        Bake hardenable steel sheets are increasingly being used for automotive outer panels, because they exhibit high yield strength after paint baking treatment while they have good formability in the press stamping stage. And recently automotive companies adopt hop dip galvannealed steel sheets(GA), which have excellent corrosion resistance and maintain the lowest production cost in comparison with other coated steel sheets, for automotive outer body panels. From this point of view, galvannealed bake hardenable(GA-BH) steel sheets can be considered as the best material to meet the requirements for automotive outer panels, and manufacturing processes of them are actively studied. In this study, bake hardening and glvannealing behavior of 35kg/mm² grade GA-BH steel sheet were investigated. And the study on reduction of dross defects was performed. Following results were obtained Tested substrates are a kind of Ti/Nb added IF steels(Type III). Calculated Sol. C concentration is 10ppm in A sample and 13ppm in B sample. In the case of the A sample, BH decreases regardless of rapid cooling start temperature with increase of soaking temperature while BH is shown to be highest at annealing temperature 850℃ in the case of B sample. BH was not greatly influenced by GA temperature while BH increased with increase of cooling rate. From the GA simulation test, it was shown that Fe content in the galvannealed layer increased also growth of Г phase was promoted with increase of GA temperature and GA time. From the micro-observation of the GA surface with SEM it could be seen that, for both of the A and the B specimens, coated layers were not sufficiently galvannealed at 530℃ also ζ phase exists with δ₁ phase at 560℃ and almost disappeared at 590℃ due to full galvannea1ing. Powdering resistance was evaluated by taping test after 60°bending. It was shown that the best anti-powdering property could be obtained by the GA treatment at 560℃ for 13secs. It was elucidated that there were many top and bottom drosses in the CGL pot, causing surface defects. Dross defects are not generated approximately within 24 hours after production mode change from 01 to GA. Bottom drosses are generated after 24 hours from the start time of GA production. Meanwhile, when produc6on mode is changed to GI production, drosses disappear after 20 hours. Dross defects are thought to be caused by the dross of which size is over 50㎛.

      • 프리드리히 하일러의 기도 유형론으로 본 한국교회의 기도 연구

        This study has tried to analyze korean church prayers in terms of type theory of prayer. Especially, this research has adopted a famous phenomenologist of religion, F. Heiler's theory of prayer, and applied it to examine korean church prayers. According to F. Heiler's theory, there are two types of prayer, the primary and the secondary type of prayer. The former has been the source of all human prayers. This type of prayer is more archetypal, instinctual and instantaneous. However, the latter is more refined, philosophical, and artificial. These two types of prayer has been influential to build up the history of all religious traditions in human life. In the light of F. Heiler's type theory, korean church prayers have more been evaluated as those of the primary type. These features are intensively found in the early period of 20th century. Later they have been slightly changed to form the second type of prayer. However, the main steam of korean church prayers is still in the pool of the first type. This is the main result of this study.

      • 영상분석을 통한 두위변경 유도 알고리즘 연구

        The head of infants and toddler's head is born before birth and until the age of 4 until the hard bone structure is achieved only when lying on one side to touch the bottom surface of the head is flattened the change occurs. This is called positional deformational plagiocephaly and also called flat head syndrome. The shape of the head deformed by this postural change is a common phenomenon in early infancy, and other medical problems are not accompanied by changes in the head position. However, when the deformed state is maintained according to the growth rate at the age, solid bone structure results in hardening (Marsh and Vannier, 1985) In this paper, we introduce two representative methods for head elevation correction, and the detection method for head shape classification is based on the method of applying openCV technique based on CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) And algorithm to analyze face, face recognition method and algorithm using openCV, dlib to calculate face angle and eye angle, technical method for head face correction, and questionnaire to obtain necessary index to make algorithm And the survey method and results will be explained.  Among them, the active posture correction method was developed as a head change algorithm for image correction using image analysis technique, and the published objective data (Kim Se-yoon, Ajou University Graduate School, Ajou University, 2013) Respectively. 영유아의 머리는 태어나기 직전과 태어난 후 4세까지 단단한 골 구조가 이뤄지기 전 상태로 한쪽으로만 누워있는 경우 바닥면과 닿아 눌린 부분이 편평해지는 두상의 변화가 발생한다. 이를 자세성 사두증(positional deformational plagiocephaly) 이라 하며 플랫 헤드 신드롬 (Flat Head Syndrome) 이라고도 한다. 본 논문에서는 두상교정을 위한 대표적인 두 가지 방법을 소개하고 두상모양 분류를 위한 검출방법은 딥러닝 기법중 이미지나 영상 분류에서 많이 쓰이는 알고리즘인 CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) 기법을 기반으로 하는 openCV 기법의 적용방법과 알고리즘을 개발하고 영상을 분석해서 얼굴을 인식하고 시선의 각도를 계산하기 위한 얼굴인식 기법과 알고리즘, 두상교정을 위한 기술적 방법들을 적용하고 알고리즘을 만들고자 하며, 필요 지표를 얻기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였고 설문조사 방법과 결과를 설명했다. 또한, 능동적 자세교정 방법을 영상분석 기법을 활용한 두상교정을 목적으로 하는 두위변경 알고리즘으로 개발하여, 발표된 객관적 자료(김세윤 아주대학교 대학원 의학, 2013 심숙영, 아주대학교 대학원 의학, 2005)와 연구 결과를 비교분석 했다.
