        문화경영이 기업의 조직성과에 미치는 영향 연구

        문화경영은 다양한 의미로 사용되어 왔으며, 본 연구에서는 기업이 문화?예술을 활용하여 기업의 마케팅 전략에 활용함은 물론, 창조적인 조직원 양성, 창의적 조직문화, 바람직한 문화기업으로의 이미지를 창출함으로써 기업의 가치(Corporate Value)를 높이는 기업 경영 전략으로 정의하고자 한다. 즉, 문화경영은 기업이 문화의 흐름을 읽고 문화?예술을 활용하여 기업의 가치를 높이는 전략적 경영활동이다. 영문 표기로는 cultural management 혹은 더 나아가 cultural entrepreneurship이 본 연구의 문화경영 개념으로 적합하다고 할 수 있을 것이다(김선화 2009). 문화경영의 개념은 그 해석이 다양하지만, 문화경영 기업에 대한 정부의 정책지원을 위하여 그 대상의 범위를 정하기 위하여 정책적으로 개념정립을 한 것으로 우리나라 식 문화경영의 개념임을 밝혀둔다. 우리나라 대기업이나 해외에서는 그 성과를 인정하여 이미 도입하여 활발히 시행하는 편이나, 중소기업의 경우는 아직 인식 및 효과에 대한 확신이 덜 한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기업의 문화경영과 기업의 경영성과, 직원들의 성공몰입도와의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 설문조사를 통하여 연구모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 문화경영 시행은 바람직한 기업문화형성 등 경영활동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 또한 직원의 성공몰입도에 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 문화경영은 단지 문화예술 공연을 시행하는 데에만 그 목적을 두지 말고, 기업의 필요에 따라 정확한 컨셉을 갖고 문화예술에 투자해야 그 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

        Constructivism has a distinctive position on knowledge-building, as epistemological paradigm Key concept of Constructivism is self-construction of knowledge and the adaption in a given environment. Constructivism pays attention to the role of communication and language to engender the construction of knowledge and understanding. Constructivism provides important implications for social studies(geography) instruction. Constructivism emphasizes the construction of knowledge through the interaction between an individual and his/her experience. This is due to the fact that the place we live in - an important research subject of geography education - tends to change according to the individual's perspective. The main purpose of this work is to investigate the theoretical and practical relationship between geography education and Constructivism as one of the learning and instruction principles. In other words, what is the relationship among the students and how do they interact with one another? How do the students construct the knowledge of geography? How do the students learn to think geographically in classes focusing on interaction by dialogue, cooperative teaming, and where authentic task is given. 1 aimed to specifically show the whole process order. Through these classes students were able to compare their knowledge with other students as wells as find their errors. And In this research it was shown how the students reconstruct their knowledge and how they internalize it.

      • JOHANNES ITTEN이 BAUHAUS의 조형교육에서 보여준 동양예술의 영향

        It is too evident to dissent that the Bauhaus has marked a new epoch in the design history, Bauhaus, which has out its ultimate goal on the unification of all kinds of designs, has carried out the basic education, scientific practice and fieldwork in parallel so that the students could have studied the shape and the function at the same time. In particular, the design education at the Bauhaus has made a great contribution to the visual and goods design of the modern agd, In addition, there is no basis to overlook the Bauhaus impact on the modern education. Under the influence of the Oriental arts, some of professors who has been leading the Bauhaus have reflected the arts in their views of works and education. Johannes Itten, who has instructed the basic concepts of design at the early days of the Bauhaus, weimar, was also one of the professors. The reason why the focus of this study was directed on him is not because his design education. The reason why the focus of this study was directed on him is not because his design deucation has represented that of the Bauhaus, but because his philosophy and methodology on design education were very unique. He aimed the vasic design deucation at the fredom of stuednt's creativity. To achive this goal, he has taught studedts so that they could have experienced their own natural senses related to the contras of shape, texture, color. The objective of this paper is to investigate what influence he has been under, and how he has rdflected it on his design istruction at the Bauhaus. This investigation was mainly carried out by means of examining papers, periodicals, documents, and the literatures or his works on education.

        새터민 지원 사회복지서비스의 내용과 성과

        Since 2000 the number of new Saeteomin has increased and it is over 10,000 in Feb. 2007. Saeteomins in South Korea are experiencing difficulties in resettling/adjusting to Korean society due to socio-cultural-political-economic differences. Furthermore, having experienced violations of human rights in North Korea and during the process of leaving North Korea and difficult life experiences in the third countries, Saeteomins have psychological, mental, physical disadvantages to cope with discriminations, prejudices, adjustment stresses in the South Korean society. There are two systems which support Saeteomin's resettlement.; government and non-government organizations(NGO). Government's support is mainly through regulations while NGOs provide human services that have to do with Saeteomin's day-to-day needs. Saetoemins are placed in the society when they finish Hanawon education period according to their alloted government-rent apartments where local social welfare agencies are already functioning for the residents of those apartments. Upon recognizing the needs, Several social welfare agencies have been offering services to Saeteomons since 2000 and some of them have opened "Saeteomin resettlement center(Saeteomin-specific professionals are employed to provide specialized services". At present, there are over 30 social agencies offering services to Saeteomin in the whole country. This paper examines the contents and achievements of social services(resettlement support) of local social welfare agencies in order to clarify the need to operate "Saeteomin resettlement center", and consider future directions of this program. It also presents standardized model of "Saeteomin resettlement center" in order to offer equal level of service throughout the country, and to suggest to the government to set up "Saeteomin resettlement centers" in areas where high population of Saeteomins reside. This paper examines and evaluates social services(resettlement support) of local social welfare agencies in order to clarify the need to operate "Saeteomin resettlement center", and consider future directions of this program.         상과염 환자에서 자기효능증진 프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the effects of program promoting self-efficacy patients with epicondylitis. Methods: Forty-three patients with unilateral epicondylitis were enrolled in this study between January, 2 and April, 28, 2009. The patients were assigned to one of two groups: Nineteen patients in the intervention group were given the self-efficacy promotion program with specific home instruction and the 24 in the control group were treated with conventional treatment. Pain by numeric rating scale, anxiety, and the self-efficacy of exercise were evaluated before the program, and 4 weeks after completing the intervention. The number of exercises was checked after the intervention. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-square test, paired t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients with SPSS 14.0 program. Results: Anxiety in the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(p=.018). Maximal and resting pain in the control group were lower than the intervention group( p=.000, p=.003). The self-efficacy of exercise and the number of exercises increased in the intervention group but there was no significant difference (p=.057, p=.052). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that a program promoting self-efficacy for patients with epicondylitis could be a useful nursing intervention to reduce anxiety.
