        항정신병약물 치료 후 인지기능 변화 차이 연구 : 장기 지속형 주사제와경구제 비교의 예비 연구

        Objectives : This study investigated whether long-acting injectable (LAI) paliperidone is different from its oral form in terms of the effect on cognitive function in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of patients in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital who were diagnosed as having schizophrenia and/or other psychotic disorders based on DSM-5 from 2016 to 2017. Seven patients were treated with oral paliperidone and 11 were treated with paliperidone palmitate. All patients underwent clinical and neuropsychological assessment, including the Korean version of the MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery (MCCB) at their first visit or within one month of their initial treatment. MCCB was repeated within three to 12 months after the initial assessment. Results : There was no significant difference between the two groups in most cognitive domains including speed of processing, attention and vigilance, working memory, verbal learning, visual learning and reasoning and problem solving domain. However, patients treated with paliperidone palmitate showed better improvement in social cognition domain than those taking oral paliperidone. The standardized values of social cognition domain scores had significantly improved over time in patients under paliperidone palmitate, demonstrating a significant time-by-group interaction. Conclusion : Our results show that long-acting injectable paliperidone could be helpful in some aspects of improving cognitive function in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Further studies with other antipsychotics are necessary to generalize the results.

      • 위암에서 P16 및 hMLH1 유전자의 메틸화

        목적: 위암조직에서 P16과 hMLH1 유전자의 메틸화상태를 검사하여 위암의 발생과정에서의 작용과 유전자의 발현에 미치는 영향과 Helicobacter paylori균 감염여부 및 임상병리학적인자와의 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 위암 신선 동결 절편조직 100예를 대상으로 유전자의 단백질 발현상태는 면역조직화학 염색을 시행하여 확인하였고. 메틸화 상태는 methylation-specific PCR(MSP)과 염기서열분석을 시행하였다. 결과: P16유전자의 메틸화는 19예(19%)에서 관찰되었고 이 중 18예(94.7%)에서 P16유전자의 단백질 발현 소실이 있어, P16 유전자의 단백질 발현 소실이 P16유전자의 메틸화와 연관이 있음을 알 수 있었다(kappa 계수=0.317, P=.0011). hMLH1 유전자의 메틸화는 27예(27%)에서 관찰되었고, 이 중 24예(8.8%)에서 hMLH1 단백의 소실이 hMLH1유전자의 메틸화와 연관이 있음을 보여주었다(kappa계수=0.675, p<0.0001). hMLH1 유전자의 메틸화는 나이, 암종의 크기, Lauren 분류와 연관성이 있었다. P16 유전자와 hMLH1 유전자 메틸화 모두 Helicobacter paylori균 감염여부와는 연관성이 없었다. 결론: 위암에서 P16 및 hMLH1 유전자의 불활성화에는 DNA 메틸화가 작용을 함을 알 수 있었고, hMLH1유전자의 메틸화는 나이, 암종의 크기, Lauren 분류와 연관이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Purpose: We investigated the impacts of the methylation states of the P16 and the hMLH1 genes on pathogenesis and genetic expression of stomach cancer and their relationships with Helicobater pylori infection, and with other clinico-pathologic factors. Material and Methods: In our study, to detect protein expression and methylation status of the P16 and the hMLH1 genes in 100 advanced gastric adenocarcinomas, used immunohistochemical staining and methylation-specific PCR (MSP) and direct automatic genetic sequencing analysis. Results: Methylation of the P16 gene was observed in 19 out of 100 cases (19%) and in the 18 of those cases (94.7%) loss of protein expression was seen. We were sble to show that loss of P16 gene expression was related to methylation of the P16 gene (kappa coefficient=0.317, p=0.0011). Methylation of the hMLH1 gene was observed in 27 cases (27%), and in 24 cases of those 27 cases (88.8%), loss of protein expression was seen, which suggested that loss of protein expression in the hMLH1 gene is related to methylation of hMLH1 gene (kappa coefficient=0.675, P<0.0001). Also methylation of the hMLH1 gene was related to age, size of the mass, and lauren's classification. Conclusion: We found that methylation of DNA plays an important role in inactivation of the P16 and the hMLH1 genes. The methylation of the hMLH1 genes is significantly related to age, size of the mass, and lauren's classification.

        극지환경성능시험설비를 활용한 저온환경 시스템 구축

        This paper was conducted to study the conditions for the manufacture and operation of artificial snow removal and ice-making test facilities so that the test equipment can be tested in a low-temperature environment using the polar environment performance test facility. The polar environment performance test Facility is designed to artificially simulate extreme environments up to -65 ℃, and is a mid-to-large low-temperature environment test facility that can perform performance tests on offshore plant equipment, ships, leisure, and offshore structures. To verify the safety of deck work of ships operating in polar environments, artificial snow removal and artificial ice making devices were manufactured, and we conducted research on various operating environments using these facilities. For the efficient operation of artificial snow and ice making facilities, it is important to continuously supply dry air, and it has been found that installing an additional heater at the tip of the nozzle is effective in preventing freezing.

        가상악기의 음색 분석 연구 - 바이올린, 얼후, 해금을 중심으로 -

        In this paper, we proactively looked at the structure and characteristics of each instrument in order to compare and analyze the sound colors of the western violin, chinese erhu and korean haegeum, which are representative bow string instruments. Also, many performers have simply been unable to fully explain how the violin is rich in pitch and the haegeum has a unique tone. Also, many performers thinks that violin sounds rich just because it has many overtones and have been unable to fully explain how haegeum makes unique tone. While previous research data show that most instruments are studied and published by analyzing their own frequencies or related cases of acoustic studies, this study provides a visual look how the harmonics composition, which determines musical instruments' timbres, consists of and suggests data specifically by analyzing each sound pressure of integer multiple overtones so that the structure of instruments' unique timbre can be understood. Based on this, we hope that it will be of considerable help to the development of virtual musical instruments of korean traditional instruments, which are relatively small compared to western virtual instruments, by reproducing instrument sounds through the synthesizers in the future.

        해금 원산의 소재에 따른 음색 변화 분석

        In this paper, we first looked at the structures and characteristics of the musical instrument to study the tone of haegeum, which is the only Korean musical instrument made using all the eight ingredients that make gugak instruments, and which is now the most frequently used in fusion gugak or pop music production sites. In addition, for the comparison of the various tones of the haegeum, under the same conditions, we analized how the haegeum's tone changes according to the types of Wonsan, which works as the bridge of the haegeum. Four Wonsan made of Park, Rosewood, Maple and Black Dan were used in the experiment, and low, medium, and high notes were recorded to compare the inner and outter open strings and the sound ranges. By doing so, we looked at the composition of frequency characteristics and the distribution and analyzed the timbres according to the types of Wonsan. Based on this study, it is expected to help the performers in the field choose the proper Wonsan according to each harmony part, rather than just to their tastes when performing Gugak orchestral music or haegeum ensemble. We also look forward to playing haegeum and using the timbres in various combinations of Wonsan that suit the genres at the pop music industry.

        Retinex를 이용한 빛의 변화에 안정적인 모션추적 콘텐츠연구

        본 논문에서는 Retinex를 이용하여 객체의 추적을 할 때, 빛의 변화에 안정적으로 대응할 수 있게 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 인터렉션 시스템들은 한정된 공간 안에서 빛의 변화가 없는 상태를 구성을 하여 콘텐츠의 작동이 이루어졌기 때문에 빛의 변화에 대한 대응을 하지 않았다. 하지만 빛의 변화가 있는 실내에서 이러한 인터렉션 콘텐츠들이 작동할 경우 시간에 대한 빛의 투입량이 바뀌게 된다. 빛의 변화에 민감한 카메라를 통해 객체를 추적할 경우 약간의 빛으로 시스템이 오작동 하는 경우가 있으므로 빛의 변화는 시스템의 작동에 많은 영향을 미치는 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 빛의 변화를 안정적이고 일정한 처리를 위해 Retinex 알고리즘을 이용한다. This paper depict the system which reacts staly towards light changes, when object is detected using retinex. Previous interaction system does not react to transient light conditions. Since non-lighting condition was constructed in the limited space. However, if interaction contents work in the inside where the light changes, the light input is changed as the time goes by when the system detect objects with super sensitive camera few lighting transients makes system trouble. Thus, lighting is one of the most significant factors of the system.
