今年是韓中建交20周年,20年間两国在政治、经济、文化交流等领域得到了迅速的發展,其中人員交流尤其留學生交流方面也取得了顯著的成就。本文旨在拙文<韓中留學生教育的交流現狀分析>(≪中國人文科學≫,2012年8月,第51輯)中所分析的自2001年至2010年10年間韓中教育交流的現狀的基礎上,加以闡述韓中留學生教育的问题及其發展战略。韓中留學生教育雖然有增進两国人民的理解等正面效果,但在韓語和漢語的教育、學術交流、學生管理以及不穩定的出路等方面仍存在着不足之處。在韓國留學的中國留學生在2009年達到高峰,在中國留學的韓國留學生在2007年達到高峰,在此时间之後,两国留学生增加率有着明顯的下跌趋势。中国留学生對奖学金、學生宿舍及其飲食、昂貴的學費和物价、麻煩的簽證手續和入境手續感到非常不便;而韓國留學生则對奖学金、專業漢語教師的缺乏、不便的學生宿舍、留學生服务、官僚主義的學生管理等方面感到極大的不便。韓中两国为了使双方能够成為具有魅力的留學之地,需要在堅持解決上述諸问题的同时,樹立完善的留學生教育政策,并努力推动这一政策的落实。韓國為了加強從中國“引進留學”,需要進行引進优秀的中国学生、將集中在首尔的奖学金在全國範圍内进行均衡分配、建立系統的留學生管理體系、提供就業机会、在学生餐厅开设中餐服务等方面的努力。中国则需要在扩大奖学金范围、語言研修之外重视學位課程、培養專業漢語教師等方面加大努力。通過以上问题的解決,希望两国留学生教育能够得到健康的發展。

Black raspberry extract (BRE) has been widely used for treating prostate and urinary diseases and hyperlipidemia in Asia due to its significant lipid-lowering effects. The aim of this investigation was to evaluate the antihypercholesterolemia activity of BRE and the potential molecular mechanisms responsible for its antihypercholesterolemia activity by regulation of proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) expression in the human liver cell line HepG2. Reporter-based functional assay was used to identify herbal extracts that suppress PCSK9 expression in the HepG2 cells. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, Western blot analysis, and immunofluorescence staining were used to evaluate whether BRE modulates low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) expression by repressing the hepatic expression of PCSK9. The LDLR activity of the HepG2 cells was determined using an LDL uptake assay. Our finding revealed that BRE modulates LDLR expression by suppressing the hepatic expression of PCSK9. We found that the combination of simvastatin and BRE caused the synergic induction of LDLR expression and LDL-C uptake, whereas simvastatin alone increased the expression of PCSK9 in the HepG2 cells. These results clearly demonstrated that the BRE from black raspberry suppressed simvastatin-induced PCSK9 expression and improved LDL-C uptake by hepatocytes through the induction of LDLR expression. These results suggest that the suppression of PCSK9 expression by BRE may potentiate the hypolipidemic effect of statins.
3D Printing of Shear-thinning Hydrogels

Various 3D printing materials have been applied to bioprinting processes for development of functional tissues and tissue regeneration. In particular, hydrogels that can recapitulate features of extracellular matrix have been widely exploited as 3D printing inks. However, 3D printing of hydrogels has been challenging since stiff hydrogels that are not desirable for cell cultures are required for nice printing fidelity. To overcome this issue, hydrogels formed via guest-host interactions and jammed microgels that exhibit shear-thinning properties were developed and used for bioprinting researches. The hydrogels formed via guest-host interactions were used for fabrication of 3D microchannels within protease-degradable hydrogels and endothelial cells were cultured within the microchannels to mimic 3D blood vessels. Additionally, jammed microgels were developed for 3D printable inks and used for study of endothelial cell migration.
