체육교사 열정과 교사 효능감 및 교직 헌신의 관계 분석

이 연구는 체육교사 열정과 교사 효능감 및 교직 헌신의 관계 규명하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 경기도에 소재한 중·고등학교 체육교사 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 연구에 적절하지 않은 자료 9부를 제외한 241부를 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 표집은 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)을 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 전체모형의 적합도 검증을 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검정하였으며, 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육교사 열정과 교사 효능감의 관계를 분석한 결과 체육교사 열정의 하위변인인 교수 열정은 교사 효능감에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 교과 열정은 교사 효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육교사의 교사 효능감과 교직 헌신의 관계를 분석한 결과 교사 효능감이 교직 헌신에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교사 열정과 교직 헌신의 관계를 분석한 결과 체육교사 열정의 하위변인인 교과 열정은 교직 헌신에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 교수 열정은 교직 헌신에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to disclose the relationship analysis of physical education teachers" enthusiasm, teacher efficacy, and commitment to teaching. For that purpose, questionnaire survey was carried out towards 250 physical education teachers at middle and high schools located in Gyeonggi-do, and total 241 answer papers excluding 9 copies unsuitable for the study were used as final effective samples. For the sampling of the study, convenience sampling method was applied. The data collected from questionnaire survey were statistically treated with SPSS Ver 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs, the fitness-test on model was conducted, and individual hypotheses were verified. The findings of this study were summarized as follows: First, when the relationship analysis of physical education teachers" enthusiasm and teacher efficacy was analyzed, enthusiasm in teaching which was the sub-factor of physical education teachers" enthusiasm had positively significant influences on teacher efficacy, but enthusiasm in subject did not have significant effects on teacher efficacy. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship analysis of physical education teachers" efficacy and commitment to teaching, teacher efficacy had positively significant influences on commitment to teaching. Lastly, when relationship analysis of physical education teachers" enthusiasm and commitment to teaching was analyzed, enthusiasm in subject which was the sub-factor of physical education teachers" enthusiasm had positively significant impacts on commitment to teaching, but enthusiasm in teaching did not have significant effects on commitment to teaching.

프로야구 구단의 진정성과 구단 이미지, 구단 태도 및 구단 충성도와의 구조적인 관계: 순차적 통합방법설계

이 연구는 프로야구 진정성에 관한 연구를 위해 2가지 연구주제를 가진다. [연구주제 1]의 목적은 프로야구 구단의 진정성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 심층면접과 전문가 회의를 통해 프로야구 구단 진정성의 속성과 구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 심층면접 대상자는 목적표집을 통해 응원경력 3년 이상의 팬을 대상으로 하였다. 전문가회의는 스포츠경영학 교수와 질적연구 전문가로 구성하였다. 이상의 연구결과, 프로야구 구단의 진정성 속성은 `진실`, `소통`, `노력`, `관계`로 파악되었다. [연구주제2] 목적은 프로야구 구단의 진정성과 구단 이미지, 구단 태도, 구단 충성도의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 더 나아가 각 가설에 대한 상대적 영향력이 저관여와 고관여 팬 집단 간에 어떻게 달라지는지를 조사하였다. 연구대상은 편의표본추출과 스노우볼 추출법을 이용하여 프로야구 팬 319명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료처리는 구조방정식 모형분석과 다중집단 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 모형의 적합도를 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 프로야구 구단의 진정성의 하위속성인 `진실`, `노력`, `관계`는 구단 이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 `소통` 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 프로야구 구단의 진정성의 하위속성인 `진실`, `노력`, `관계`는 구단 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 프로야구 구단의 진정성의 하위속성인 `소통`은 구단 충성도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 구단 이미지는 구단 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 구단 태도는 구단 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 관여도 집단 간 경로동일성 제약을 가한 모형을 통해 설정한 변인 간의 경로를 조사한 결과, 진정성의 하위속성인 `관계`→구단 이미지, 구단 이미지→구단 충성도, 구단 태도→구단 충성도 경로에서 차이가 있었다. This study has two research themes for research on professional baseball authenticity. The purpose of this study [subject 1] was to analyze authenticity of professional baseball team. To achieve objectives of this study, a survey was using the in-depth technique and experts` consultation which understanding the attributes and structure. In-depth interviews were conducted with 23 fans over three years of support experience through purposive sampling. Expert meetings consisted of sports management professors and qualitative research experts. Analysis of the data showed that authenticity of professional baseball team provided attributes were `veracity`, `communication`, `effort`, `relationship`. The purpose of this [study subject2] was to examine the structural relationship between fan of professional baseball team selection attribute, team image, team attitude and team loyalty. In addition, this study is to examine that relative effect regarding each hypothesis influence on changes between low involvement group and high involvement group. The subjects of this study were 319 professional baseball fans using convenience sampling and snowball sampling. Data analysis used for SEM analysis and multiple group SEM analysis. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows: First, authenticity of `veracity`, `effort`, and `relationship` had a positive influence on team image. But authenticity of `communication` had a non-influence team image. Second, authenticity of `veracity`, `effort`, and `relationship` had a positive influence on team attitude. But authenticity of communication had a negative influence on team attitude. Third, team image had a positive influence on team loyalty. Fourth, team attitude had a positive influence on team loyalty. Fifth, as a result of examining the causal relationship between the variables established through the model on which path invariance constraints between involvement groups were placed, it was 3 path(authenticity of relationship→team image, team image→team loyalty, team attitude→team loyalty) found that there existed a difference.

초등체육의 교육적 가치에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 초등체육의 가치론적 정당화 준거인 외재적 가치, 내재적 가치, 문화적 가치 등 기존의 체계를 전면 부정하거나 비판하고자 하는 것은 결코 아니다. 그동안 초등체육을 이해하는 방식이었던 여러 가지 가치론적 체계가 본질적인 초등체육의 교육적 가치를 이끌지 못하였다. 그 까닭은 일명 사회적 합리성이라는 주지주의와 미국중심의 서구식 교육관에서 접근하였고, 그 가치 추구에 매몰되었기 때문이다. 이제 우리는 그 집착과 굴레에서 벗어나 교육과정의 현상적인 의미나 초등체육의 신체적인 차원에서 그치는 것이 아니라, 좀 더 통섭적이고 융합적인 체육문화 즉, 신체문화적 가치, 교육문화적 가치, 인류문화적 가치의 수준에서 이해되고 확대되어야 초등체육은 비로소 전인의 교육에 다가갈 수 있을 것이다. This study neither completely denies or criticisms the existing system such as external value, intrinsic value, and cultural value, which are these criteria for value-based justification of elementary physical education. However, the various value-based systems used to understand elementary physical education fail to capture its essential educational value of elementary physical education. The reason is that it approached in a Western-style, similar to that of the United States, but dissipated in the pursuit of its own values. Now, we have to move beyond the phenomenal meaning of the national curriculum or the purely physical aspects of elementary physical education. In other words, when elementary physical education is comprehended and expanded to encompass physical-cultural values, educational-cultural values, and human-cultural values, it can foster holistic education.

체육교사의 교수열정과 학생들의 학업참여(UWES-5)와의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate relations between the teaching enthusiasm of teachers and the academic engagement of students in the teaching-learning process in physical education classes. The subjects include 379 middle and high school students in Gyeonggi Province, being sampled through the convenience sampling method. Data were treated with the PASW Ver 18.0 statistical program. Multiple regression analysis was conducted. The findings were as follows: first, the teaching enthusiasm of physical education teachers had statistically significant impacts on the academic engagement(vigor) of students. Second, the teaching enthusiasm of physical education teachers also had statistically significant effects on the academic engagement(absorption) of students. Finally, the teaching enthusiasm of physical education teachers also had statistically significant influences on the academic engagement(dedication) of students.

공주교육대학교 교육대학원 잠재적 교육수요자의 수요 및 요구 조사

이 연구는 교육대학교 교육대학원의 잠재적 교육수요자 중 교육대학교 4학년 재학생과 최근 5년 이내 교육대학교를 졸업한 현직교사를 대상으로 교육대학원 수요와 요구에 대한 설문 조사를 통해 포스트 코로나 시대 교육대학원 신입생 충원률 제고 방안을 마련하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구에 참가한 잠재적 교육수요자는 진학 관련 정보 수신 방법으로 문자를 포함한 SNS, 이메일, 대학원 홈페이지와 같은 온라인 홍보를 선호하였다. 둘째, 이들 잠재적 교육수요자의 대학원 진학의 주된 목적은 전문성을 갖춘 초등교사로서의 자기 계발이었다. 셋째, 이들의 모교 교육대학원 진학에 부정적인 이유로는 임용희망지역 또는 근무지/거주지에서 물리적으로 멀다는 것이었다. 넷째, 이들은 수업 개설 방식으로 계절제 수업 그리고 높은 비대면 강의 비율을 선호하였다. 다섯째, 이 연구에 참가한 잠재적 교육수요자의 석사학위취득 필수조건에 대한 선호 비율은 석사학위논문 : 논문대체학점 : 현장사례연구 ≒ 2 : 6 : 2로 나타났다 The purpose of this study is to devise a plan for the post-Covid 19 era to improve the recruitment rate and educational satisfaction of new graduate students through a survey of potential educational consumers, 4th year undergraduate students and in-service teachers who graduated from national universities of education within the last five years. The results of the survey are as follows. First, as a way to receive information related to admission of potential educational consumers who participated in this study, online promotion such as text messages, e-mails, and the graduate school of education web sites is preferred. Second, it can be seen that the purpose of admission to a graduate school for the potential educational consumers is professional development of an elementary school teachers, such as enhancing their self-improvement as an elementary school teachers and becoming trusted teachers as experts by students and parents. Third, the negative reason of admission to a graduate school of the potential educational consumers who participated in this study was that they were physically far from the desired area of appointment or the place of work/residence. Fourth, the potential educational consumers who participated in this study preferred the teaching method as seasonal opening and non-face-to-face classes. Fifth, the ratio of reasons for potential educational consumers who participated in this study to obtain a master's degree are as follows(Master’s Degree Paper : Substitute Credits for Thesis : Field Case Research ≒ 2 : 6 : 2).

통섭(統攝)적 관점에서 체육교육의 이해

인문적 체육은 현상이 아닌 본질에 주목하는 체육에 대한 이해의 과정으로써 영역별 인문주의나 방법적 인문주의에 기반하는 인문적 체육이 아니다. 본체로서의 몸을 통해 이루어지는 움직임 이전의 근본적 자아에 관련하는 심(心)적이고 신(身)적인 가치에 대한 소통과 통합의 과정을 성찰하는 인문적 체육이다. 체육의 근본적 가치는 불변의 인간 본체와 본성의 이해에 있는 것이고, 움직임은 그러한 이해의 과정에서 보여주는 발현적인 체육의 모습이다. 우리는 움직임의 다양한 유(類) 와 형(型)을 통해 우리의 내면을 표현하고 있으며, 움직임을 통해 나타나는 내면의 본성에 대한 깊고 넓은 성찰이 인문적 체육의 궁극적 가치이고 방향이다. Humanistic physical education is a process of understanding physical education that pays attention to the essence, not the phenomenon, and is not a humanistic physical education based on domain humanism or methodological humanism. It is a human physical education that reflects the process of communication and integration of the mental and divine values related to the fundamental self before the movements made through the body. The fundamental value of physical education is in the immutable understanding of human body and nature, and movement is the manifestation of physical education in the process of understanding. We express our inner self through various types of movements, and the reflection on the inner nature through movements is the ultimate value and direction of human physical education.

초등체육에 대한 새로운 인식

초등체육의 가치는 신체라는 한정적인 의미나 교육의 과정이라는 현상적인 뜻만으로 규정할 수 없는 통합적인 가치를 담고 있다. 즉 초등체육의 근본가치는 교육에 제한된 형세가 아니라, 사람이라는 본체의 방향에 있다. 그러므로 초등체육의 가치는 교육에 대한 의미의 가치가 아니라, 교육이 궁극으로 지향해야할 본연의 가치인 것이다. 이에 우리가 초등체육을 이해하고자 할 때 운동기능에 국한된 기능교과라는 시각에서 벗어나 초등체육의 본질이 기능적 신체가 아닌 인간적 본체로서 사람에 대한 내적성장과 성숙과정임을 직시하여 인간적 수준의 가치로 인식해야 한다. 이를 바탕으로 초등체육의 기능주의 수업과 태권도 사범식 수업에 대한 반성적 성찰을 통해 현장친화적이고 미래지향적인 측면으로의 변화가 필요하다. The value of elementary physical education is a comprehensive and integrated value that cannot be defined only by the limited meaning of the body and the phenomenal meaning of the curriculum. The fundamental value of elementary physical education is not in the limited circumstances of education, but in the direction of people. The value of elementary physical education is not the value in terms of curriculum, but the value that education should ultimately pursue. When we understand elementary physical education, we meed to depart from the perspective that it is a functional subject that is limited to the function of sports, face up to the inner growth and maturity of the private body, not the functional body. We recognize that the value of elementary physical education is human-level value. It is urgently needed to change the field-friendly and future-oriented aspects of the functional and Taekwondo instructor-style classes through reflective thinking.

포스트 코로나 시대 공주교육대학교 교육대학원 발전 방안

본 논문에서는 포스트 코로나 시대 공주교육대학교 교육대학원의 발전 방안 모색을 위해 먼저 제4차 산업혁명, COVID 19, 평생교육의 확대, 재량휴업일 확대를 통해 교육여건의 변화를 살펴보았다. 더불어 우리대학교 교육대학원의 현황파악을 위해 SWOT 분석을 실시하였고 이를 통해 강점과 약점, 기회와 위협요인을 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 포스트 코로나 시대 우리대학교 교육대학원의 발전방안으로 온라인강의의 확대, 경쟁력 확보를 위한 교육과정 개정 및 전공개설, 대학원 이수학기 단축, 비학위 단기 연구과정 개설, 대학원 강의와 직무연수 프로그램 연계, 석사학위 취득을 위한 필수요건의 다양화를 제안하였다. In this paper, to find the development plan of the Graduate School of Education at Gongju National University of Education in the post-corona era, we first looked at the changes in educational conditions through the 4th industrial revolution, COVID 19, the expansion of lifelong education, and the expansion of discretionary holidays. In addition, SWOT analysis was conducted to understand the current status of the Graduate School of Education at our university, and through this, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were examined. Based on this, the expansion of online lectures, revision of the curriculum to secure competitiveness and opening of new majors, shortening of graduate school semesters, opening of non-degree short-term research courses, linkage of graduate school lectures with teacher training programs, master s degree Diversification of the prerequisites for obtaining a degree were proposed as a development plan for the Graduate School of Education at our university in the post-corona era.

수직 2회선 765㎸ 내장애자련의 활선작업 유형별 개페섬락특성 분석

국내 765㎸ 수직 2회선 6도체 송전선로에 대한 활선작업의 필요성은 선로운영 특성, 선로구성, 선로 주변여건 등 많은 부분을 고려할 때 필요 불가결한 사항임이 제기되 왔다. 초고압 송전선로의 활선작업은 매우 위험한 작업이며, 특히 인명과 직접적인 관련이 있기 때문에 위험성이 매우 크다. 초고압 선로에서의 활선작업을 위해서는 여러 가지의 기술개발이 추진되어야 하는데, 즉, 송전선로 주변에서 작업자에게 미칠 수 있는 전기적인 영향, 활선장비의 개발 및 안전성 확보, 활선작업에 대한 기술적인 규정, 활선작업의 안정적인 공법 등 많은 기술들을 고려하여야 한다. 따라서 본 내용에서는 수직2회선 765㎸ 송전선로의 내장애자련 철탑 주변에서의 안전한 활선작업을 위한 식규 모급 개폐섬락 특성에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다

페트병 한 손 오프너 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 한 손이 불편한 장애우, 수부에 외상을 입은 환자, 노약자, 그리고 운전자 등을 위해 혼자 힘으로 적은 힘을 들여 음료수 뚜껑을 개폐할 수 있는 장치를 개발하는 것이다. 제품의 특징은 사용자들이 간편하게 분해, 조립, 세척할 수 있도록 하여 편의성을 높였고, 제품의 크기와 무게를 한 손에 들어올 수 있도록 설계하여 휴대성을 향상하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 제품은 전력이 필요하지 않고 수부에 의해 발생하는 순수한 기계적 운동 때문에 구동하는 제품으로, 매번 전력을 사용하기 위해서 충전할 필요가 없다는 특징을 가지고 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop a device that can open and close beverage lids with little effort alone for the handicapped, patients with hand trauma, the elderly, and drivers. The feature of the product is to increase convenience by allowing users to easily disassemble, assemble, and wash, and to improve portability by designing the product so that the size and weight of the product can be held in one hand. In addition, this product does not require electric power and operates because of the pure mechanical motion generated by the hand part.
