통제 전략에 관한 고찰

This study examines recent trends in drugs, which can be considered one of the world's most important problems. And it was analyzed through the World Drug Report reported by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in 2019, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office drug white paper, and the drug related judgment. According to the global trend of drug addicts, about 5.5% of the world's population uses drugs. We also looked at the trends of drugs that are illegally manufactured through legal purchases. In Korea, we examined distribution trends of heroin, cocaine, amphetamines (ATS), and Cannabis. Through the global trends and domestic trends of drug offenders, the real condition of Korea drug offenses was examined. As a result, the number of drug offenders has been decreasing recently, but the increase in recidivism rate and the trial result have been a trend of light punishment. Based on these trends and conditions, the control strategy is presented as follows. First, it proposed strengthening the treatment order system, second, introducing foreign drug treatment courts and treatment /checkup systems, third, expanding the surrender program for drug users. Through this control strategy, drug offenders will be reduced and recidivism will be reduced, and social costs will be reduced. 이 연구는 세계적으로 중요한 문제 중 하나로 꼽을 수 있는 최근 마약류의 동향을 고찰하였다. 이에 2019년 UNODC(United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, UNODC))에서 보고되는 세계 마약 보고서(World Drug Report), 대검찰청 마약류 범죄백서, 마약류 관련 판결문 등을 통해 분석하였다. 마약류 사범의 세계적 동향으로는 전 세계 인구의 5.5% 가량이 마약류를 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 합법적인 구매를 통해 불법적으로 제조되는 약물의 동향까지도 살펴보았다. 국내의 동향으로는 헤로인, 코카인, 암페타민류(ATS), 대마 등의 유통 동향을 살펴보았다. 마약류 사범의 세계적 동향과 국내의 동향을 통해 국내 마약류 범죄의 실태를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 마약류 사범은 최근 감소하는 추세로 나타났지만, 재범률의 증가와 재판결과는 경한 처벌의 추세로 나타났다. 이러한 동향과 실태를 통해 통제 전략을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 치료명령제도의 강화, 둘째, 외국의 마약류 치료 법원 및 치료·검사 제도 도입, 셋째, 마약류 사용자의 자수 프로그램 확대를 제시하였다. 이러한 통제전략을 통해 마약류 사범의 감소 및 재범률 감소가 될 것이며, 사회적 비용까지도 감소될 것으로 판단하였다.

독서지형도의 형성과 청각공동체의 구성 - <책읽아웃>을 중심으로

This study targeted <Book Reading Out>, a program by channel YES, run by a large Internet bookstore “YES24.” With the development of digital media, adult readers no longer seem as interested in liberal arts essential books used unilaterally in middle-school, high-school, and university classrooms. Those who freely choose various book-related programs in the form of services are now referred to as subscribers. This study reviewed the reading topography of the subscribers of <Book Reading Out> and the characteristics of the auditory community they form. Chapter 2 examines the process of replacing the authority of existing educational institutions by the host of the book program. Most of the hosts are book-related experts with published books to their name; however, instead of advocating their authority, they introduce their favorite books those they consider compelling and create an aura around intimacy by unraveling the author and the host’s own life experiences. Chapters 3 and 4 revealed that <Book Reading Out> appeals to learning-oriented female readers and is building a community that inculcates empathy-knowledge and self-development-care. The hosts mentioned that although they knew a new world and induced others to recognize the subscibers as members of the community, heterogeneity could weaken in that they repeated empathy, the hosts took a conservative and elite-centered approach to self-development and care, simplifying the level of women’s labor. The limitations are the fact that the positivity of the discussion has not been supplemented by statistics and that related activities have not been reviewed further; however, this will be supplemented with follow-up studies 이 연구는 대형 인터넷 서점 YES24에서 운영하는 채널YES의 오디오 북클립 프로그램 <책읽아웃>을 연구 대상으로 삼았다. 디지털미디어의 발전에 따라 성인독자들은 중고등학교 교실이나 대학 강의실에서 일방적으로 주어지는 교양필수도서를 더이상 만나지 않는다. 다양한 도서 관련 프로그램을 서비스 형태로 자유롭게 선택하는이들은 이제 구독자라는 명칭을 얻었다. 이 글은 <책읽아웃>의 구독자들이 어떤 독서지형도를 그리며, 그들이 형성하는 청각공동체의 특징이 무엇인가를 검토하였다. 2장에서는 도서 프로그램의 진행자가 기존 교육기관의 권위를 대체하는 과정을 살펴보았다. 진행자들은 대부분 책을 출판한 도서관련 전문가들이지만 그 권위를 내세우는 대신, 자신들이 좋아하는 책이나 관심을 기울이게 된 책들을 소개하고 저자와진행자 자신의 삶의 경험을 이야기로 풀어내면서 친밀감을 중심으로 아우라를 형성하였다. 3장과 4장에서는 <책읽아웃>이 일하는, 학습지향적인 여성독자들에게 어필하며공감-앎의 공동체이자 자기계발-돌봄의 공동체를 구축하고 있음을 밝혔다. 새로운세계를 알고 타인을 공동체의 일원으로 인식하게 유도했으나 공감을 반복한다는 점에서 이질성이 약화될 수 있음을, 자기계발과 돌봄을 다루면서 다분히 보수적이고 엘리트 중심으로 접근하여 여성노동의 층위가 단순해졌음을 언급했다. 논의의 실증성이 통계로 보완되지 못했던 점, 관련 활동을 좀 더 검토하지 못한 점을 한계로 꼽으며이를 후속 연구로 보완코자 한다.
