한국교회의 도덕을 논함에 앞서 목사로서 이 문제를 다루는 것에 큰 부담을 갖는다. 죄 있는 자가 돌로 치라는 예수의 말씀이 생각나기 때문이다. 누가 누구의 도덕과 윤리를 말하겠는가? 같은 책임을 가지고 있는 성직자가 다른 성직자의 도덕문제를 거론한다는 것 자체에 모순이 있는 듯하다. 많은 사람들은 목사의 부도덕을 말하면서 "아니! 목사가 어떻게 그럴 수 있지?" 라고하는 성직의 문제를 거론하며 의로운 심판관이 될 때 오히려 내 자신은 목사의 편에 서려고 하는 것을 부정할 수 없다. 목사도 평범한 인간이라는 사실을 아무도 고려하지 않는 듯하다. 목사 역시 "오호라 나는 곤고한 자로다" 라는 바울의 고백에서 벗어날 수 있는 것은 아니다. 목사에게 도덕은 지킬만해서 지키는 것이 아니라 당연히 지켜야만 하는 정언명령이다. 도덕적이지 않은 것에 대해서는 반드시 책망을 받아야 한다고 나는 생각한다. 그러나 비도덕적이 되지 않을 수 없는 구조가 목사를 비도덕적 상황으로 몰아가는 것 대해서는 사람들이 생각하지 않는 듯하다. 교회의 부도덕은 사실 여러 차원이 서로 함께 공모한 합작품이다. 이 주제를 다루기 위해서는 성직, 교회론, 성장주의, 그리고 목회자들의 성적 문제 등의 모든 제반 사항을 함께 다루어야 한다. 따라서 이 모든 사안들을 어우를 수 있는 근저 또는 함께 얽혀져 있는 근본적 원인으로 생각이 기울어 질 수밖에 없었음을 밝힌다. 신학의 부재가 가장 큰 문제의 원인인 것은 분명하지만 본 글은 신학이 다룰 수 없는 또 다른 특별한 평가가 요구되는 부분에 주목한다. 그것은 현대교회의 구조 자체가 이미 도덕을 담보할 수 없도록 구조되어 있다는 것이다. 본 글은 그 원인을 살펴보고 그 대안을 검토하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. I have heavy burden as a pastor, before dissertating the morality of korean church, because this theme remind me of Jesus saying, "If anyone of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."(John 8:7) Whose morals and ethics are discussed by whom? Now I seemed to be in dilemma when I make it a subject of morality of other minister as a minister who has the same responsibility. I can not deny myself to be on a pastor's side when many people become a righteous judge, saying "How could he do it so as a pastor?", which is supposed to referring the immorality of pastorship. A pastor also can not get out of the word, "what a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?"(Rom7:24) It doesn't seem to be considered the fact that the pastor is also an ordinary man. For a pastor to keep morality is not to be a simple due thing but to be a categorical imperative. I think that he should receive a blame if he does immorality. But we seem to pass over that the structure which can not help becoming immorally has become a cause to drive pastors in situation of immorality. The immoral of the church is a joint production, in fact, that is conspired with multi dimensions. To manage this theme we have to handle all the relevant agenda together, holy orders, ecclesiology, growth ideology, and the sexual problem of pastors and so on. Therefore I suggest I can not help leaning my thought to the foundation which put together all the things or fundamental cause which are intertwined together. Though it's clear the absence of theology is a cause of the biggest problem, this writing will notice a part that theology could not manage and a special evaluation is needed. It is to be constructed that the structure of contemporary church already can not guarantee morals. This essay will have the purpose that explores the cause and examines the alternative.

개척'이라는 말 속에는 미국 서부개척시대의 영웅적 총잡이에 관한 환상이 있듯이, 이 시대의 개척교회 목회자들 역시 이러한 환상을 가지고 있는 듯하다. 물론 최근에 회자되는 개척교회에 대한 막연한 두려움과 선입견 역시 환상이라 할 수 있다. 본 글은 개척교회의 실패원인을 성경의 본질과 관계없는 이러한 막연한 환상에 그 원인이 있다는 것을 지적하고 이 환상을 벗어버리고 목회를 시작할 수만 있다면 교회개척은 아직도 가능하다는 점을 역설한다. 또한 개척교회일수록 더 복음적이고 더 많이 기도하고 더 영적이라야 부흥할 수 있을 것이라는 생각에도 약간의 수정을 가한다. 물론 이러한 적용은 개척교회에 출석하는 특별한 성도들에게 국한된 것이다. 환자가 아프다고 해도 환자에게 치료나 약을 처방하는 것보다는 고기한 근이 더 필요한 영양실조인 경우가 있고, 또는 탈진으로 인해 설탕물 한 잔이 더 효과적일 수가 있다. 이러한 현상은 개척교회에서 그대로 일어나고 있다. 이 시대에 개척교회에 출석하는 성도들에게는 복음을 들려주기 이전에 먼저 선행되어야 할 것은 하나님의 말씀을 주기 이전에 일반계시 영역이 우선적으로 적용되어야 한다는 것이다. 개척교회야 말로 일반은총과 상식을 가장 많이 접목시켜야 하는 곳이다. 따라서 본 글에서는 개척교회의 문제를 먼저 인간의 관계문제로 접근한다. 그리고 이것을 토대로 교회개척이 왜 실패할 수밖에 없는지 그리고 이 시대에 교회개척의 가능성이 있다면 그것이 무엇인지를 검토한다. 성도들이 개척교회에서 만들어 내는 은유와 환유를 목회자들이 읽어내고 대처할 수만 있다면 개척교회의 가능성은 무한하다는 점을 정신분석적으로 검토한다. 개척교회의 목표는 큰 교회도 아니고 작은 교회에 머무는 것도 아니다. 개척교회 목회자는 개척교회만이 가질 수 있는 사명에 주목해야 한다. We usually have some fantasies of 'pioneer' about heroic gunmen of America's frontiers during western movement age, just as in the word of 'pioneer', Of course. the vague fear and preconception of pioneer-churches to be well known to everybody recently can be also fantasies. This writing has the purpose indicating the cause of these vague fantasies to the failure of the church, and has also the purpose stressing on the lots of possibilities of opening up the church if they could have started their ministry not having these vague fantasies to the failure. And this writing makes some revision on the ideas that these pioneer church should have more of the time of prayer and more evangelical spirit. I would say theses applications are limited to some saints attending at pioneer-church. We can suppose that when a doctor visits a house call, he can meet the case which the patient need a geun of port rather than treatment or prescribing a medicine because of patient's malnutrition or also which a cup of sugar water is more effective because of exhausted hunger. Just the kinds of these phenomenons are happening similarly at the circles of pioneer-churches. Something supposed to be prior to proclaiming the Gospel to the attendants in the pioneer-church in this age is that area of general revelation should be applied preferentially before that of special revelation of God. The pioneer-church should be exactly grafted in the field of common sense and general favor. Therefore, this writing is trying to approach the problems of pioneer-church with human relationship first and then on this foundation investigate the cause of pioneer failure and would be possibility of success of pioneer church in this age. This article examine on the ground of the Psychoanalysis that if pioneer-church pastors can read and manage the metaphor and metonymy that saints produce at pioneer church, there would be infinite possibilities of success in pioneer-church. The aims of pioneer church should not only be a big church but also to stay on the state of the small church. The pioneer church pastors should try to give attention to their own missions which the Lord has allowed.

SVM(Support Vector Machines)의 하드웨어 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 SVM의 효과적인 학습 알고리즘인 SMO(Sequetial Minimal Optimization)를 하드웨어적으로 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. SVM은 Vapnik에 의한 제안된 기계학습 방법으로 음성인식, 문자인식, BT, 보안 등 다양한 응용분야에서 기존의 신경망보다 우수한 성능을 나타내었다. 그러나 SVM은 계산량이 많아 연산속도가 느려지는 단점을 가진다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 SVM의 학습 알고리즘인 SMO의 핵심인 지수함수와 실수 연산기를 VHDL로 설계하고 Mentor의 ModelSim을 이용하여 시뮬레이션하고 Synopsys의 Design Analyzer를 이용하여 합성하였다. 구현된 칩은 시뮬레이션 결과 약 50MHz의 속도로 동작 하며,이는 소프트웨어적으로 구현된 SMO보다 약 10~20배 빠른 성능을 나타내었다.

인터넷 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 기존의 방화벽만으로는 탐지가 불가능한 웹 서비스의 취약점을 이용한 공격이 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 특히 웹 어플리케이션의 프로그래밍 오류를 이용한 침입이 공격 수단의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 어플리케이션의 동작을 분석한 후 취약점 발생 부분에 대해 웹 로그 마이닝 기법을 사용하여 실시간으로 로그를 분석함으로서 공격 패턴을 비교 · 분석한다. 또한 프로세스 분석기를 통한 결정(decision) 과정을 통해 침입으로 판단되면 해당 접속 프로세스(pid)를 제거한 후 공격 아이피를 차단함으로서 침입을 탐지하는 메커니즘을 제시한다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 향후 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 환경에서 구현될 것으로 예상되며, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에서 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)기술 기반의 응용 서비스들이 가장 먼저 활성화될 분야로 전망된다. RFID 분야에서의 보안은 RFID의 태그로 인한 프라이버시 침해가 가장 큰 문제점으로 인식되고 있으며, 기술적, 법적·제도적으로 개인의 프라이버시를 보장하기 위한 노력들이 진행 중이다. USN에서의 보안은 센서노드의 자원의 제약으로 인해 기존의 전통적인 보안과는 다른 관점에서의 접근이 필요하며, 키분배 및 관리, 안전한 라우팅 방법론, 센서네트워크에 대한 공격에 대한 안전한 네트워크 구축 등이 이슈들이다. 본 논문에서는 RFID와 USN의 보안 연구 대상에 대해서 살펴보고 이들에 대한 향후 연구 방향을 소개한다.

전투 시스템 생존성 분석을 위한 3차원 관통 해석 프로그램 개발 : 전차 모델을 대상으로

국방과 관련하여 주어진 임무를 수행하는 전투 시스템은 외부 위협에 의한 피해를 회피하여야 하며, 만약 피해를 입더라도 이를 최소화시켜 계속적인 임무 수행이 가능해야 한다. 이러한 이유로 외부 위협에 대한 전투 시스템의 취약점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하여 전투 시스템의 생존성을 향상시키기 위한 목적의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 기반의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전투 시스템 생존성 분석을 위하여 3차원 관통 해석 프로그램을 개발하는 것에 관한 내용을 다룬다. 이를 위해, 전투 시스템 중 전차를 대상으로 외부 위협과 방호 성능에 따른 관통 해석식을 적용하였다. 실험을 위하여 3차원 CAD 기반으로 전차를 단순화하여 모델링하고, 시나리오에 따른 실험을 통해 개발한 프로그램이 설정된 장갑과 외부 위협의 속성에 따른 관통 해석 및 결과의 시각화가 가능함을 보였다. Survivability is avoidance and tolerance ability of combat systems for accomplishing mission in battle field. Therefore, the combat system has to protect or minimize any damage from threats. For this reason, many modeling and simulation based studies which analyze vulnerability of the combat system by threats, are in progress to improve survivability of the combat system. In this paper, we developed a 3D penetration analysis program for survivability analysis of combat system. To do this, we applied the penetration analysis equation to threat and protection performance of tank. Also we implemented simple tank models based on 3D CAD, and tested the developed program using the implemented tank models. As a result, we verified the developed program that is possible to analyze penetration by threat and protection performance of tank and to visualize its result, based on scenarios.
