Traffic enforcement is a role of the police to keep safety on the road. Traffic accident is caused by person, vehicle and road environment, but the critical one is person's violation of law. Therefore, it is important to enforce 'Road traffic law' which make person to observe the law and keep safety on the road. Despite growing guidance and control, violations and traffic accidents are increasingly going up every year and they cause a large loss of lives and properties. With regard to this fact, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness of the activities of control and guidance. With this situation for background, the purpose of this study is to reduce traffic accidents by changing the traffic offenders' behavior after controling and guiding.
경주시 정보수집체계 구축 및 교통정보 우선순위 선정에 관한 연구

It is very important to get what kind of the information collection systems and provide what kind of the traffic information to the traveller nowadays. Each detector has its own function and cost to install to get the traffic data. And also there are various traffic information which is collected by the traffic detector. So this research is to select the traffic data collection system and the priority of traffic information which is appropriate in Gyeong-ju city. According to this research, it is desirable to collect traffic data using the loop detector system and provide the traffic information, which are real time roadway situation, travel time, tour information and traffic accident, to the traveller in Gyeong-ju city. The goal of this study is to use efficiently the existing network and also it leads to improve road safety and decrease traffic congestion.
로타리 연삭에 대직경 Si-wafer의 ELID 경면 연삭특성

Mirror surface finish of Si-wafers has been achieved by rotary in-feed machining with cup-type wheels in ELID grinding. But the diameter of the work piece is limited with the diameter of grinding wheel in the in-feed machining method. In this study, grinding experiments by the rotary surface grinding machine with straight type wheels were conducted, by which the possible grinding area of the work piece is independent of the diameter of the wheels. For the purpose of investigating the grinding characteristics of large scale diametrical silicon wafer, grinding conditions such as rotation speed of grinding wheels and revolution of work pieces are varied, and grinding machine used in this experiment is rotary type surface grinding m/c equipment with an ELID unit. The surface ground using the SD8000 wheels showed that mirror like surface roughness can be attained near 2~6 nm in Ra.
