        Coastal Circulation and Bottom Change due to Ocean Resort Complex Development

        On the basis of the potentials for the growth of local economy and the result of investigation of the ocean space development status, an ocean resort complex was proposed at the small harbor with a parallel beach in the east coast of Korea. As the development plan needs to reclaim the noticeable amount of coastal water area together with the applied shore facilities, it is necessary to analyze their impacts. Here, it was intended to analyze the coastal environment change such as water circulation and bottom change because of the development plan. A horizontal two-dimensional numerical model was applied to represent the combined impact of wind waves and tidal currents to sediment transport in that coastal region. Based on the result of 30 days tidal current simulations considering major four tidal components of M2,S2,K1 and O1 for the upper and lower boundaries and wind field data, bottom change was discussed. Flow velocities were not changed much at outer breakwater of Yangpo harbor. Bottom was eroded by maximum 1.7m after construction but some locations such as lee side of outer breakwater and some islets near the entrance shows isolated accretions. Although it needs more field observations for bottom change in the period of construction, the numerical calculation shows that there exist small impacts near the entrance area and coastal boundaries because of the development.

        마을교육공동체의 형성과 발달 과정: 부산광역시 대천마을을 중심으로

        This study aims to understand the process of creating an educational community by the joint parenting cooperative among the two streams of community in Daecheon Village. Understanding the process of grassroots formation of a village education community is significant in itself. To this end, an in-depth interview method was used with 6 members of the initial joint childcare cooperative. As a result of the study, the joint parenting cooperative is a voluntary community that proactively solves the problems of parenting experienced by parents, and has expanded the educational community in consideration of the child's growth and interest. However, in a situation where it is difficult for children who live according to the school schedule to participate in village education, they create various educational spaces in the village. As a result, a village educational community was created where village life and learning continued. Based on this, it was discussed that the integration of daycare centers and after-school education can be a strategy for village education subjects, and that solidarity between villages is necessary to strengthen village education.

        C대학교의 핵심역량 제고를 위한 교양교과목 교육과정 기준 개발 사례 연구

        본 연구에서는 최근 논의된 ‘OECD 교육 2030’과 미네르바 스쿨의 사례에 근거하여 교양교과목의 핵심역량 기반 교육과정 기준 개발 사례를 살펴보고자 했다. C대학교는 교육과정 기준을 개발하기 위해 DeSeCo 프로젝트의 후속으로 추진된 ‘OECD 교육 2030’ 프로젝트의 역량개념과 미네르바 스쿨의 사례에 근거하였다. 이들은 주요하게 교과목의 내용과 역량이 연계되는 방식과 역량이 지식, 기능, 가치와 태도를 포괄한다는 점, 그리고 역량교육은 교육내용을 매개로 한다는 점을 보여주고 있다. 이런 점에 근거하여 C대학교는 핵심역량 제고를 위한 교양교과목 교육과정 기준을 개발하여 교양필수 교과목이 이런 기준에 따라 수업을 설계하도록 했다. 이 교육과정 기준에서는 우선적으로 교과목의 성격에 근거하여 학습성과를 도출하며, 이를 핵심역량과 연계하고 학습성과별 루브릭을 포함하는 교육목표를 개발하고 있다. 그런 다음 이런 교육목표에 부합하는 학습체계, 그리고 핵심개념 중심의 교육내용 기준과 교과목 교육과정 운영전략을 마련하고 있다. 이 사례 연구는 핵심역량이 교과목의 내용과 긴밀하게 연관되는 방법을 제시했다는 점과 단편적인 지식교육에서 벗어나 지식, 기술, 가치와 태도 등이 실천적으로 통합되는 방식을 보여주고, 다양한 상황에서 적용가능성이 높은 교과의 핵심개념을 가장 중요한 학습내용으로 제시했다는 점에서 가치가 있다. Based on the recently discussed cases of 'OECD Education 2030' and the Minerva School, this study tried to examine the development of core competency-based curriculum standards for liberal arts subjects. University C was based on the concept of competency of the 'OECD Education 2030' project followed by the DeSeCo project to develop curriculum standards and the case of Minerva School. These mainly show how the content and competency of subjects are linked and that the competency encompasses knowledge, skills, values ​​and attitudes, and that competency education is mediated through the educational content. Based on this point, University C developed the curriculum standards for liberal arts subjects to enhance core competencies and designed classes for compulsory liberal arts subjects according to these standards. In this curriculum standard, learning outcomes are first derived based on the nature of the subject, and educational goals are developed that link these to core competencies and include rubrics for each learning outcome. Then, we are preparing a learning framework that meets these educational goals, standards for educational content centered on core concepts, and strategies for operating curriculum for each subject. This case study presents a method in which core competencies are closely related to the content of the subject, and shows a class framework in which knowledge, skills, values ​​and attitudes are practically integrated away from fragmentary knowledge education, and applied in various situations. It is valuable in that it presents the core concept of the subject with high potential as the most important learning content.

        부산 사하 미래교육지구의 현황 및 개선 방향 탐색

        이 연구에서는 교육부의 미래교육지구 성장지원단 활동을 통해 부산 사하구의 미래교육지구 사업의 현황을 이해하고 개선 방향을 탐색하고자 한다. 미래교육지구는 혁신교육지구의 질적 도약을 위해 교육부가 추진하는 사업이다. 이런 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 부산 지역의 사하미래교육지구 담당자의 내러티브에 공감하고 협력적으로 이슈를 탐색하는 컨설팅 지원을 했다. 연구결과, 사하미래교육지구는 민의 자생력 확보, 상급학교와 지역사회 기반 교육의 연계, 기초학력 및 문해력 교육 지원, 학교구성원과의 소통과 교육협력 등에서 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이에 대해 마을교육공동체들의 연대와 협력을 강화하고, 학교구성원과 소통을 강화하며, 마을교육공동체의 철학과 비전에 맞게 마을교육 프로그램을 개선하는 것이 필요함을 공감했다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교의 자발적인 참여 활성화, 마을강사의 역할과 정체성 정립, 교육청과 지자체가 협력하는 지역교육생태계 모델의 강화, 업무담당자 대상 전문적인 교육지원이 필요함을 논의했다. In this study, we seek to understand the current status of the future education district project in Saha-gu, Busan and explore directions for improvement through the activities of the Ministry of Education’s Future Education District Growth Support Group. The Future Education District is a project promoted by the Ministry of Education to make a qualitative leap in the innovative education district. To achieve this research purpose, we provided consulting support to sympathize with the narratives of Saha Future Education District staff in the Busan region and collaboratively explore issues. As a result of the study, the Saha Future Education District was experiencing difficulties in securing the self-reliance of the people, connecting upper-level schools with community-based education, supporting basic academic skills and literacy education, and communicating and educational cooperation with school members. In response to this, it was agreed that it was necessary to strengthen solidarity and cooperation among local-communities of education, strengthen communication with school members, and improve local-community education programs in line with the philosophy and vision of local-community education. Based on these research results, we discussed the need for activating schools’ voluntary participation, establishing the role and identity of village instructors, strengthening the local education ecosystem model in which the office of education and local governments cooperate, and providing professional education support for those in charge.

        콘텐츠 커머스에서 추천 알고리즘 적용효과 분석 : 동영상 리뷰를 중심으로

        The e-commerce industry has been thinking about a new distribution method that increases traffic and enables immediate purchase, differently from the existing sales method. With the explosive increase in online shopping triggered by COVID-19 and the prolonged stay at home, the method of providing products through combination with content is being introduced competitively. The introduction of commerce functions of YouTube and Instagram, and the introduction of live commerce in the e-commerce are playing a important role. In this study, we proposed an algorithm to increase purchase efficiency through content recommendation in media commerce. Specially, we proposed a MAB algorithm based on the popularity of each gender and age in shopping malls and a collaborative filtering algorithm based on their behavior history. As a result of A/B test, the CTR of CF-based was 65.3% better than that of MAB algorithm-based. In order to overcome the coverage problem, we plan to try to increase the efficiency of recommendation by additionally analyzing the customer's media consumption behavior such as movies, dramas, and music.

        개인화 상품 추천이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : Matrix Factorization 알고리즘을 중심으로

        The role of product recommendation as well as direct search associated with online shopping becomes increasingly important. The method of recommendation also seeks to provide personalized recommendations that fit the customer's tendency by actively reflecting and scoring the customer's behavioral history, away from the methods previously performed by humans. In general, the collaborative filtering method, which is frequently used in recommendation, causes a problem of sparsity when the usage history of the past is small, so this study proposed a personalized recommendation using the matrix factorization method. In order to verify the performance, A/B test was conducted by dividing into two groups that applied the existing merchandiser recommendation product and personalized recommendation product in email marketing. Through this, it was verified that the personalized recommendation increased the click conversion rate by 117.2% compared to the existing method. In the future, we will try to increase the efficiency of personalized email marketing by using segment information by gender and age, or recommending products related to shopping carts.

        웹표준 간편결제 인증 및 정보처리 모델 연구

        According to the government regulations that require strong security in domestic e-commerce, web payment can not be activated. Instead, plug in based authentication methods such as ActiveX, Java, Adobe Air and App based authentication / payment have been activated. We propose an information processing model of a simple web authentication / payment system that improves customer convenience regardless of personal terminal platform or OS while improving safety and security by improving inconvenience and risk of entering personal information and payment information every time do. Especially, E2E technology which can prevent the fraud transaction of the most important merchant transaction in electronic commerce, electronic signature technology to realize non-repudiation and asymmetric encryption technology are designed to provide safe settlement in the web environment. In addition, we will propose a competitive payment platform globally by proposing technologies that enable easy payment such as Amazon and PayPal in domestic e-commerce and enhance transaction stability

        학생역량강화를 위한 한국 대학의 교육과정 설계의 문제점 분석 및 대안적 방안 탐색

        With the advent of the 21st century knowledge-based society and the 4th industrial revolution era, on top of the social demand for university education suitable for the cultivation of future talent, the demand for the quality improvement of university education is also increasing. In order to accord with such social demands, universities of Korea are introducing the concept of competency to university education, and also performing diverse attempts for the reinforcement of student competencies. Such efforts are mainly shown as the improvement of teaching method for reinforcing the teaching competency of university professors. However, before the improvement of teaching method, the curriculum according with the goal of university education should be designed first. Thus, this study aims to analyze the problems with curriculum design of Korean university education, and also to explore the measures of alternative curriculum design. In the results of this study, the problems with the university curriculum design method included the knowledge delivery-type lesson by the content knowledge-centered design, decrease of learners' participation by the teacher-centered design, meaningless activity by the topic-centered design, non-connectivity between goal and evaluation, and the absence of process-centered evaluation. As the alternative design measures for the improvement of the existing design method, the competency-centered curriculum design and the backward design for learners' enduring understanding were suggested. 21세기 지식기반사회와 4차 산업혁명시대가 도래함에 따라 대학교육이 미래인재양성에 부합해야 한다는 사회적 요구와 함께 대학교육의 질 향상에 대한 요구도 높아지고 있다. 한국의 대학도 이러한 사회적 요구에 부합하기 위해 대학교육에 역량의 개념을 도입하고 학생역량강화를 위해 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 이러한 노력은 주로 대학 교수자들의 교수역량 강화를 위한 교수법 개선으로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 교수법 개선에 앞서 대학교육의 목표에 부합하는 교육과정 설계가 선행되어야 할 것이 다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국 대학교육에 있어서 교육과정 설계의 문제점을 분석하고 대안적인 교육과정 설계 방안을 탐구해보고자 한다. 연구 결과, 대학의 교육과정 설계 방식의 문제점으로 내용 지식 중심의 설계로 인한 지식 전달식 수업, 교수자 중심 설계로 인한 학습자의 참여도 저하, 주제 중심 설계로 인한 무의미한 활동, 목표와 평가의 비연계성과 과정중심 평가의 부재로 제시하였다. 기존 설계 방식의 개선을 위한 대안적인 설계 방안으로 역량 중심 교육과정 설계, 학습자의 영속적 이해를 위한 백워드 설계를 제시하였다.
