It is important to explore the nature of good Korean language instruction, so we need to analyze and investigate the Korean language instruction itself. But instruction has the complicate and various components, so we have to find the scientific and systematic analysis methods to interpret it for the teachers. One of the most important components that can decide the quality of the instruction is the classroom discourse structure between teachers and students. It has been studied especially in the area of sociolinguistics and teaching-learning theory. Sociolinguistics was interested in types of the linguistic interaction and searched the typical classroom discourse structure of I(initiation)-R(Respond)-F(feedback), its effects and various transformations, but couldn't show the educational direction. On the other hand, social contructivists paid attention that the teacher's mediate discourse plays the scaffolding roles. Therefore we classified the classroom discourse structure as initiation questioning, respond quetioning, feedback according to study of sociolinguistics. And we establiches many sub-types that can explore the social contructional concept, the mediate discourse's characteristics. Then we show the characteristics of the effective teacher-oh's instructional conversation in his reading instruction, as providing how to use each teacher's questioning types in the reading instruction. 질 좋은 국어수업의 본질을 알기 위해서는 국어수업 대화를 분석하고 연구해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 국어수업 대화 분석의 논리와 방법을 개발한 다음, 그것을 이용하여 국어수업을 분석하고 해석하여 현장에 일반화시켜야 한다. 이 연구에서는 ○○광역시 교육청 국어과 수업실기 우수교사인 오 교사의 말하기·듣기 1차시 수업대화를 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 수업대화의 분석 유형에는 수업대화 목적, 수업대화 수준, 수업대화 운영전략, 수업대화 주체가 있다(강병륜·박태호, 2003; 박태호,2003). 이 연구에서는 다양한 수업대화 분석 유형 중에서 수업대화 목적 유형만을 분석하였다. 수업대화 목적 유형을 분석할 때에는 사회 언어학 분야와 교육학 분야의 연구 성과를 기반으로 하여 읽기 수업대화의 구조와 특징을 밝힌 박태호·이수진(2003)의 분석 유형을 그대로 적용하였다. 그 결과 오 교사의 말하기·듣기 수업대화의 특성을 밝혀낼 수 있었다.

직접 교수 쓰기 수업 동영상 평가

이 연구에서는 가상공간에 탑재되어 표준화된 수업 장학자료의 역할을 수행하는 직접 교수 쓰기 수업 동영상을 평가하여 그것의 타당성 여부를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행 연구에서 밝힌 직 접교수의 핵심 요소 네 가지를 간단히 살펴보았다. 여기에는 ‘설명하기’, ‘시범보이기’, ‘안내 된 연습하기 ’, ‘독자적 적용하기 ’의 네 가지 유형이 해당된다. 이 네 가지 요소를 활용하여 직 접 교수의 절차에 따라 진행된 어느 한 교사의 쓰기 수업 동영상을 분석하였다.

엽록체 전장유전체 비교를 통한 PCR 기반의 Solanum brevicaule 특이적 분자마커 개발

Solanum brevicaule is one of the tuber-bearing wild Solanum species. Because of its resistance to several important pathogens infecting potatoes during cultivation, it can be used for potato breeding. However, the fact that S. brevicaule used in this study has an EBN value of two causes the sexual reproduction barriers between the species and cultivated potatoes. In this study, specific markers for discriminating S. brevicaule from other Solanum species were developed on the basis of the results of sequence alignments with the whole chloroplast genomes of S. brevicaule and seven other Solanum species. The chloroplast genome of S. brevicaule was completed by next-generation sequencing technology described in other recent studies. The total sequence length of the chloroplast genome of S. brevicaule is 155,531 bp. Its structure and gene composition are similar to those of other Solanum species. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that S. brevicaule was closely grouped with other Solanum species. BLASTN search showed that its genome sequence had 99.99% and 99.89% identity with those of S. spegazzinii (MH021562) and S. kurtzianum (MH021495), respectively. Sequence alignment identified 27 SNPs that were specific to S. brevicaule. Thus, three PCR-based CAPS markers specific to S. brevicaule were developed on the basis of these SNPs. This study will facilitate in further studies on evolutionary and breeding aspects in Solanum species.

수출시장다변화(輸出市場多邊化)를 위한 2단계(二段階)쿼타배분제도(配分制度)의 경제효과(經濟效果)

대부분의 수출자율규제실시국(輸出自律規制實施國)들은 총(總)쿼타의 일부를 개방(開放)쿼타로 할당하여 수출단가(輸出單價)와 비규제국(非規制國) 수출실적(輸出實績)에 비례하여 배분하는 2단계(二段階)쿼타배분제도(配分制度)를 택하고 있으며 이는 수출자율규제(輸出自律規制)에서 오는 수출소득(輸出所得)과 수출물량(輸出物量)의 감소를 수출시장다변화(輸出市場多邊化)를 통해 줄이려는 정책적(政策的) 노력(努力)으로 해석된다. 본고(本稿)는 부분균형분석(部分均衡分析)을 통해 비규제국(非規制國) 수출실적(輸出實績)을 개방(開放)쿼타의 배분기준(配分基準)으로 하는 2단계(二段階)쿼타배분제도(配分制度)가 기본(基本)쿼타에만 의존하는 단일(單一)쿼타배분제도(配分制度)보다 비규제국(非規制國) 수출물량(輸出物量)을 증가시키고 이에 따른 수출소득(輸出所得)의 변화는 비규제국(非規制國) 수입수요탄력성(輸入需要彈力性)에 의해 결정됨을 보인 반면 개방(開放)쿼타를 얻기 위한 기업의 경쟁행위가 비규제국(非規制國) 수출가격(輸出價格)을 한계생산비(限界生産費) 이하의 수준으로 하락시켜 자원배분(資源配分)의 비효율(非效率)을 초래할 수 있으며 이는 바로 GATT규정(規定)에 위배되는 덤핑사례(事例)를 유도할 수 있음을 보였다. 따라서 수출(輸出)쿼타배분제도(配分制度)를 운용함에 있어서 자원배분(資源配分)의 효율(效率)과 국제무역환경(國際貿易環境)에 미치는 영향 등을 충분히 고려해야 할 것이다.

어느 한 교사의 반응중심 문학수업 대화 분석과 해석

이 연구에서는 어느 한 교사의 반응중심 문학 수업 양상을 수업대화를 활용하여 분석하고 해석하 였다. 이에 다음의 두 가지 문제점을 발견하였다. 첫째, 시작 대화(I)-반응 대화(R)-피드백 대화(F) 중 에서 안내와 지시의 시작대화가 다수를 차지했다. 이러한 양상은 반응의 다양성을 추구하는 반응중 심 문학 수업의 기본 취지를 벗어난 것이다. 둘째, 반응의 형성 단계에서 핵심 어휘나 문단 내용, 인물의 성격과 사건 등을 사전에 지도하지 않았다. 이에 작품에 대한 이해도가 떨어져 이어지는 단 계(반응의 명료화, 반응의 심화, 반응의 일반화)가 활동중심의 문학 수업이 되었다. 이러한 논의에 따르면 이 수업은 반응중심 문학수업의 부정적 사례에 해당한다고 할 수 있다.

$Bi_{4/3}Sb_{2/3}Te_3$ 가압소결체의 열전특성과 p-n 전이기구

Thermoelectric power, electrical conductivity and Hall effect were measured, as functions of temperature in the range of 100 to 600 K, on polycrystalline Bi4/3Sb2/3Te3 which had been prepared via uniaxial hot-pressing at different temperatures in the range of 373 K to 773 K, aiming at searching a profitable processing route to a polycrystalline thermoelectric material, a promising, viable alternative to a single crystalline one. It was found that, with increasing temperature of pressing under a fixed pressure, the material, normally a p-type prior to being hot-pressed, underwent a transition to n-type. This transition was confirmed to be due to plastic deformation during hot-pressing and interpreted as being attributed to the change of the major ionic defect BiTe' into TeBi˙at temperature high enough for structure elements mobility. Thermoelectric figure-of-merit of the hot-pressed material was discussed in connection with the p-n transition in addition to microstructure.

Solanum acaule 색소체 유전자형 선발을 위한 특이적 분자마커 개발

The tetraploid Solanum acaule is a wild potato species from Bolivia widely used for potato breeding because of its diverse attractive traits, including resistance to frost, late blight, potato virus X, potato virus Y, potato leafroll virus, potato spindle tuber viroid, and cyst nematode. However, the introgression of useful traits into cultivated potatoes via crossing has been limited by differences in endosperm balance number between species. Somatic fusion could be used to overcome sexual reproduction barriers and the development of molecular markers is essential to select proper fusion products. The chloroplast genome of S. acaule was sequenced using next-generation sequencing technology and specific markers for S. acaule were developed by comparing the obtained sequence with those of seven other Solanum species. The total length of the chloroplast genome is 155,570 bp, and 158 genes were annotated. Structure and gene content were very similar to other Solanum species and maximum likelihood phylogenetic analysis with 12 other species belonging to the Solanaceae family revealed that S. acaule is very closely related to other Solanum species. Sequence alignment with the chloroplast genome of seven other Solanum species revealed four InDels and 79 SNPs specific to S. acaule. Based on these InDel and SNP regions, one SCAR marker and one CAPS marker were developed to discriminate S. acaule from other Solanum species. These results will aid in exploring evolutionary aspects of Solanum species and accelerating potato breeding using S. acaule.

초등 학교 과정중심의 쓰기 수업 평가- 단일 교사의 단일 수업 동영상을 중심으로

a evaluation following an curriculum of elementary writing class- single study of a single teacher mainly by a movie 교실 수업 개선을 위한 노력이 온라인에서 활발히 전개되고 있다. 한국교육과정평가원의 교수학습 센터나 각 시도 교육청의 교수학습 센터, 한국교육학술정보원의 에듀넷에는 온라인 수업 장학을 위한 수업 동영상 자료들이 탑재되어 있다. 이러한 동영상 중에는 ‘국어 수업’의 본질에서 벗어나거나 그것을 왜곡한 것이 있다. ‘김교사의 과정중심 쓰기 수업 동영상’도 그 중 하나이다. 이 수업 동영상을 제공한 한국교육과정평가원이 교육 현장에 미치는 영향력을 생각하면, 이 부분에 대한 논의를 더 이상 미룰 수 없다. 이에 좋은 쓰기 수업의 조건을 살펴본 다음, 그것을 바탕으로 김교사의 과정중심 쓰기 수업 동영상을 평가하고 그에 따른 해결 방안도 모색하였다.
