        시호계지탕가미방(柴胡桂枝湯加味方) 투여로 호전된 아토피 피부염 환자 증례

        Object : In this study, the effect of herb medication, aromarherapy and acupuncture treatment against atopic dermatitis was investigated. Method : We treated him with herb medication, aromatherapy and acupuncture treatment during 28days. Atopic dermatitis grade ane the effect of medication was determined using Kunz type and SCORAD index. Atopic dermatitis lesion was checked by taking pictures. Result : The SCORAD index was lowered 39 at discharge than before of which the SCORAD index was 74.2. at admission. The patient's symptoms are getting reduced. Conclusion : On the basis of this study, herb medication, aromatherapy and acupuncture treatment were shown to treat atopic dermatitis effectively by decreasing oozing, itching, crust.

        $Pb(Zr_{0.56}Ti_{0.44})O_3$ 강유전체 음극의 전극 모형에 따른 전자 방출 특성

        Electric-field-induced electron emission from the three kinds of $Pb(Zr_{0.56}Ti_{0.44})O_3$ ferroelectric cathodes with different electrode structure has been investigated. Regardless of the electrode structures, a threshold field of the each cathode was 2.5-2.6kV/mm, which is 3 times higher than the coercive field of $Pb(Zr_{0.56}Ti_{0.44})O_3$ material. Although the waveform of the electron currents was affected by the structure of the electrode, no significant difference for the emission properties such as the peak current and the pulse width was observed from the three kinds of the cathodes. However, the current density of the cathode was dependent on the electrode structure. From the simulation of electric field distribution, the surface flashover, and the injury region of the cathode surface, it was proved that the prime electrons were initiated at the electrode-ceramic-vacuum triple point by field emission and the emission currents were strongly enhanced by the surface plasma.

        韓國古代氣候硏究의 動向과 課題

        In ancient Korean history, climate issue was not considered as an important research topic. This tendency originates from the shortage of historical documents, barriers to entry against scientific studies and the overall academic attitudes of researchers based on a lack of interest in ecological environments and precautions about climatic determinism. For the advancement of future studies, this paper reviewed methodologies and viewpoints of former climate studies. Subsequently, this paper outlines the outcomes and limitations of the aforementioned former studies. Former studies were dichotomized into two groups, reconstruction of past climates and effect analysis of climates on human society. The former depended on quantitative resolution of SamgukSagi, cross reference of the reconstructions of China’s and Japan’s climates, and the procurement of scientific data. To ensure the validity of the discussion, obtaining of scientific data based on Korea peninsula is essential. The latter was divided into two subdivisions, climatic environment by long-term chance and single event’s effect on human society. In general, those studies posed analysis on climatic determinism which emphasizes the impact of climate. Going forward, studies should be conducted with a consideration of the content and operation of a social safety net as an adaptation of ancient society against climate change. To understand the mutual relationship between the climate and human society through a historical perspective, interdisciplinary studies should be executed in conjunction with the natural sciences, humanities and social sciences. Thus far, only a handful of researchers in Korea have specialized knowledge of the climatic environment and natural sciences. An effort must be made to have an interdisciplinarity that includes new research methodologies and viewpoints as a foundation to advance the understanding of ancient Korean history. 한국고대사에서 기후는 진지한 연구대상으로 고려되지 않았다. 이는 문헌 자료의 결여, 자연과학 자료에의 진입장벽, 생태환경에 관심이 결여된 학계 풍토와 기후결정론에 대한 경계 등 연구자의 학문적태도에서 기인했다. 본 논문에서는 그동안 한국고대사에서 기후 연구가 어떤 방법과 관점에서 다루어졌는지 검토했다. 그로부터 기존연구가 얻은 성과와 한계를 제시했다. 기존 연구는 과거 기후의 재구성과, 기후가 인간사회에 준 영향으로 양분된다. 전자는『삼국사기』의 계량적 분석, 중국과 일본의 기후재구성 참고, 자연과학 자료의 확보에 의존했다. 논의를 구체화하려면 한반도 기반의 자연과학 자료 확보가 절실하다. 후자는 장기간에걸쳐 조성된 기후환경과, 단발적으로 발생한 이상기후가 인간사회에미친 영향으로 나뉜다. 대체로 기후의 영향을 강조하는 기후결정론적 해석에 얽혀있다. 기후변화에 대한 고대사회의 대응으로서‘사회적 안전망’의 내용과 작동 여부가 검토되어야 한다. 인간사회와 기후환경의 상호관계 이해를 위해, 차후 자연과학 분야와 인문·사회과학 분야의 학제간 연구가 수행되어야 한다. 그동안 한국사 분야에서 기후환경에 전문 지식을 가진 연구자는 거의 없었다. 새로운 연구방법론과 관점이 교집하는 학제간 연구를 발판 삼아 한국고대사 이해의 진전에 힘써야 한다.

        수리모형을 이용한 요격확률 및 비용 기반의 다층 방어 요격미사일 운용방법 연구

        It is important to operate a limited number of interceptors effectively to counter ballistic missile threats. The existing interceptor operating method determines the number of interceptors according to the level of TBM (Theater Ballistic Missile) engagement effectiveness applied to a defended asset. It can cause either excessive interceptor waste compared to the intercept probability or the intercept probability decrease. Thus, interceptor operating method must be decided considering the number of ballistic missiles, intercept probability and cost. This study proposes a mathematical model to improve the existing interceptor operating method. In addition, the efficiency indicator is proposed for trade-off between intercept probability and cost. As a result of the simulations, the mathematical model-based interceptor operating method can achieve better results than the existing interceptor operating method. 탄도미사일 위협에 대응하기 위해 제한된 수량의 요격미사일을 효율적으로 운용하는 것은 중요하다. 기존 요격미사일 운용방법은 방호목표에 적용하는 교전효과수준에 따라 요격미사일 수를 결정한다. 이는 요격확률에 비해 과도한 요격미사일 소모 또는 요격확률 감소를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 탄도미사일 수와 요격확률 및 비용을 고려하여 요격미사일 운용방법을 결정해야한다. 본 연구는 요격미사일 운용방법을 개선하기 위한 수리모형을 제안한다. 또한, 요격확률과 비용의 절충을 위해 효율성 지표를 제시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 수리모형 기반 요격미사일 운용방법이 기존 요격미사일 운용방법에 비해 우수한 결과를 달성할 수 있었다.

        골다공증의 국내 연구 동향에 대한 고찰 - 한의 학술 논문 검색을 중심으로-

        Objectives : The present study examines the domestic trend of Osteoporosis studies in Korea. Method : We reviewed oriental medicine papers published in last ten years (2003-2012). Korean literature search was used for domestic Internet search portal. 'Naver specialized information retrieval', 'Korea Traditional Knowledge Portal', 'Korea Medical Information Portal (OASIS)',' Scientific and Technological Information Integration Services (NDSL)',' Academic Research Information Service (RISS)'as the primary destination of the search were. Since 2003 until 2012, the thesis o'f osteoporosis'and found 92 papers with the search term '(golwi)' to the search terms found in 3 papers Korean medical target of on going research trends in osteoporosis about investigated. Results : 1. We researched 95 papers in 15 journals and patterns of study were as follows : experimental studies were 79(83%), clinical studies were 12(13%), reviewed studies were 3(3%) and etc. were 1(1%). 2. The experimental studies(79) were divided into papers on efficiency testing of herbal medications(67) and herbal acupuncture(12). 3. The clinical studies(12) showed that research has been carried out in the fields of follow up surveys for the herbal medication efficiency testing, basic research, case report, the relativity of osteoporosis to age and sex, and the perception about osteoporosis and korean medicine treatment. 4. The reviewed studies showed that research has been carried out in the fields of osteoporosis about acient literature and domestic studies about herbal medication of osteoporosis. Conclusion : Reviewing the domestic trend of Osteoporosis studies and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the future studies. It is anticipated that this review benefits the future in-depth study on the treatments for osteoporosis in Korean medicine.
