지금가지 과학기술정보를 데이터베이스화한 여러 형태의 학술정보 데이터베이스가 있었지만, 이용자의 욕구를 만족시켜주는데는 미흡하였다. 따라서 이용자의 학술정보 데이터베이스의 기능을 보충하는 새로운 지식표현 패러다임으로 기술정보공간(ICPIS : Information Communication Papers Intelligent Surveyor)을 제안한다. 이것은 기술정보로부터 자동적으로 구축되어 그 중에서 이용자가 자유롭게 탐방 할 수 있는 정보 공간이다. 구축방법과 탐방기능을 명확히 하여 실 시스템을 구축, 평가하는 것이 연구의 목적이다, 이를 위해 ICPIS는 Keyword로 기술된 논문군을 입력하여 논문내용의 항목별 요약, 유사논문의 시각적 표시와 비교, 인과관계의 추출을 시작으로 논문의 요약정보, Survey정보를 사용자에게 제공한다. ICPIS에서 중심적 역할을 나타내는 것은 KP(Knowledge Piece)로 불리고, 이는 기술정보의 추출법과 구조화법을 일체화한 Domain지식의 패키지이다. ICPIS는 KP별로 기술된 Keyword에서 자연언어처리에 해당되는 기술정보를 논문 중에서 추출하여 KP에서 규정된 요약구조로 생성한다. Until now, there have been various kinds of science information databsae which databased the science technology information, but they do not satisfy the aspiration of the users. Therefore, in the position of the users, it suggests the technology information space as a now paradigm, which supplement the function of science information DB. ICPIS which inputs described papers with keywords, offers the itemized summary of these contents, the visual indication and comparison of similar thesis, and it also supplises the abundant summary information, survey information, more than ten volumes of info communication thesis with starting the casual relation extraction for the users, playing a significant role in ICPIS is called KP, and it is package of domain knowledge that unifies the extraction and structure narration of the technology information. ICPIS extracts the technology information among the thesis that are deserved by the natural language treatment in the itemized KP keywords described, and form the prescribed summary structure in KP.

대학 글쓰기 교과의 교양성과 연계성에 대한 반성적 고찰

In relation to the recent negative situation faced by university writing subjects, the paper analyzed problems seen in the operation of existing writing subjects and emphasized the need for a college writing standard that reflects social needs as an alternative. In particular, scholarly liberty and curriculum continuity have been values pursued by writing subjects until now. This paper looked at the current situation where universities are facing damage to both values while reacting passively to social changes. While universities are failing to properly train the communication skills required by society, the government has developed the Public Service Aptitude Test (PSAT) and the Korea Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment(K-CESA) to comprehensively reflect the needs of businesses and society for communication skills, while companies develop their own diverse communication skills assessment tools in accordance with the government s guidelines and utilize them to recruit new employees. It also concluded that considering the need to present the standard of academic writing to foreign students, the need for job seekers, and the tendency of university authorities to reduce liberal arts due to the Lecturer Law(Lecturer as Teacher in the amendments of the <Higher Education Law>), it is necessary to include both national standards and social needs, and to overcome the limitations of existing writing courses. 본고는 최근 대학 글쓰기 교과가 마주하고 있는 부정적 상황에 대해 기존의 글쓰기 과목이 가진 운영 과정에서 보인 문제점들을 분석하고 그 대안으로서 사회적요구를 반영한 대학 글쓰기 표준안이 필요함을 역설하였다. 특히 교양성과 연계성은 그간 글쓰기 교과목이 추구했던 가치들이었지만 대학이사회적 변화에 소극적으로 대처하면서 두 가치 모두를 훼손하게 될 상황에 이른현재의 상황을 한 대학의 글쓰기 교과 운영 데이터를 사례로 들어 반성적으로 살폈다. 대학이 사회가 필요로 하는 의사소통역량을 제대로 교육하지 못하는 사이, 정부에서는 공무적격성평가제도(PSAT), 대학생 핵심역량진단(K-CESA)을 개발하여 의사소통능력에 대한 기업과 사회의 요구를 포괄적으로 반영하고 있고 기업들은 정부의가이드라인에 준하는 다양한 의사소통능력 진단 도구를 자체 개발하여 채용에 활용하고 있다. 또한 한국 대학의 학술적 글쓰기의 표준을 외국인유학생에게도 제시해야 하는 필요성과 취업준비생들의 요구 그리고 강사법으로 인한 대학 당국의 교양과목의 축소 경향을 고려해 볼 때 국가 표준과 사회 요구를 모두 포함하고, 기존의 글쓰기 교과가 가진 한계를 극복할 수 있는 대안이 요구된다고 결론지었다.

방사성폐기물처분을 위한 부지특성평가 기술 개발을 위해 지질특성조사와 수리지질특성조사가 1997년부터 지표기반 조사, 시추공 조사, 터널조사를 포함하여 수행되었다. 특히, 2006년에는 지하처분연구시설 (KURT, KAERI Underground Research Tunnel)을 건설하여 지하 환경에서 심부지질환경에 대한 연구 뿐 만 아니라 용 질이동특성, 미생물특성, 공학적 방벽 시스템 연구 등 방사성폐기물처분을 위한 다양한 수행하고 있다. 본 연 구는 한국원자력연구원내 건설된 지하처분연구시설 주변 지역을 연구지역으로 부지특성모델 구축의 일환으로 수행되었다. 연구지역의 지질모델구축을 위해 선형구조분석, 시추공/터널 조사, 지구물리탐사를 포함한 다양 한 연구를 수행하여, 암질모델과 지질구조모델을 구축하였으며, 현장수리시험의 결과를 이용하여 암질모델과 지질구조모델을 포함한 지질모델에 입력된 요소에 대한 수리지질특성이 평가되었다.

마이크로 평판내 증발에 의한 확장초승달영역의 열/유동특성

A mathematical model is presented to predict the two-phase flow and heat transfer phenomena of the evaporating extended meniscus region in a micro-channel. The pressure difference at the liquid-vapor interface can be obtained by the augmented Laplace-Young equation. The correlative equations for film thickness, pressure, and velocity in the meniscus region are derived by applying the mass, momentum, and energy equations into the control volume. The results show that increasing the heat flux and the liquid inlet velocity cause the length and liquid film thickness of the extended meniscus region to decrease. The variation, however, of the heat flux and liquid inlet velocity has no effect on the profile of film thickness. The majority of heat is transferred through the thin film region that is a very small region in the extended meniscus region. It is also found that the vapor velocity increases gradually in the meniscus region. However, it increases sharply at the junction of the meniscus and thin film regions.

탈감작법으로 치료한 인형 재조합 인슐린에 대한 아나필락시스

Allergic reaction to insulin is mediated by several mechanisms; differences in amino acid sequence of animal and human insulin, altered tertiary structure of insulin and the presence of non-insulin protein contaminants or pharmaceutical additives. Anaphylactic reactions to insulin only occur in 0.1 to 2% of patients who stopped insulin therapy and have then resumed treatment. We report a diabetic patient who suffered severe anaphylactic reactions to human recombinant insulin, successfully treated by desensitization. A 19-year-old man with type 1 diabetes receiving Insulatard HM developed generalized urticaria and angioedema with progression to dyspnea, dizziness and syncope. Skin prick test to all kinds of human recombinant insulin products revealed immediate type hypersensitivity and the titer of insulin IgE was increased in serum. The desensitization trial with Velosulin HM using modified desensitization method was performed. Six months after the desensitization he was taking Velosulin HM as well as Insulatard HM without any evidence of systemic allergic reactions.(Korean J Med 62:204-208, 2002) 인슐린 치료를 중단했다가 다시 재개한 제1형 당뇨병 환자에서 재조합 인형 인슐린에 대한 아나필락시스 반응이 발생하였으며, 이를 속효성 인형 인슐린을 이용하여 탈감작에 성공하였기에 보고한다.
